I understand the mixed reviews. It was very crowded and slow. But my entire family voted 10 out of 10 for the food. They aren’t the most professional and not very organized, but when the food is that good, you just have to overlook the rest. I highly recommend it!!!

Everything was great! Carlos was very helpful, answered all our questions with a positive attitude and patience. He also accommodated making one of the sandwiches without the bread, instead a bowl for my mom. He really went above and beyond!

Whenever we have a taste for a "real" roasted turkey sandwich, this is the BEST place to get it. The Bobbie - turkey, cranberry & stuffing sandwich is AMAZING! They have other amazing sandwiches. Like the turkey with coleslaw and their Italian sandwiches. They also have peanut butter & chocolate chips cookies, and brownies. We got addictive to these delicious goodies. We have gotten our sandwiches from this place in Culver City many times for several years. I ALWAYS order from Capriotti's Website Online Order and it is the Best! Order online and pick up your sandwiches as you run your errands. We have also gotten these sandwiches (the large sizes) for our friends as "gifts." They just LOVE these sandwiches because there is "no" Capriotti's Sandwich Shop out where they live. This place is highly recommended for their sandwiches and great service.

Hands down best nationwide sub shop!!! Fresh bread, amazing proteins, and endless toppings. Cant go wrong with cheesesteak or Bobbie. But I’ve never had a bad sandwich or experience from Delaware to California always 5 stars!!!

The sandwiches are good, my bread on the tuna sandwich had a weird aftertaste, some weird chemical flavor. The chicken Chipotle on the other had was delicious. The place is small but inviting. The decor was simple yet well balanced. The prices were a bit in the high side.

I know Capriottis well and eat here often in Vegas. My sandwich was very good. My only frustration and reason for not five stars was the language barrier with the worker, so instead of a medium sandwich, I got a mini size. I didn't want to go back to the location after a long morning but I did inform them about the issue. The gentleman who made my sandwich was kind and got me in and out!

The food is good. The staff is a bit odd. I've walked in before to order on the spot and it takes them a while to acknowledge you. They know you are there they just make you wait and like another comment said sometimes they have an attitude. One of the guys that's always there has made odd comments before that left me a little uncomfortable and today I ordered online and when I went for pick up he was doing something in the back but he saw me walk in and the girl in the front making the sandwichs acknowledged me right away. as she was finishing making a sandwich she asks me if I'm there for pick up I said yes and she asked name I told her and she grabs the bag and gets ready to give it to me when the guy tells her something, I couldn't hear what he said, but she looked at him and she puts it back and walks away to bag a sandwich and hand it over to another customer, no biggie I understand that. But as she goes again for my bag the guy tells her something else and she leaves my bag again and goes and grabs a cup to fill up with fries and tosses them in the fryer, then the guy tells her something again and that's when she goes for my bag again and finally gives it to me. I don't know if I'm thinking too much of it but that's weird, cause she was ready to give me my bag since the 1st time she grabbed it cause my food was ready before I got there.

Very mid sandwich experience. The bread is what’s holding this place back. It’s spongy and dense. I would maybe stick to the hot sandwiches with more liquid to help break down the bread

I ordered The Bobbie (as I have at other locations because it was always amazing!) But when I was eating the sandwich at home, I discovered I was chewing on these sharp splinters of bone from the turkey :( Not cool at all. Also, there was a huge chewy, fatty piece of skin from the turkey that I started gagging on, and had to pull out of my mouth. My appetite was definitely negatively effected after that. Whoever cut the turkey did a terrible job. Please don't give your customers bones and huge pieces of fat in their sandwiches. Gross. Come on, Sepulveda, you can do much better.

I ordered The Bobbie (as I have at other locations because it was always amazing!) I have been eating Caps for over a decade since Vegas, and I can't believe that this location is providing this type of customer service. I will let my pictures speak for themselves. Unfortunately my wife ate her sandwich on the way home, but $52 for 3 small sandwiches and 3 cookies. Not a chance we will be back. So glad the El Segundo is under different ownership. SMH

I ordered thru doordash. I specifically called their main number 310-391-1600 and told the guy that answered the phone to toast my bread. He said ok,It was NOT toasted. The marinara sauce was bitter. I did not enjoy this sandwich. I usually go to Firehouse Subs; I should've went there.
