Great doughnuts, with plenty of options. They do a wonderful job of celebrating holidays. The doughnuts are made fresh daily, and I've never had any dry or stale product from this place. They keep it clean and friendly.

Loved the experience, staff was crazy friendly! Especially the worker in the blue hair super nice. The donuts are always fresh and good! Always drive out here from Fresno for their donuts, worth it. No donut shop at Fresno compares to the donuts here!

Their Bear claws are beyond scrumptious!! The cinnamon roll was on point!!! Fresh and soft, just how I like my donuts!!!! Plus its open late night, and who doesn't love getting a late night donut fix!?

Donuts are legit, their chocolate abuelita frappe they had for a limited time was awesome! I wish they had it permanently! The cronuts are very good! One of my favorite donut shops in the 559 easily.

I love their sprinkled donut holes, but today they seemed under cooked, and the oil used was old. They looked chocolatey. I still ate them though! Donuts are my weakness.

Very Quiet Workers! Though what I think is that they should be a little more talk a tive but I can complain about that! It's really cheap there and it's relaxing to go there and have a donut! Most the time I would see 2 or 3 workers there so it's really nice there and always clean! It's quick and easy to make a Order there, they don't have rude customers, and they are so friendly there!

Was here this morning the girl who helped my husband and I was probably having a bad. My husband and I walked in she saw us didn't say anything were were trying to decide what to get either the half dozen or the dozen she then approaches us and says good morning but she wasn't even looking at us and the way she said it seemed forced. Then she just stood there staring I felt rushed to order. So I speaking both English and Spanish husband just speaks Spanish so I was asking him what size he wanted and what donuts. So I finally was going to start ordering and saying three mapled don..and she interrupted rudely and asked what size. Which okay my bad for not stating it but other donut places or bakeries put the donuts on a tray then they box them my bad for thinking she would do it that. Well anyways I was doing the ordering just asking my husband for his opinion in spanish well she kept trying to direct to him in spanish instead of me who clearly was ordering in English. Don't get me wrong I don't mind speaking in spanish it's my first language but she seemed like she was trying to force me to speak in spanish when she was understanding me perfectly. Then she said if that was it I asked my husband if he wanted the hot chocolate he said yes I ordered a French vanilla. She told us our total she went to go fill our drinks a guy charged us we got the donuts stepped aside so another customer could pay. We turned to look and our drinks were ready she just didn't feel like saying they were. Overall good place to visit just employees like this ruin the experience. May I add I did use my manner was never rude to her idk why that wasn't reciprocated. I could've easily called her out by just asking if she was having a bad but I chose not to be that way

The doughnuts don't look the same as they used to. The frosting doesn't stay solid on the doughnut but instead looks like it's melting off. After less than a day, the doughnuts are a bit soggy on the bottom.

I like this place because they have good donuts but I went in today at night to buy croissants and the lady said “ugh” her customer service wasn’t what I expected. Even though it’s open 24/7 and if they don’t want to bake food they should at least put a sign up stating that. I like the morning crew better

Donuts are good, their sandwiches are meh. Open 24 Hrs. At 5 in the evening, out of stock of a lot of ingredients. Only one employee doing everything. If it weren't for the donuts themselves I would take off another 🌟.

I got donuts and mocha frap but the frappe taste like plant based protein powder didn't taste that good and it felt sick afterwards I can't say ok n any others items but this drink was not it

I am confused by the high reviews. The donuts were dense and doughy, the glazes were tasteless, and overall the donuts were bland. Apple fritter didn't have any apple or cinnamon in it. The maple bar was passable. And I couldn't even finish the old-fashioned. Yum yum donuts made me numb numb.

Stopped in today during my commute. Was feeling hAngry so needed something to eat. Got a couple donuts. While i was being rang up i noticed one donut looked like it had seen better days. Icing was crumbling off but wasn't gonna make a big deal about it. Once i got to the car i took out the same donut and seen that it was completely crushed and in worse shape than i realized. By then it was too late, I was on the road and gone. Could have been better but Yum Yums donuts is still the franchise to goto for deliciousness.

The donuts are delicious. However, customer service representative seems to need an attitude adjustment towards his customers when asked to give towel for cleaning seeing that he was busy.

Used to come here regularly at different hours of the day when I lived in town. Stopped by here on the way to visiting family and picked up a cinnamon roll and a bagel for my husband. I took about three bites before I tossed the bag in the back seat. DNF, it was just not good. Apparently neither was my husband's bagel. Kind of upset since it costs $2 for the bagel and it was another $2.40 to add cream cheese. Would have been better off buying a sleeve of bagels from the grocery store. Really dissatisfied. I know prices have gone up but I spent almost $8 on a hard bagel and a stale cinnamon roll. Spend your money somewhere else people.

Sadly, our assorted dozen from this location could not even be described as "serviceable." We picked them up before 10am, so they should have been reasonably fresh, but they seemed stale and also may have been cooked in oil that needed to be changed. We weren't looking for the best donuts of our lives, just a basic dozen to satisfy a morning donut craving, but we were disappointed and finally tossed more than half the box into the garbage. We won't be back to this Yum Yum Donut.

Workers need to pay attention to one order at a time instead of flirting with other customers so that way when there done with a order the worker willnt overcharge the first customer and the customer willnt have to go back and demand a refund and they still screw you over with the amount!

Went on my lunch break for a tuna wrap a while ago. Waited about 5 minutes for the guy who was staring right at me to come to the front to take my order. Ordered and the guy couldn’t even make it. Said “we serve them after 3, it was already past 3 mind you, told me to wait 3 minutes for his coworker to make it. Took another mans donut order. Waited about 7 minutes and then asked me to wait another 5 minutes. Had to leave without any lunch so I could drive back in time. Horrible graveyard shift.

Paid over $5 for a ham n cheese sandwich very small you get a better breakfast meal at McDonald's. Not worth it. But the only good thing it looks clean in there

READ THIS BEFORE COMING.... So I went to yum yum donuts late at night around 12am there was only 1 person working I asked him if he can make 2 sandwiches he said no so I asked him if they ran out of the ingredients so I can order something else. He simple flat out said "HE WAS TOO LAZY TO MAKE 2 SANDWICHES". He said he can only give me the donuts that have been already made.

Donuts were not fresh. Bad service and expensive. I was still deciding on what else to get and asked the girl if I could get a box. She had placed my 2 special donuts in a paper bag. She said it will cost extra. How the heck are you gonna fit half a dozen bear claws in a small bag? I've never had a shop charge extra to get more donuts. It's usually the other way around, you get a discount. No napkins in the store.

Went in this morning the girl behind counter saw me but ignored me and kept helping other customers when I said I was next she still ignored me I've never had any issues with this place I felt I was being ignored due to being white and I will never stop here again they will loose business if they treat loyal customers this way

Also having a bad additude not a way to attend a customer and having the co worker on the side get in when correcting the the additude not the way try getting a hold of the owner witch he would be in the back making the bread and they just kept passing the phone in the front to one another.. if they don't like to attend customers go to the bk or find a job that would be better fit for them.
