Had a great time at Hanu K BBQ! We were not too hungry so ordered small size beef combo for 2 and couldn’t even finish it. Side dishes that came with the bbq was amazing! We enjoyed corn with cheese, soy bean soup and all the wonderful condiments. They even made stir fried kimchee rice at the end! From the quality, variety of food items, service and ambience.. all were good and highly recommend this K bbq restaurant in LA.

This place has been our go-to spot for years since its opening. We’ve celebrated countless family events here. The owner is an absolute delight—always on top of things, incredibly friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The servers are equally amazing; everything they serve is cooked to perfection, and they’re always attentive to our needs. Of course, the star of the show is the food! The meat is of the highest quality, and there’s an impressive selection of appetizers. Everything is simply delicious! In my opinion, Hanu is the best kbbq in town, and I’ve tried quite a few. Nothing beats Hanu! Sincerely, from a non-alcoholic beer guy :)

This is the type of Korean BBQ we can agree on. The type where they cook it for you at the table. The type with plenty of meats and plenty of flavor. Loved the cheesy corn and the bulgolgi stew. One of our group wished for more variety in the banchan but no one went hungry. 😉 Ample parking and large restaurant. Would go again.

We went to dinner with a group of friends and had a great experience—the staff was very friendly, gave excellent recommendations, and even welcomed our well-trained dog to dine with us in the back of the restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious, and we’d definitely go back again!

This place is easily one of the best KBBQ spots in LA! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how inviting atmosphere was. We went with Combo A, and it was a fantastic choice! The meats were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly marinated, making every bite absolutely delicious. The portion size was generous, making it great for sharing and leaving us more than satisfied. One of the coolest parts of the experience was their auto-delivery robot—a fun and futuristic touch that brought our food straight to the table. It was smooth, efficient, and added a bit of excitement to the meal! On top of that, Hanu is dog-friendly, which was a huge plus! It’s always a struggle finding good restaurants that welcome pets, so being able to enjoy amazing KBBQ with our furry friend by our side made the experience even better. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. If you’re looking for top-quality Korean BBQ in LA with great service, fun technology, and a pet-friendly atmosphere, Hanu is the place to go! We’ll definitely be back soon.

We celebrated my birthday at this Korean BBQ restaurant. We were surprised that they gave us a bottle of champagne for free. We ordered the beef combo for 4 people which included $40 worth of side dishes. We were very full with leftovers to take home. The quality of the meat was good, way better than the all you can eat Korean BBQ.

I love the music they added! The food quality is very high and the service is amazing!!! I love to watch them cook and how they make it look so professional! The food looks so good and the atmosphere here feels like this is a more professional Korean restaurant. The robots that take you to your seat are so cute!!! Neo is so friendly!!! He is so happy all the time and very kind to others :)

Highly recommend it!!! Beef and pork combo come with a lot of soup, salad, other dishes. Corn with cheese taste so good! The service here is also super good. Lena taught us some Korean words, like how to say pork in Korean. The portion is big. We love the food here and robot is cute 🤩will definitely come again!

We came here as a group of 4 for a late-night bite over Memorial Day weekend, and surprisingly, it wasn't too busy. A cute robot led us to our table which was out on the patio. The patio area is open, so it offers good ventilation. Our waiters, Ken and Nina, were very attentive and friendly. Both of them were very mindful in making sure the meats were cooked well and made sure to keep our plates full and grill, changed. We got the Combo A (L) and it was a good amount of meat to share between 4 people. We also ordered beef tartare and the beef kimchi pancake. The tartare was surprisingly very good! It was seasoned very well and tasted very fresh. There was also pear in it, and that complemented the meat well and offered a nice, fresh contrast. I personally did not like the kimchi pancakes, but the rest of my party enjoyed it. I also did not care for the ribeye as it was dry and tough. My favorite cut of meat was the short rib as it was super tender and juicy. The other cuts were pretty good. The meat quality of this place was very solid, overall. With the tough competition of kbbqs in this area, it's hard to really stand out, but Hanu does well holding its own. As a bonus, this place also has their own FREE ample parking lot, which is always nice and appreciated in this area. That alone is enough to make this place a solid contender.

Visited last week with my wife and our baby. The meats were tasty and the staff was generally kind. They helped us by turning off the AC for our little one, which we appreciated. However, when I went to the restroom after we finished eating, the check was already placed on our table without us asking. It made us feel rushed, and that was disappointing. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars. I hope they improve this in the future.

Honestly idk why they have so many good reviews. They dont have many combo options and if you are only a party of 2 they only have one option of meat combo and that only includes 3 types of beef. We ended up ordering the combo for 4 people and thought we can take the rest to go. It wasn’t even that much food for $175 and we barely had any leftovers to take. Definitely not enough for 4 people. Wagyu steak and galbi were good but the other meats were dry and not as good as i expected. The service was the worst and the server was running around barely attending us and would leave the meat on and leave and had we not started eating the meat would have been super dry. I had to ask her to change the grill after she cooked 4 different meats on it and the last one was very garlicky so i didn't want it to transfer the garlic to the galbi. I wouldn’t go back there. They sat us at the very end of restaurant with a booth on one side a single chair on the other side barely fitting the second person and when i asked the hostess if she can seat us at another booth she refused saying they are all reserved and that they are short staffed. Anyways we paid over $200 for this combo and a beer and honestly there are so many better options that we tried before and like it more like Park’s, brothers bbq or soon galbi so i would definitely not return here Oh btw they charge 3.5% credit fee 😏

We were excited to try Hanu Korean BBQ because of the strong Yelp and Google reviews, but our experience was very disappointing. The beef tongue was the worst we’ve had - we could not even eat one third of the portion before asking the waitress to stop grilling it. The pork jowl tasted very unfresh and had a fishy smell even after being thoroughly grilled. When we told the staff, there was literally no acknowledgment or concern. Unfortunately, the meat quality and service did not meet expectations, and we won’t be returning.
