I've been ordering this Pizza for yrs and so now Pizza Factory is in town, but guess what your bye far the best tasting pizza in town and your not out to over price your products. I'm pretty sure a lot of customers will 💯 agree.

Best pizza in the central valley for the price. The other chains are gross. The Madera Pacifica Pizza has been our go-to stop anytime we pass along hwy-99. Just keep your order simple and have them read it back to you. Then check before you leave.

If the place is bad as the comments above then why so many people on the phones taking orders, and inside the store etc? . There wouldn't be 15 employees working at the same time. However, a customer working in Fresno raved about it, and since it was my daughter’s birthday, I decided to give it a try. I must say, this pizza was absolutely worth it. What makes this pizza so great is that it’s not greasy. The dough is soft, and the inside is like stuffed with cheese. The smell and flavor are incredible. I could go on about it! I ordered three large pizzas: two were pepperoni, and the other one was their combination, which they call the bulldog. It was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Madera, California. The pizzas are actually big. The extra large pizza is a 16-inch pizza with 16 slices. I paid $15.99 for the pepperoni pizza and $16.99 for the bulldog pizza..

Next add more seasoning and Oregano to the sauce and put a little more on the pizza to make it less dry. Improving the quality and charge a little more will drive more customers.

I love Pacifica Pizza but i have to be honest we went next door to Hong Kong for New Years havent bwen there in a while pacifica that is soIcant tell u how the service or atmosphere is. It has never been negative. Any of the times I ever bren there.

The food is really good, 5 stars for that! Now the customer service is REALLY bad. The girl's taking the orders have a really bad attitude! Every time I call in my order someone is acting bipolar on the other end. They all look miserable the times I go in and pick up my food. Show some respect the hours you are on shift to the customers! Other than that, the food is great here!

Ordered garden salad, garlic knots, and a pepperoni & jalapeno pizza. Delivery was great. Pizza & knots were good. I threw the salad away. Very disappointed with lettuce, it was past it's prime (brown edges).

Put prices on their menu because their is not one price on anything, I'm just going off what they say, and some of their items are no longer the same price on some of the google pictures for this place either...or on the menu. Love the food I just wish they would show how much people are paying for their food.....

The pizza is always delicious but there is one gal who answers the phone there and is completely rude. Customer service is not their strong suit so if customer service is a must for you don’t bother going here. You’ll be immediately disappointed.

Always great pizza and I would have given 5 stars if it went for the terrible service I was given. I pre-ordered a X-Large pizza and I came in to pick it up and it took several minutes and coughs from myself to get the attention of one person to tell I was there to pick up an order. There had to be at least 10 employees standing around and making pizza in plain sight, but not a one looked up from talking to their coworkers to tell a customer that they'll be right with them. Great pizza that never disappoints, but they're costumer service was lacking yesterday.

Honestly amazing pizza love the cheese bread . But the customer service is horrid. They sometimes pick up calls sometimes pick-up and hang up 🤷. Like its a 50/50 chance you can place an order via phone.

Pizza is excellent, dough is delicious and soft, however, they accidentally gave my great grandfather regular Pepsi instead of Diet Pepsi. He is diabetic and now he feels awful as his blood pressure went up very high. He's lucky to have someone watching over him, but when I called Pacifica about the complaint, there was No apologies whats so ever.. Not very sympathetic for those with diabetes it seems.. so please be aware, ask twice to make sure they have your order right. Best of luck!

This place has good pizza for a good price but the customer service is really poor . I was calling since 8:30 to order a pizza no one would answer the phone so I drove over there to order and got there at 8:55. Door unlocked and the guy Mike said we are closed ! Then I mentioned the time and he proceeded to tell me that they were sold out! He said that the owner Debbie doesn't care if they close early if they make thier quota. What the heck then proceeded to tell me to go make my own pizza!

Time to get new workers, every time I call they either never answer or when they do they put me on hold and hang up on me. I called back and the same girl answered rudely. Sounding upset that she had to do her job while taking my order. No “hello”, just “pick up or delivery” “name” then hung up after telling her the order. Date is Friday June 16, 2023. I called at 5:18pm, the manager should see who answered and have a talk with them

if i could give a negative stars I would. They are extremely rude when answering the phone, pizza took more than an hour to come 4 blocks away, they ran my card on the phone and wanted their driver to write my card down on a note pad to take back. When I refused to do so they had the drive take back a half eaten pizza from my kids and i still have not gotten a refund....

