I had an incredible experience! Generally when you pop by fast food chain restaurant its just fast and quick. Hurry here is you food, who's next kind of thing. But at this location it was different! The manager there, Maria, is amazing. She has great energy and brings some fun and excitement to you and your experience. SHOUT OUT TO MARIA!! Yall need to give that women a raise or who know may be another company may just steal her away.😁✊

The soda machine in the lobby dispenses some of the nasty sodas. Needs to be serviced. They are extremely slow here as well. Food is excellent.

They have the absolute BEST Oreo Cookie Shake! I have just recently started to break my addiction to them!! I'm not a huge Jack N' the Box fan when it comes to their food, or anything else really... But their Oreo Cookie Shake makes up for all that they lack elsewhere! 💯🧋👌♥️💣 Also, it's an added bonus that they're drive through is 24/7!!

The tacos are the best inflation food. Through the app always 99c for two. For four tacos #1.98 Can't beat those prizes.

I usually get the ultimate double cheeseburger combo and park across the street to eat while I watch the seagulls. The burger is always HOT and the fries are also very good. The small drink for the small combo is even smaller than before so that’s kind of annoying— it’s the kid size cup. I usually pay around $12 for the small combo with regular fries.

This Jack in the Box is great. It is junk food at its finest. They have burgers, tacos, chicken sandwiches and shakes. Now, their shakes are great and just as good as any fine dinning place. Really. So get one. The rest of the food is great for what it is, fatting, fast food that is filling and yummy. We usually do the drive thru, but we have eaten there and the place is clean and comfortable. The service is very nice. They get your order right 90% of the time and that is great for a place that makes food fast and cheap. They make it to order. It is wonderful. This time I had one of their tacos and it was good, but I prefer their "tiny tacos" which are just meat in a taco deep fried. They come in a little bag and they are great. their fries are good. Their burgers are tasty. I also tried for the first time their chicken sandwich. It was okay, but I was not in love. They give you a huge piece of fried chicken and for me it was just a little too big causing it to be a little tough. We all had shakes and they are worth the money always. If you want fancy food go elsewhere. If you won't to blow your diet, but not your budget go here. It is super.

Went through the drive thru to get a chicken sandwich and something to drink. Wow the chicken sandwich went from $1.59 to $2.49. But all is well and the cashier was pleasant.

J'n'B, for the most part, is good food & has a convenience the public likes, the (drive thru)except for the "ones" that r located in San Luis Obispo. "None" of their Fast Food restaurants are 'drive - thru"!! Don't know why! They just aren't.

Jack in a box on sepulveda. Your a wonderful place but your going to have to step up your game. Fries needs to be fresh, really use the cleaning products that Jack provides to have a fresh smell in there. Your one of my favorites to grab a quick bite . But , your going have to step up your game. The service is great.

I got the 13 tiny tacos and one order of two tacos. The tiny tacos were very good, it was a good snack to have. And the two tacos were tasty and fulfilling. It was enough to hold me over for a quick bite/quick snack.

You go ti fast food places because you know what to expect. A dependable late night option (to midnight) for walk ins (later for drive thru). The young guys on the small late night crew at this location are to be commended. They work their @$$e$ off.

The food is GREAT. This is how i remember good Jack back in the day. Wish this one was by my house not the other one 😭. The only bad part is the whole dining room smells like piss deodarant 🤮🤮. Get your food to go

This is my first time visiting this location! The soda machine was pretty gross and appeared to need a good wipe down, but I gave the stars to Erica! She was FANTASTIC! She was a PERFECT example of what customer service is supposed to look like! She was nice! She was genuine and even before placing my order I noticed how detailed & contentious she was about the orders she took! GREAT JOB!

Used to drive thru. It is a bit chaotic where you can enter from two different areas in a small space to get into one line, but still very convenient. What is the double smashburger with bacon filled with all the things we do not need to be eating but totally delicious. Everytime I go through, I am waited on by the same delightful woman who is full of life. Lover her spirit and cant believe by now I have not asked her her name. She is always there, I hope they let her out of that window every now and then. Always a bit challenging leaving the drive-thru you really have to have your head on a swivel to watch out for pedestrians and cars turning the corner. You really have to take your time.

Stopped by the drive-thru around 8:30 a.m. before Bible study to grab my son a breakfast sandwich. The morning crew was really nice and kind, which made the stop easy. They didn’t have breakfast deals like some other spots do, and the options felt a bit limited, just a couple choices. My son said his sandwich was good, so that’s what mattered. It was a quick, straightforward drive-thru experience with friendly service. Not a critic, just sharing how it felt.

