I've never been a big fan of tortas, but after watching a popular YouTuber visit, I decided I had to give it another try. Bought the number 12 Especial DF, it contains steak, salted beef,Spicy pork, and oxacan cheese. It's a hefty hefty sandwich. Flavors were great! I thought it would be spicier, it actually was mild. Next time I definitely will have them add some spicy peppers onto it. I really wanted to try one of the juices, but they are pricey from $8 to $11. But people claim it's really worth it so next time I go I'll give one a try. If you're in a rush you may want to call ahead, it takes approximately a little over 10 minutes for them to prepare your sandwich. They do accept credit/ debit cards, with an additional fee added.

Don Pepe is a great spot for tortas, they have so many options I couldn’t even count them all. In addition to tortas, they also serve tacos, burritos, and other Mexican dishes. The food is good and affordable. It’s mostly a takeout place, with just a few tables inside, so it’s perfect for grabbing lunch to go. The wait time can vary depending on how busy they are, and yes the customer service is not the best, which is why I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5. They also make fresh juices and smoothies, with tons of flavor options to choose from, definitely a nice bonus if you want something refreshing with your meal. Overall, it’s a solid neighborhood spot if you’re willing to be patient, tasty food, good prices, and great for a quick and satisfying bite.

I would give it 5 stars however, i only like it when the guys make it. The big lady w the glasses makes the smoothies/bowls so watery. More than 4 times. I asked her to make it thicker and she said its not possible. So when i see her, i turn around and dont bother to order.

Humongous menu and delicious shakes, smoothies or juices!! The berry mint has fresh pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, lemon and mint leaves which is amazing. HIDDEN GEM!

This place is always on something , you could literally be calling they put you on hold , you walk in there In person , You’re still on hold and you’ll end up ordering in person before they even get back to you on the phone . At times they don’t take phone orders . Food and smoothies are good though .

I had to visit this place multiple times when my wife was pregnant because it was conveniently located, but if I had the choice, I would never go back. The woman behind the counter always has an attitude, acting as though she’s doing you a favor by serving you. It feels like she thinks you’re getting free food, which is incredibly off-putting. The prices are outrageously high, especially considering the quality of the products they use. Nothing is organic, and they often use fruits that are clearly past their prime—some even look like they should have been thrown out days ago. This was one of the main reasons I decided to never return. Every visit was a horrible experience, but the last time was the worst. I spent almost $60 on three juices, which is already excessive. When I asked for a small cup, the woman told me it would cost an extra 50 cents—after I had already paid with my credit card. To make matters worse, they charged me an additional 2% fee for using a card, which felt like a sneaky way to squeeze more money out of customers. The combination of poor customer service, overpriced items, low-quality ingredients, and hidden fees made this one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place unless you enjoy being overcharged and treated poorly.
