First time eating here and I really liked it. I had the beef n broccoli lunch special and it was good. The egg rolls were delicious too!
Food was cooked to order, was finished fast, had large portions, and was hot, fresh, and tasty. Awesome :)
Very tasty food, reasonable prices, nice people. Got the orange chicken with fried rice. Chicken was extremely crispy, they definitely fried it only after I ordered which is great. They gave me a free egg roll which was very nice. Would have liked more rice but that's always the case for me with rice lol. Highly recommend, I will be back.
My recent visit to Little Panda was made truly special thanks to Priscilla's outstanding assistance. She went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. The food was delicious, and Priscilla's exceptional service made it even more memorable. Highly recommended!
I have had take out from this place several times. And I am still waiting for a bad meal or experience. Still have not had one. Very fast service. Friendly people that take care of me. To me the best Chinese food in Lubbock. And I have tried several establishments. And the price point is really good. Plus you get plenty to eat for your money. Parking can be a problem sometimes. But it is across from the TTU campus. I will continue going here.
Driving through on a road trip and we stopped here for take out. I ordered mushu chicken which was juicy and generous with the vegetables, and our order of egg drop soup was great. Lunch specials were well priced at 7.95 if you're there during that time!
This was by far mine and my fiance's favorite place to go when we attended Texas Tech! The food is amazing, specifically the Hot & Spicy Beef and Sweet & Sour Chicken! Now that we've moved from Lubbock, we're sad we can't have Little Panda anymore and compare any other place we go to them!
Best chicken chow mein (not noodles by the way) and sesame chicken in town!! Rice is a hit and miss at times but still enjoyable but the dishes definitely make up for it. Cream cheese wontons are 🔥🔥 too.
Great little Chinese restaurant. Became a staple to go to at Tech. We would order take out a lot, and you never get anything cold. Good prices, and if you order during lunch there are discounts. The size of the meals is worth the price, if your a student trust me you will love it.
This is the best Chinese take-out we have had in Lubbock. We had orange chicken, general tsao's chicken, and cashew chicken. All of them were very good. The eggrolls were delicious as well as the cream cheese wontons. We will definitely be going back.
Honestly one of the best Chinese food places in Lubbock. This is your average Chinese food restaurant with all the usual food, you'd expect. It is done quickly, well priced and a friendly staff. Right next to tech makes it a great spot to eat between classes if the food on campus is becoming dull.
I’ve always loved this place since I was a freshman at Tech in 2011. Sweet and sour chicken is my all time fave. Delicious egg rolls too.
Came when place was empty-ish. Smallest space was a 4-seater table. Food was good. Sweet and sour chicken (think that's what I ordered) could be more savory. Think the "sweet and sour" stood for the sauce that came with it.
I like this place. Their food is always hot and fresh. Plus I personally don’t like a ton of garlic and the food isn’t covered in it like most places. Great lunch specials. I really love the lo mein.
Foods good. Really well done and service is decent. Only complaint is it's a bit expensive, so if your a college student, it's a special occasion or treat.
Food was absolutely delicious, highly recommend the steamed dumplings and orange chicken, left nothing on my plate and it’s not a far walking distance from Texas Tech. I will be coming back!
The food is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant. If you want Chinese food, our food was fresh
Sesame chicken and Hunan chicken. Both are delicious!

You'd be a fool to not want some of the House Special Fried Rice. By far, my favorite thing on the menu. My daughter loves the General Tso's and the Mongolian Beef. And their Egg Drop soup is medicine!
Solid portions, great taste. Good price. I like this place. Ordering takeout now actually ha.
Food was hot and ready! Delicious. I recommend the rice noodles lol mein with chicken !
This place is so fast, so friendly. Cute place to sit inside, but we ordered take out. But the best part is the food! Moving back here from the East, it’s been hard to find good Chinese. this place is AMAZING! Lo mein, steamed dumplings, general tso’s chicken, and fried rice. Delicious perfection!