Remember when they used to give out antenna balls?? I personally like to grab a breakfast sandwich from Jack when I am on the go. Its not bad. Not super mindblowing but hits the spot when you need to hit the road. Their burgers are aiight if you ask me. My Gotos are: Bacon swiss sourdough jack. Wife likes the tacos now and again. Oreo Shakes are good. Service could be friendlier, nothing spectacular about Jack in the Box but a really affordable option for a quick bite! Love the drive thrus because they are easy

The HVAC system is spewing moldy air throughout the restaurant. The food and service were good. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Food was prepared in a staggered manner that caused some of my order to sit and get cold while they continued preparing the rest of the order. Price seemed much higher than expected, later realized the employee who took my order was up-selling me the more expensive premium versions of several items such as tacos and hamburgers, and she also did not combine sides and drinks with the sandwiches and burgers I ordered to give me value meal savings, I was instead charged a i la carte prices for every item, so what should have been a 30 to 40 dollar order ended up costing me just over 65 dollars. Employees need training on how to be more professional in both appearances and appropriate behavior to exhibit in guests' view, as well as correction in the area of customer service and fiduciary responsibility =

As good as you can expect with any fast food major chain. The drive through worker was rude. It was clear he hates his job and hated taking orders.

Went to Jack in the box in culver city on Sepulveda blvd, ... the pricing is wrong on at least one item on the drive through menu board . The manager adjusted my bill. She was very accommodating. Food was hot . That's a plus. But now my mom has a nose irritation and head ache. Hmmm !

They say they are open 24 hours that is a lie I pull up this jack in the box and the lights where out but the inside lights where on I pull up to the drive up and the menu board lights was off and this is the second time this has happened so I go to Carl's Jr I know they are open 24 hours.

Nice quiet little restaurant. Amazing selection of meals and drinks. I especially enjoyed the guava lemonade.

Management is amazing but the staff could care less. Cashier's could definitely use a touch up on not to be on your phone while the customer is taking the order right in front of you. I'm usually not a stickler for following all the rules but it stops when customers have to suffer gross negligence.

New staff. A older lady manager used to be there and everything was fine. Haven't seen her in awhile but have noticed slower service. The Buttery Jack burger is dry,it used to drip with garlic butter which made it super delicious but the cooks don't care..they just throw it together

I come here nearly daily for the spicy jack wraps and the staff is so incompetent that I’ve had to drive back 3 times this week because they gave me the regular version instead of the spicy version despite confirming spicy to me over the speaker. Ridiculous

(Drive thru) Food was as expected. There was a manager bickering at a trainee when we got to the window. I had ordered two sauces, ranch and buff sauce. It was on the order screen before we got to the window. Got our food and left. Looked in the bag and no sauce. Would have it just been for fries I wouldn’t have cared but it was chicken tenders. New employee, easy mistake. Couldn’t go back because the line was outta control. The entrance and exit are super weird and the intersection is busy.

They got my burger wrong twice. The food is good for fast food standards, and quite clean but MY OH MY.

I was the only walk in customer. There was a long line of car customers patiently waiting. My customer service rep was handling both the indoor counter and the drive up window. Actually, she didn't miss a beat. She accurately took my order while simultaneously taking a drive up order. My order was 100% correct. She definitely is a multi task individual .

I love the number of choices on the menu to order! And they have Cherry-Coke, which is an extra perk when going to a fast food restaurant. The service at this one was good, and the food was ready quickly. Its a great location - close to various hotels and shopping centers etc.

It’s not about the food it’s about how you communicate and acknowledge people. They don’t ask for sauce you want. They don’t say thank you and they toss your sauce in the bag like it’s trash. Never again I’ll go.

Decent food. Good service from the employees excluding the manager. Don’t know if it was an off day for the manager, but when I visited this location her behavior was appalling. She kept yelling and talking down to the other employees. Such belittling behavior made my dine-in experience terrible, I felt so bad for the workers. I can’t imagine how the employees feel having to work alongside such a person.

What a ripoff !! Had a 2 for $5 coupon for 2 Large Jumbo Jacks. The burgers were tiny and tasted awful. The patty must have been frozen. It was tiny, had no flavor. Had to put a lot of ketchup on it. Must have given me Jumbo Jack Juniors since they were very, very small!!!!!!!!! Never going to get another burger from Jack !!1 Carl's Junior is wayyyyyy better.

