Great flavorful drinks!! There was a bit of wait because there was only one girl taking orders and making the drinks, but definitely worth the wait.

Calming atmosphere especially when there are less people. Even at the time of writing this review, the staff are welcoming and chill! The Takoyaki here leaves you full but wanting more next time!

Friendly staff, taro was great! Horchata has a strange taste? Truly can taste the milk, tapioca pearls were cooked well, tiny space. I am lactose intolerant, it was worth it.

The service at Lollicup Fresh in Citadel is phenomenal, with a friendly and welcoming staff that always greets you with a smile. The positive energy in the store makes every visit a delightful experience the drinks, especially the boba, are absolutely amazing. We took a to-go order. I had the mango rainbow with less ice and sugar. It was really tasted. My friend took mango green tea but she could taste the lemon seeds in it. They tried to give the actual lemon, thus the seed as well, but they could have removed it. However, the overall score would be 4.

Got Thai teas here was it was good! But it was too sweet! Wish we could choose sweetness or add more milk to it. Otherwise it looks like a great place.

I had a poor pizza lunch from another restaurant within the vicinity, so I decided to salvage my lunch with a box of crispy tofu, crispy popcorn chicken, and seasoned spicy fries from Lollicup Fresh. I am so grateful for this restaurant for saving my lunch. The popcorn chicken was delicious; it was crispy and chewy with great flavor. The fries were good too, though the seasoning could have been spread better. Nonetheless, the fries were still good and I was able to fill up my tummy with this food. Thanks Lollicup Fresh for saving me from my disastrous pizza.

I tried out the brown sugar boba and tropical passion slush and paid around 14$. the tropical passion slush was a bit too sweet for my liking and packed with ice (as slushes are) but brown sugar boba was good. It wasnt overly sweet and the lack of ice made it just the right level of cold for me. Its a good spot to grab a drink to enjoy while wandering around the mall

I would have given them 4 stars based on the quality of the drinks but the soups were lacking. The beef noodle soup had about 4 small slices of meat in a 32 oz bowl while the rest was a lot of spinach, noodle, and soup. It was decent at best. Overall lacked flavor. The popcorn chicken however was amazing. I chose the lemon pepper option(salt and pepper is the other). They filled it to the top, and very good for a snack or side. For a mall food chain pricing is fair. About 10ish for the soup, 6 for the chicken and 5 for the drinks.

The fine print says to inform the servers if you have an allergy and so we asked about what kind of oil they fry their chicken in. The man behind the counter was rude and annoyed when asked but we still proceeded to order 2 drinks and the tofu/chicken/fries combo. The food was tough and chewy and flavorless. Mango boba toppings tasted stale and old. Unlikely this establishment will last with the poor quality of food and service.

The drinks taste unbelievably artificial and the boba are like warm plastic pellets. The food screams gas-station dinning. The only reason this place is still around is from the unlimited new and unsuspecting victims that visit the mall and happen to go here on a whim. You’re better off drinking the gutter water around the place, as that’ll be more “fresh” per their slogan.

I’ve been to many of Lolicup’s before but never like this place , first of all there was two workers a male and female Asian who looked mad. The guy snatched the money from my hand then he threw the change onto my hand.Once I got my drink the lady gave it to me with an attitude and slammed the drink on the table then threw my straw on the table who does that !(And the boba was not it)