I just called. They answered and hung up. I called back. They answered and hung up. I called back. A woman answered with attitude and said, "thanks for calling Pacifica can you please hold?" I didn't have a chance to say yes, and she puts me on hold. She comes back and says, with attitude, "okay, are you going to order?" I said, "uh yes," so she said (again with major attitude!) "Pick up or delivery?" I said delivery. And then she began to tell me it'd be about 2 hours. And with that attitude she let out a big sigh that sounded as if she was irritated. I said never mind. And I hung up on her. I REFUSE to practically beg a company to take my money! A business that is STILL open through covid and shut downs should have employees that are grateful and they should treat the customers with more respect since it's the customers who have kept this business going through a pandemic. Either way, that is irrelevant, because they should be more respectful to the customers regardless. After being hung up on I shouldn't have ever even called back. But I did. I gave a few chances. Yet I then got spoken to disrespectfully. Her attitude in her voice was so apparent I feel like I could almost hear her rolling her eyes. I'm sensing she's annoyed because of how busy they are right now given the 2 hour time frame for delivery but that's no excuse at all. There's no reason to be that way to customers, especially after hanging up on them a couple of times! The 2 hour time frame wouldn't bother me. I'd still have ordered since I have a lot of people who are hungry for pizza in my house right now. But I can't deal with the attitude. I won't give my money to a business who not only hangs up on me multiple times but also then talks to me the way she did. Whoever is answering phones right now should be reprimanded seriously. It is March 20, 2021. And I called at 657 pm, 658 pm, and 659 pm. I'm sure you can figure out who worked the phones and did all that. Maybe if she is reprimanded she will think twice before doing that again. Remember, it's this person who is causing this business to lose money today. And if I got hung up on a couple of times and got attitude the third time, I imagine that there are likely others experiencing the same exact thing right now. I can't be the only one!

Good pizza poor communication and customer service! I decided to order a pizza from Pacifica when I called the girl answering the phone was very rude it almost seemed like if she was bothered to answer the phone. If you don’t want to interact with customers you should probably look for a different career. Upper management should take a look at this since this is not the first time someone complains regarding there customer service.

I recommend going somewhere else. The food is good. But they make way too many mistakes on orders. They don't answer the phone at all. Just went there and ask for a pepperoni mushroom pizza but got pineapple instead. I hate pineapple and allergic to them as well. They didn't even care at all.

Don’t come here if you like customer service. Long hold times over the phone with rude employees and long wait times after scheduled pick-up is the norm. Not discouraged by this due to their great pizzas, price, and popularity. However, dealing with inept young people with very poor customer service skills gets old pretty quickly. After repeated order mistakes and delays with no sympathy or remorse, it’s time for me to order elsewhere where good manners and professionalism are valued.

Food is good. Customer service is the worst. The girls give you attitude, they don’t want to make salad so they tell you they are out of lettuce and when you pick up your order you can see them making salads for other orders. This has happen about four times, mostly not going back.

I ordered a salad from Pacifica today 10/6/24 around 6pm. I picked it up and when I carried it out of my car, water spilled all over my shirt and pants. I thought it was water but when I opened container, tomatoes were so soggy. I took them out of salad. I usually put salad in a bowl so i will have some next day. Lettuce was soggy on bottom had to be juice from tomatoes, cause tomatoes were so soggy. I called pacifica pizza the young lady I spoke to said bring salad back and they would make me another one she also told me that's the way the Salads are. I've had Salads in the past and the salad have never been soggy nor the tomatoes. I took back salad and picked up another one. When I got home I opened container and this one was soggy. I called and spoke to the young lady again and told her it was soggy again. I thought they made it fresh but it wasnt cause lettuce and tomatoe shouldnt be soggy in 5mins that i picked up the second salad.The tomatoes were soggy again and lettuce on bottom was soggy from juice of tomato. The worst Salads I've ever had from pacifica. The young lady offered me another salad again. I already drove back once and picked up first replacement. I didn't want to drive all the way back again, I tried putting my own fresh lettuce but it didn't do salad any justice cause I couldn't take all soggy lettuce out. I ate some it just gave me a stomach ache, maybe the tomatoes weren't good to be that soft. I had to throw it away. The only thing that was good was dressing. I suggested that they shouldn't put the soggy tomatoes on the salad. she said they were very busy and they work with what they got. If tomatoes are soggy leave them out you dont put them in salad. In the past if they are out if something they will tell you why it will not be in salad. I told her to leave out tomatoes, no one wants a soggy salad. It'll be a while before I go back again. This is just the first time this ever happened. In the past I've always had good salads, fresh not soggy and fresh hard tomatoes. I know they tried to rectify the situation but they just gave me another soggy salad. Very Dissapointed🙁👎

Can eat better pizza in other places, all time i order a pizza to deliver is cold and they charge you too much to add some toppings like chicken and if you order 3 pizza they charge you 2 dollar delivery for each pizza (why i have to pay 6 dollars when the others charge u just one time?) EDIT 2023: the quality improved but the reduced the size of the pizza (like large now is smaller than before) and toppings are less. A thing I never understand whoever are the girls answer the phone they are ALWAYS RUDE and try to get rid of your call as soon as they can. Probably the worst customer service in town. EDIT 2025: I really do not understand the owner of this place, he keep hiring girls with 0 manners and even less in professionalism, few days ago I order pizza for me and my coworker and whoever answered it really make us disgusted for the lack of customer service. Rude, annoyed e completely distracted. On top of that the owner continue to reduce the amount of toppings.
