We stopped at the Lufkin iHop a few nights ago on our way home from a long drive. It was late, we were way past meal time, and we were hungry and tired, so I forgot to take pictures. I had the blt with turkey bacon. My husband had bacon eggs and hash browns. We ordered off of the senior menu so the prices were very reasonable. The place was very clean, including the bathroom. All staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I have only good things to say about this location. If we're ever passing through the area again, we will definitely stop here.

Ms.Tina is phenomenal, I’ve probably been to this restaurant 2 or 3 dozen times in the last 8 years. The only one who ever asked me if I wanted my hash brown crispy! She deserves a month off! And please get her a bench so she can enjoy the stars at night in the summer time.

I go to restaurants all the times all over the nation, and I've never had a great service as hers before. She was so kind. We usually have to ask servers when we come here for hot water, lemons and honey, etc. But she brought all of that to the table without as us asking. If there's a school for servers, she should be teaching. She was great 10/10.

I haven't ate at IHOP in 10 years! We went on a Saturday night because everything was packed and we wanted something a little more quiet. We were immediately sat and greeted by our waitress named Tina. She was super attentive and nice. She made sure our glasses were full and paid attention to the small details in our meal (crispy bacon, crispy hash browns, etc.) and we didn't even ask, she offered. She is an awesome waitress! The food overall is pretty good. I must say my 2nd time dining in (with my mom), they did a lot better on cooking the turkey bacon, unlike the previous times before. I don't know. I just feel like so many people aren't aware of the fact that you can make turkey bacon crispy. No, it won't be as crispy as pork bacon, but it will indeed be crispy and good. As far as the service, sometimes, they do have workers who aren't as friendly at first, but I personally try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Body language speaks volumes to me, not only the words that come out of a person's mouth. Now, if the waiter continues to act"dry," if you will, then my tip will also be "dry." The first time I took my mom out for breakfast, I felt like the waitress was rushing us. Though the waitress wasn't dry or rude by words but the fact that my mother and I felt rushed was rude. The reason I say this is because normally, the customer will ask for the check and go boxes if needed. Our waitress that particular day just came over with the receipt without asking anything. My mom and I looked at each other. However, we continued talking, but then a little later, she had to go boxes and place them on the table. Mind you, my mother, and I didn't ask for anything as of yet. I understand that there was a lunch rush with more people coming to dining in. However, as long as the person(s) who is dining in is still eating, etc. there's no need to rush anyone. Despite that, I did still leave the waitress a tip, but I definitely made a note to myself to mention that if I ever have that particular waitress again because I've had this waitress before. I'd be sure to respectfully mention my feelings towards being rushed as a paying customer. The atmosphere overall was pleasant, I constantly saw workers cleaning and overall having a smile on their faces and being very polite, as in using their manners when passing by others. I definitely will continue to dine in at IHOP.

Natalia was an amazing server! She was fast and attentive! I will say that I am disappointed with the prices at this location. $4.19 for a “large” orange juice and $3.59 for a “large” sweet tea. That is crazy! The drinks are basically a 1/3 of the cost of the food!
