Hands down the best salad place I’ve ever been to. Lots of variety and fresh ingredients. I usually order the El Jefe salad (salmon) & get the honey chipotle vinaigrette! Mouthwatering.. the portions are big (to me) so I usually split it in two when I get home. Be sure to ask them to mix everything together for a fine chop so you get all the ingredients in every bite. Oh and the pita bread is delicious. I always ask for extra pieces on the side!

I love simply salad in general but today they went SO above and beyond that I feel compelled to leave a review. I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location. When I showed up to pick up the order at the end of a really long day and realized my mistake, the staff took a picture of my receipt and whirled into action to fully remake my order in minutes. They were unbelievable and absolutely made my day.

Got served by Jose kaneen and Geraldi and it was a great visit I will be back sooner than later !!!!!!!!

The associates were patient and kind as I was making a choice. I’m vegan, so they helped me choose a protein (tofu). When I chose the wrong dressing, Hayley assisted me with figuring out the one I meant (Far East). The interior is clean and vibrant. I will come back to this location.

6/29..Ive been to this location a few times and I love it. The food is really good. I've never had an issue ordering in person before, but the wait can be a while if they have online orders ahead of you. The variety is great for a "build your own" wrap or salad. I usually get wraps but this last visit I decided on a salad. I placed my order through the app and when brought home I was tearing it apart! because it's soo good. Until... I took a piece of hair out of my mouth. :( This made me sad because now each bite is extra cautious preventing full enjoyment of my meal. This is not a negative on the place, nor the food. But this one experience left me sad. 7/3...update. So I didn't want to give up and the salad was so good I wanted a redo. Sadly I would advice not ordering through the app. I ordered the exact same salad which had a handful of extra charge add ons. The unfortunate thing about ordering through the The app is Once you choose your items, and pay for it, that's it.You are not reimbursed for items not available Or forgotten. I'm missing two items from my add-ons that I paid for. If I ever go back, I will just have to wait in line and order in person. Disappointed.

Overall 4 stars, I think realistically they did their job of making the salad but overall I didn’t feel like the energy or spirit was up, it felt very draining in there making my experience not so jolly. My salad was healthy, however, I think I should had had more time to access the menu, social media, and then order a salad with more visual understanding because my salad was just mediocre. I complained today and they said they will take care of me. The manager sounds polite over the phone , at least he said he will take care of me, but he’s saying 50% off and I said no, give me the full salad over, and he said ok.. we will make the salad over. Sooooo yeah! That’s my experience! I’ll post a pic tomorrow when I go! I went around 5pm Sunday. Today the spirit is up, I came back to have them make my experience better today. So far so good, they made the salad I’m just waiting and it’s packed at noon, lots of door dash people.

Please don’t call the ingredients “tortilla chips” if they are not actually made out of tortillas. I ordered tortilla chips with my salad, not pieces of pita bread. I cannot eat gluten and I am extremely disappointed that I found dozens of pieces of bread in my salad and now I cannot eat it. I am not expecting them to have a gluten-free restaurant but they could at least be upfront about the allergens. No one let me know these contained gluten.

I was disappointed with the tortilla wrap because it fell apart when I picked it up to bit. I had to eat it like a salad. While I was eating, I pulled on a string, not food. I was done!

Don’t waste your money or time. As a credible reviewer I leave great reviews from places I visit so trust me when I say THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST!! I visited there today in hopes to try a new salad place in my new home of sunny Cali and I can say this was an COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT! The Salad was Flavorless and Overpriced literally! And the customer service was not at all friendly. Walked into the establishment seen 4 employees 1 male, 2 Hispanic females and one black female and no one even said hello or greeted me and my fiance. The energy was terrible and food was terrible wish I could’ve left 0 stars!!