They don't give you a free Jumbo Jack with the purchase of a large drink the day after the LOS ANGELES RAMS, who are 6-2 with the best offense in the NFL, score two touchdowns. They did accept my coupon for two tacos from the LOS ANGELES LAKERS being a dominant and storied franchise. 2 stars because the food is still terrible, but the staff was still pretty nice and the place was clean. Terrible location. Hard to get into parking lot, due to location, and hard to get out of. Once in parking lot, hard to know where drive thru is. Food was normally not up to par, but that is often the case with Jack in the Box. "Then why go there?" Because it was new for me, so give it a chance.

I asked for mocha iced coffee, gave me just plain bitter iced coffee and no utensils. Cheese burger was ok. Best jack is on Hoover Pico definitely

I don't expect much from jack in the box but service n a nice attitude but the person I got was kinda mean. She or the cook forgot two items and she snatched the bag back mad with an attitude when I told her. Then I said thank you to assure her I wasn't upset after she gave me the food, but yet she rolled her eyes at me. WELL 🙄

Two stars is generous. My order was taken inaccurately and the food seemed to take a long time. Maybe my expectations of Jack in the Box being a fast food restaurant are wrong. To top things off my son noticed a roach in the dining area that was eventually stomped on by another customer. The staff seemed to take the roach in stride as if it were a common occurrence. Like I said two stars is generous. Not going back.

Well, this place is improving with its customer service. Although, I would prefer my order to appear like the photos in their adds, I do have to remember that, I am eating fast-food. Now, if this location could only clean the eating areas, I'll give 3 Stars.

Food was good. I have been here many times and it is usually ok. But we ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger along with 2 other meals and the BACON ultimate cheeseburger had NO bacon on it. We ate at home so did not notice until we were 7 miles away from the restaurant. I paid for bacon, did not get it so I called the store. First call got answered but they hung up without listening. After 13 more calls that rang then went to a non-existent voicemail, that didn't take a message, I gave up. I didn't want to pack my grandkids back in the car just to complain. I might go back later when I have time but it doesn't seem worth it. Could have handled the situation if they had just answered the phone! I will just go to a different Jack-in-the-box and hope for better service.

Messed up my order, which is fine it happens, but she still threw the messed up order into the trash. Just sucks cause it was the last of my money, and I still would have eaten the ones she threw away, but I wasn’t able to have it. So weird to be in a country where we throw away food the way we do with so many homeless around. She knew I paid my last $4 for this, just kinda sucks she couldn’t have a heart and let me have the messed up order.

The mini tacos are very underrated and I love the cherries best milkshakes ever!!??!???!!!! They had a person who got our order wrong 😭😔😭 I am disappointed in this place pls write down orders first

Customer service here is not that great. You tell them you want something fresh to order that’s what you expect. Then they wanna play you like an idiot when you taste the food and realize it’s not what you ordered. Totally unacceptable.

You would think the employees would have better attitudes and customer service with the $20/hr pay but they're more miserable than ever.

The food is OK especially breakfast, however the store is dirty and unkempt. The staff is disinterested at best, seems like a Chinese fire drill that appears to be a lack of supervision. I know this store is profitable but you have to hire more people. The staff does not speak understandable english. I would fire the district supervisor, the problems with this store are deep rooted.

I used to go here all the time then I saw on the app 2 for 5$ jumbo jacks I ordered and got a large drink the didn’t have large so they gave me a medium a supposedly he “saw” 1 jumbo jack and only gave my one sandwich even though I paid for the 2 for 5 deal they did not seem willing to add a sandwich or even give me a second small drink to make up for the large drink I don’t complain ever but this is straight taking money from me even if it is a little bit it’s not about the money it’s about the principle.

Just left here... had ordered an oreo milkshake and it was disgusting! BARF! Tasted off...threw it away IMMEDIATELY! You guys should really check the machine to see if its clean and operating correctly.

They can't get an order right to save their life. Every time I go they screw it up. This includes getting home to find a burger I ordered was missing the meat!!! Multiple times they haven't supplied the drinks ordered. Multiple trips ending up with regular rather than the curly fries. If my kids didn't love their nuggets and curly fries I would never, ever go here. The burger place across the street is far better quality, and they haven't made a mistake yet. The link they provided for me to contact them doesn't even work!

i feel so incredibly sick after eating here. Almost every sauce is soybean oil, all of the food is cooked in seed oils. If you normally eat somewhat healthy/ real food, this stuff will kick you into an absolute sickened state. I regret not vomiting this all up, im doubled over praying for this inedible garbage to pass... This "food" is TOXIC. if you eat this sort of stuff often, you will suffer greatly. God help us, i cant believe this is considered safe to eat given its hormonal and health effects.