I can only get this food when I go out of town. I love this place. Food is always good and hot as well as full of flavor...can't wait to go back again
Must try! I called in my order, and told the lady on the phone I was so sick if she could bring it to my vehicle and she did! 💕She went out of her way, for me. 🙏🏻 A new customer. I was impressed with the packaging of the food. The soup was DELICIOUS and I’m very picky! The shrimp was plump and juicy the broccoli was perfectly cooked and at a great price! Try it! I will be going back! The food was the best I’ve tried here in Lubbock and I’ve tried 5 different places! Very friendly and courteous! I also tipped her, she deserved it, Bless the lady who took my order!
Excellent food in large portions for affordable prices with fast friendly service! Have already been back for a 2nd time because we enjoyed it so much!
Just wanted to share that I treated myself more than I could bargain, & it was worth it! I appreciate the staff & cashier for their service. Had an excellent combo meal I made of my own. Steamed Dumplings, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Vegetable Wei Fun, & their Finest Fried Shrimps. Lovely experience it was. No lie though, could use some music in that joint, nonetheless, splendid night it was.
This place was great! I’m new to town and love to find good Chinese spots, let me tell you this is one of them! Super affordable, good amount of food too. I ordered the beef lo mein and cheese wontons, both were excellent! Service was amazing, staff was friendly. Definitely check this place out!
Absolutely love this place. Today i decided to try something different as I always get Mei fun. Spicy rice noodle beef soup is amazing.
Take out was fast, and food was delicious. We had the beef and broccoli, and plain lo mein

Nice, casual restaurant. This is a great place for lunch, and it is very convenient to TTU. It does tend to get busy at lunch (they have great lunch specials M-F), so come as early as you can. My favorites are Spicy Beef Orange Chicken, but everything I've tried has been good.
I have only gone in the one time but I absolutely loved it. The food was awesome as well as the quick wait time for it. I even started eating fairly soon after getting it & it was super hot. I'm glad to know it was really made fresh!!! Will definitely be stopping by again. It's a lot of food for such a low price!!
Dinning area was clean. Friendly people. Food was nice, hot and fresh. She let us bring in our cokes that we had bought from taco villa happy hour.
Nice quick Chinese food close to the University. For the most part, the meats are cooked then covered in sauce. This style is not my favorite. The decor is very minimalistic which I find to be quite appropriate. Prices are fair and portions are pretty big. The lunch specials are my favorite as you get a meal for less than $8 at the time of writing this (October, 2017). My main gripe (and this is a gripe about most Chinese food places and does not affect the score of this review), there is no easy way to get an entree with noodles instead of rice. A simple "substitute noodles for rice for $_.__ would suffice".
If you are concerned with the environment, then you don't want to go to this restaurant. Everything they use is not environmentally friendly, I guess the reason is they don't need to hire people to wash dishes. The food is ok, not authentic but still good enough. I would not go there for serious dining out and would not be on my top list, but I would go if I need some inexpensive and quick meal.
Overpriced, but you are on Tech campus. Food good. Not any better or worse than any other carry out Chinese.
Everytime I go in here there are little kids running around in the kitchen. I'm sure that's a health code or child labor violation first off. The atmosphere is very awkward. There's no music and its noisy with clanging pots and kids screaming in Mandarin. Prices are a little high except for lunch. $5.99 you get 2 entrees, side of brown rice, egg roll, and drink. For $1 more you can get another entree. The food is actually good, you get fair portions, and it's very healthy. I didn't taste any MSG and brown rice is much better than white. I would recommend eating here for lunch only.
Worst Chinese i ever had. The wonton tasted like they were broiled with dish water and the general tso chicken was very tough. The soup was good (Hot and Spicy), but I really recommend you do not order the pork wontons. Also do not order devilry from here, it is very slow, i got my food about an hour after I had ordered it even though I was less than 10 min away from the restaurant. Also my eggrolls were bland tasting, maybe it was because they were cold, but they felt very much lacking in taste. Also the fried rice is very plain and having no eggs, peas, or anything else in it to get it flavor. I do not recommend ordering from here, but just know if you do the food will be very disappointing, just like an asian buffet. Overall: Food was filling, but was very bland.
