Best falafel I’ve ever had in the US so far. I recommend both the falafel bowl and the sandwich. We also tried the zaatar fries and it was amazing. The chicken bowl was not that great but if you like the nyc style chicken bowls then you’re gonna like it.

The last time I was here they only had falafel and vegan shawarma. The chicken items are BOMB!!! Could basically drink the habibi sauce lol. Should out to Angie, I wanted to take a pic of her but I think got shy lol

Ordered the falafel bowl, seems worth the extra $1 since you get a lot more veggies than can fit in a wrap. Food is good price for the quality. All the veggies were fresh and falafel was made to order. I liked it so ordered a second bowl to go. Will try the fries next time.

This place is fantastic. Any time I am nearby I have to stop by for the falafel and fries. AND the garlic sauce. Everything is crispy and flavorful. I have to commend them on always being consistent. I will say that you need to be prepared to not have any seating. Indorrs there isn't seating with tables and they only have two tables outside. Parking is also difficult in this area. But I will always make sure to stop by this spot when I'm around.

Falafel bowl couldn't have been any better. $6 for a very large bowl with tons of falafel and veggies and DIY sauce. It has no business tasting so good for that value. The Falafel is so fluffy and delicious. I'd eat here every day if I lived or worked nearby

Delicious and inexpensive. Huge ups to Z, who makes a great falafel pita and has a smile that lights up the place. The fries and sauces? Absolute fire. Go!

This is my go to place any time I come to UCLA for medical stuff. The food is excellent quality - flavorful and fresh. Staff has always been helpful and the service is usually quick. Parking is not great, so I will usually walk from the medical center. I've brought several family members with me and they have all loved it too. Highly recommend!

What really stood out was the customer service. Zee and Michelle were amazing, super friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. They checked in on us, answered questions, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about both the food and the customers. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great falafel and top-tier service. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Had Falafel Inc cater a film shoot earlier this year and the team here that assisted me was incredibly helpful and responsive! Loved the platters they provided and I have to say the vegan shawarma was AMAZING! Would certainly recommend.

After trying many restaurants, I think Falafel Inc is the healthiest take out option around the UCLA area. The chicken rice bowl is my favorite to order here because of the good balance of protein and carbohydrates to manage my overall health and my fitness goals; that bowl is almost single-handedly responsible for keeping me well fed during my college life without a meal plan. But, of course, the credits should really go to the many workers who keep this restaurant afloat. P.S. Shoutout to Zee and Michelle!

The falafel rice bowl is one of the best lunch deals around, their falafels are actually good (!) and most of all, an unlimited menu of sauces to add to the bowl if you dine in.

There is no place to dine-in. Otherwise, it is one of the places you can find halal food in Westwood. My friends found the place quite affordable so they decided to buy falafel sandwiches every other day.

Poor service and disappointing food. My order was atrociously incorrect. We had ordered one chicken shawarma and one vegan shawarma without garlic, plus za’atar fries. Instead, we were given two chicken shawarmas. I found this out after biting into the sandwich, my first time eating meat in 10 years. When we pointed out the issue, one staff member insisted that “you ordered two chicken,” but after checking, admitted one was vegan. They remade the vegan shawarma but still added the garlic sauce, which we had specifically ordered it without. The fries were also tough and not fresh. When we mentioned this, the staff dismissed it, saying “it’s just the timer, we can’t do anything about it,” and refused to remake the clearly old and hard fries (picture attached). On top of the disappointing food, the only tablet for ordering was dirty (sticky with residue) and when we asked for it to be cleaned so we could order, it wasn’t actually done. This was by far the worst Falafel Inc we’ve ever been to.

Unfortunately, the service at this restaurant was unacceptable. The male staff member who assisted us was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, making us feel unwelcome from the start. He made me wait an excessive amount of time and left my order unattended, then throwing the bag on top of the sandwiches as they sat on the table. This is not the first time we have experienced this behavior from the same guy working there. Even good food cannot make up for such poor service. Management needs to seriously address staff behavior.