Whoever gave this garbage a 5 star needs their heads examined, they must have no clue of what food should taste & feel like; nor do they know what customer service is. I had originally given this place a five-star review until I went to eat here one night very late. I do not recommend ordering while the night crews working They make you wait literally 20 to 40 minutes just to get your food nothing fast about it. Sad.

Didn’t know we had to pay for buttermilk. We ordered a #1 and another combo I thought one of them would of been complimentary but she said it’s a .25 cent charge that’s a bit absurd apparently I didn’t order finger food to be able to qualify to get 1 buttermilk… this lady doesn’t know how to budget. Terrible service. Went inside because I was really thirsty. Decided to buy a $1.79 sandwich so I wouldn't be asking for free water. Cashier insisted she had to charge me $2.69 for the cup, not the water per se. By that logic I guess all the drinks are free. Guess I should have brought my own cup and asked her to fill it up with Dr. Pepper! This will be the last time I visit a Jack in the Box!

Worst jack in the box I ever been too. Idk why it is still open. Coworkers do not look friendly. Attitude. Fries taste old! Jack in the Box fell short of expectations during my visit. The food lacked freshness and tasted stale, indicating a lapse in quality control. Additionally, the service was slow and staff members seemed indifferent to customer needs, resulting in a frustrating experience. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired, contributing to a disappointing dining atmosphere. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this location for a satisfactory meal.

Wow! First time visiting this location and I’m appalled at how terrible the customer service was. The person who took our order in the drive thru was SUPER rude! At first I thought it was a language barrier but nope! Once I pulled up and got my food, it was all eye rolls and attitude. I ordered jalapeño poppers and checked my bag before pulling away and noticed I didn’t get any ranch dressing to dip them in. The lady at the window sighed, shoved two ranch sauces in my hand and said “WE CHARGE EXTRA FOR SAUCES, YOU WANT THEM OR NOT?!” Like?! What on earth is this kind of behavior?! I definitely will NOT be coming back here, nor do I recommend coming here. I’ll be calling corporate in the morning because my experience was entirely unacceptable.

I'm a fan of Jack in the Box but I must say that this is the worst one I've ever been to the service is horrible and the food is worse rude staff especially the chubby guy with bleached hair n neck tattoo I've been here twice recently for convenience sake but you couldn't pay me to go here again awful

The lady at the drive through just now, 1-6-26 @ 6:29am was VERY rude. Could not understand my order that I get several times a week. Then she rolled her eyes at me because she couldn’t understand I want two coffees and one sandwhich, not two sandwhiches and two coffees. After that, she couldn’t understand “8 creamer and 8 sugar” in Spanish or English. Tried to give me 4 of each for a total of 8, then got upset again when corrected. Lastly, I was given no receipt for this transaction which would normally allow me to give a review with Jack in the box. She neglected to give me a receipt. This experience was wild. I’ll be stopping at another location on my 37 mile drive to work.

Been here 4 times and each time there seems to be a language or communication issue. When I give my order, even though each time I speak slowly and clearly enunciate, they get it wrong. I don't think they listen at all. They ask me if I want the combo even though I thought I was clear saying I just want the sandwich. Then I end up getting the wrong sandwich in my bag. The workers behind the counter are clearly not qualified to deal and communicate with customers.

Made an X-mas Eve order around 6 PM. Google and the app said the franchise was still open. I made my order and it went through and my credit card was charged. Upon arriving at the drive through I noticed it was blocked off. I got out of my car to enter manually and noticed 2 employees standing in the kitchen. The front door was locked. When I pushed the intercom to communicate, I mentioned my order. They told me they were closed and "didn't do refunds for apps" and that I would "have to take care of that on my own through the app." No other help, service, or general concern. While I understand employees working X-mas eve deserve to be off earlier and it's a shame for them to have to work at all on such an important date--the level of service for my STILL being charged but not being able to be refunded (rather, being told I had to "deal with it on my own") remains POOR. After time exploring HOW I might even receive a refund on my already charged card, I wrote Jack in the Box corporate customer service. They were kind and told me they would address the issue with the franchise. But a week or so after, I'm afraid I still have not heard back. As for the actual franchise, I have heard nothing. Those two night workers must have just assumed I would happily resolve my refund issue on my own.

Line backed up to the street and been sitting here for 30 minutes to pick up an order for DoorDash and they have workers walking around instead of getting food ready, needs new graveyard management, but in general this location Jack in the box is always rude,Lazy, and slow never would order food here food always left out and or cold.