I ordered a spicy house special lo-mein earlier today, and it was terrible. There was so much oil in the lo-mein that I thought I was going to have a cardiac arrest. After a couple of bites, I stopped eating and ate a snack. In addition most lo-mein dishes have had contained bean sprouts, snow peas and different vegetables. The lo-mein dish they cooked was mainly big chunks of celery, onions, and carrots, and a lot of oil. I hope they read this review and can improve the quality of the food especially since they are located across the street from Tech. I gave 2 stars for the generous quantity, but acid reflux from excessive oil after eating two bites was a deal breaker. I will not return there!
I am from out of town. I didnt want to leave the hotel so i found this restraunt and they delievered, awsome! They charge 5 bucks for delivery which is fine, I understand why. Order broccoli and beef, fried rice, order of cream cheese fried wontons. Broccoli taste like it was defrosted and microwave, beef taste like dog food. Fried rice has no flavor. The only thing that I ate was the wontons and the free egg roll. The egg roll and wontons are the only reason why they got 2 stars instead of one.
The place was packed so I expected some really good food to justify the demand. Super nice people behind the counter... Got my order quickly. The sweet and sour chicken was all breading and neon glaze-sauce. The fried rice was dried out steamed rice with soy sauce. The vegetables were all way underdone. I ate as much as I thought would ride me over, but certainly didn't finish my meal.
The food lacked taste and my general tso tasted like the egg batter. My chicken fried rice was bland and the chicken was close to being raw. The egg rolls were good but that's it as far as delectables.
Terrible service. They are very rude. I needed to go silverware and a bowl or cup for the egg drop soup. I was taking the food to the hospital due to my sister being in there. They refused to give me either of those things i needed. The combo fried rice was very chewy and not fresh. The lemon chicken was overdone and almost burned. Very crunchy. Egg drop soup was maybe the best if the whole meal. Probably will not try this place again.
Just okay. Very unseasoned bland food. Very nice people but food isn’t great. Ordered shrimp & rice with broccoli…

Food has decent taste. However even when dining in it’s in a to-go box and you eat with a very flimsy plastic fork! Chicken, broccoli and carrots way too big and cannot be made bite sized. You end up putting slippery and hot pieces the size of a golf ball into your mouth. C’mon! Have silverware and plates so we can eat properly and enjoy the food.

Ordered chicken fried rice and not sure what the "chicken" was other than it was NOT chicken and horrible. Possibly rubber and stale bread mixed and baked. Second order of house fried rice had spoiled ham and same rubber strips for meat. We opted for water and left our meals uneaten. Do NOT RECOMMEND.
Waited for 10 minutes in the drive-through to get cold food
If a bowl of oil dunked in sweet honey is what you are looking for then this is the place to go. Bland fried rice, 0 sense of taste in the broccoli garlic sauce and absolutely no sense how food needs to be packed when delivered. Hands need a vigorous 10 rounds of rinsing to get rid of the oil.
I always come here and never had an issue until today. I had my husband go pick up an order I made and it was a whole lot more then what I ordered instead of the kids sizes I ordered they gave me family sizes of everything and my total came out to $70 I specified what I wanted and they still got it wrong, when I called to tell them about it they were really rude and said they don’t do refunds. Theyre English is really hard to understand sometimes so if you order on the phone from them make sure to ask repeatedly to make sure they have it right.
We placed three orders of beef lo mein to go. We picked up the order and it was beef fried rice, so when my wife told them what we ordered, they basically told us they repeated the order and we were wrong... No apology and no offer to make it right. They really need to work on their customer service and quit being so rude to their customers.
First and last time going. Food went straight to trash. I ordered a chicken and shrimp fried rice. It smelled burnt. The food was oily and completely bland. Lacking any taste and spices. Waste of time and money. Had to go somewhere else and get something else to eat
