I left this review before, but it seems hidden. I meant every word of it. Tina was our server. She was so incredible. I go to restaurants all the times all over the nation, and I've never had a great service as hers before. She was so kind. We usually have to ask servers when we come here for hot water, lemons and honey, etc. But she brought all of that to the table without as us asking. If there's a school for servers, she should be teaching. She was great 10/10.

My daughter and i eat out alot and you do not often get this quality of service. I run a local eatery and i wish she could teach my staff how to be this good. I haven't ate at IHOP in 10 years! We went on a Saturday night because everything was packed and we wanted something a little more quiet. We were immediately sat and greeted by our waitress named Tina. She was super attentive and nice. She made sure our glasses were full and paid attention to the small details in our meal (crispy bacon, crispy hash browns, etc.) and we didn't even ask, she offered. She is an awesome waitress! The restaurant is very clean and quiet. I don't know why we waited this long to wat here. We will be back!!

My visit to IHOP in Lufkin was fantastic! It remains one of my favorite places for breakfast in the area. The service was impressively quick, which is always a bonus, and we were so delighted by our server. Natalia was incredibly sweet and kind while helping us. Her warm service really made the meal a pleasant experience. Highly recommend stopping by!

Went for Breakfast my server Natalia was awesome and very nice. Food came out pretty fast and was hot. I'd also like to add I've ordered to go a few times around 0200 for lunch and my food was always ready when I went to pick it up and was hot and pretty good.

She was quick with our drinks, kept checking in at just the right times, and made sure everything was perfect with our order. Chandra was friendly, attentive, and had such a great personality that really made the experience enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. As I entered the restaurant very polite lady seated me and asked if I liked something to drink, coffee please. As usual in IHOP coffee is served in a thermos to keep it warm. I ordered stake and eggs with biscuits and gravy. Food was good.
