Located in the heart of Los Angeles’ Koreatown Go Pocha offers an authentic Korean bar experience that combines flavorful dishes with a lively atmosphere. The interior features a unique centerpiece a gigantic tree—making it a vibrant ambiance. The menu boasts a variety of Korean street food-inspired dishes. Standouts include the kimchi bacon pasta and the seafood pancake, both praised for their rich flavors. The kimchi fried rice is another favorite among patrons. The bar operates daily from 5 PM to 2 AM, making it an ideal spot for late-night gatherings. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a casual dinner or celebrate with friends, Go Pocha provides a welcoming environment with attentive service. Overall, Go Pocha delivers a memorable Korean dining experience in Los Angeles, blending delicious cuisine with a fun and inviting atmosphere.
The spicy chicken feet were really flavorful and paired perfectly with the rice balls, making for a great combination. The bean sprout soup served on the side was light and refreshing, helping to balance out the spiciness of the chicken feet. Also tried the mentaiko omelet, which was soft, savory, and absolutely delicious. Overall, the food here was amazing, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great late-night eats!
Love it! I felt like I was in the Korean drama. Love this restaurant. Their service was excellent. Their food was unique. Their servers were excellent. Love their watermelon.
Super good food! The servings are pretty big so don’t overorder! If you go during happy hour (before 7pm I think) it’s half off all food when you order just one drink so it’s definitely worth it!
randomly swing by this place, was amazed by the big food portion, tasty food, and kind 'overwhelmingly' great service. The music is usually US pop and popular K-pop. nice atmosphere for hang out with friend, and grab a drink, and have good conversation.
This place was actually really nice and the waiters were so nice. Even gave us a free dish. A little expensive for what we ordered but still good and friendly service.
The interior actually looks like a food kiosk on a Korean street! The food is quite faithful to what you find in Korea too. Of all things, the best part was the staff that looks after the customers. It was an awesome experience, and I will be back for more :)
The food is so good here. And the service is perfect. Definitely worth a try.
Friendly service. Great money tree and card decor!!! Great free ice barley tea in traditional metal kettle and cups. Great free tableside omelette made!
This place was awesome. Had a fun, yet intimate dinner and drinks with friend. Drink soju and eat delicious Korean style dishes.

My favorite corn cheese in LA! Every time I go here, the service is quick and consistent. I love how they always give us a complementary egg and tea. The seafood pancake was pretty good as well.
This review is gonna be a lengthy one, so skip to the end if you want a TL:DR. Okay so I heard that Dan Sung Sa was a really good Korean spot to go to. Well, I went, it was a Saturday night, around 12am and it was PACKED. Talking about a 45 min wait at midnight... SO I went drove a tiny bit and got to this place. The inside vibes are really nice and cozy! The waiter was very nice and attentive. Right away I was asked if I wanted any drinks and the waiter helped me land on a ice cold Kloud beer. I was brought water, a hot bean sprout/green onion soup (it was very tasty, I wanted to ask for more but I couldn't muster up the courage but if you go I bet you'll think about getting a second serving of it) and my beer with a glass. I asked about some items on the menu and the waiter helped me settle on the boneless chicken and cheese plate. It was served on an INSANELY HOT plate, its a rock plate on a wooden base as to keep hot throughout the entire time you're there. I'm talking about the sauce was BOILING when it got to my table. 10 minutes later, IT WAS STILL BOILING. This was a dream come true honestly. If I had a useless super power I would choose to have my food hot the entire time I eat it, and I have been eating boiling hot food ever since I could hold a spoon on my own. If you are one of those people who can't handle hot food, please do not order this and expect to eat it within 15 mins of getting it, honestly this review isn't for you people, this is for those who enjoy their food hot. When I got home about 30 mins later, the food was still hot, but cool enough for those of you who don't have any joy in their life aka those who blow on their food to cool it down were able to eat it. Also, the spice level was pretty nice, I love spicy food and they added chili slices to the veggies that were under the noodles so it added a nice kick. I asked for rice as well and their rice was really good. Good white rice, nothing more need to be said about good white rice. My total was $35 BUT I do have to say that I had a good portion left over and I am a big guy, I was stuffed. These are big portions. I would gladly share my plate with another person and still be satisfied. I will come again and try another plate. This by far, is my favorite Korean food!

It's a wonderful casual dining atmosphere. Undiluted Korean flavours & pleasant banter with the staff. Enjoyed my food. As a bonus, it's open late.
Used to be my favorite bar. The food here is good but they got rid of my favorite dish so I’m pretty sad about that. Nice, chill spot and can usually get a table here.

I love that they give you free egg! Tables are quick and easy to get and the service is pretty good too. We got the kimchi rice balls and they were amazing!! So simple yet sooo good and the perfect little snack before a night out. The atmosphere is very chill with cute scribbles and drawings all over the wooden walls. We had fun reading the writings written by past drunk people. I love the lighted tree in the middle of the bar :) A super good pregame spot!

It's been a while since I visited here, but the atmosphere has changed a lot. The kindness and service of the former employees are gone, and the atmosphere is too noisy and chaotic. The price is not good either, so I don't think there's a reason to go any further.

I usually post silly reviews but I’ll take this seriously after experiencing a strange encounter here. Ie they will coerce you into tipping more. Came here with a group of 6. We only wanted drinks. Got them, drank them, just fine. They don’t have prices on the drinks on the men, why not? It’s bottled alcohol not fresh seafood being sold at market price. At the end, we leave only to be hounded down by the waiter for not leaving a big tip and get asked if something was wrong. In all honestly, we had to ask to be served and then to ask for a drink that wasn’t coming after receiving everything else. Service wasn’t phenomenal which doesn’t warrant a large tip. They essentially will coerce you for a bigger tip. That doesn’t happen at other restaurants and is a pretty dirty tactic. Go elsewhere.
Don’t go if u try to find a place after a big concert. They can not handle that much ppl. Stay for more then a hour and waiter told us they forgot put the order in system….. Please do not open restaurant if u can not handle full seated customer
It’s been some time since I went here (so I feel comfortable to finally put up a review) but as a first time experience going to this place, I definitely will never go back. They are very overpriced compared to the other places around ktown and if you get drunk they’re take advantage of that and bring stuff to your table that you didn’t order or want to order (making it seem like it’s on the house or something cause the servers were being ridiculously friendly to me and my buddy) but no they’ll add it to your tab and you’ll get charged for everything. If you go, make sure you ask for an itemized receipt. Because this place is filled with crooks. Like I said there are a ton of better options around. I don’t recommend this place.
