Well, I are let it all! I had the Carnitas Fiesta. Very tasty. The beef, shrimp, and sausage were fabulous! I let my son eat the chicken, because he likes it! It was a true meat feast!

Extremely nice establishment. One of the cleanest restaurants I've dined in a very long time. Could be considered an upscale establishment, especially given the relatively lavish decor & square footage, but isn't over priced. I would consider the pricing quite reasonable for the quality of the food, excellent customer service & the restaurants interior appearance

Very clean and well set up restaurant. The only negative was the food was very bland and mediocre. The beer was good and nice and cold too. I will give them a second chance. Maybe it was just what I ordered. The red sauce with the chips was watery and not very good.

Our waitress never came back to see if we needed anything once got food. I’m all for the tip to be included but just cause you know you are already getting a 18% tip at least check on your customers!!!!

When my food was delivered the server had to go back and get part of it as they forgot part of my meal. When she brought the forgotten part I told her my food (and plate) was not hot it was actually cold as in refrigerator cold-plate and food. She took my plate back to the kitchen. When she returned with my food the food and plate were extremely hot. I could immediately tell the entire plate had been put in a microwave for quite a long time as the tortillas were as hard as a brick -they were supposed to be “soft tacos”. I ended up taking the meat out of the rock hard tortillas snd mixing with the beans and rice as I did not have time to wait for an entire replacement plate of food. I had 2 different restaurant employees ask if everything is ok -I said no and in detail explained why. Employee then states - let me speak to the manager. I see employee(s) huddled with manager—they then bring me my check. Why did you ask if everything is/was ok AND say I will speak with management and then do NOTHING not even make a reference to my issue(s) with my meal. I do not call this good customer service. The VERY least you could do is at least make an apology as you bring me the bill but to ask about the service, state you will speak to management and then say nothing- no you do not have to comp the meal but when you state ai will speak to management you should at least say I am sorry about your experience.

We used to visit the old location with no problems and the food was always good. We visited the new location and the food was terrible, dry, tough, and under seasoned. They also didn’t realize my sister could understand Spanish and they were trying to purposely over charge us for food we sent back due to it tasting old. I would recommend you try somewhere else if you’re looking for decent food and service.

I have frequented this restaurant many times and love the food. I was excited to go to the new location and get lunch again. We placed an order and requested some extra chips and salsa since there were three of us. I went and picked up the food. I was very surprised at how large the bill was. I went over it and saw we were charged for the extra chips and salsa. I paid the bill and they brought the food and drinks out. I asked where the 3rd drink was and they said in the bag with the food. By the time I got to the office and we unloaded everything. The drink's lid came off and poured all over our food, totally saturating the lids and getting into our food. the salsa we were charged for, the cups were barely a quarter full as you can see in the picture. My tortillas were raw and not all the way cooked. We called and spoke to who we think was the owner and she was not sorry or sympathetic at all. She tried to turn it around on us. We were not even asking for a refund, we were just upset with how our food was. She did not say she was sorry or offer anything in return. She did not try to make it right. She just said our food was still okay to eat. I understand they are in a new place but that should have nothing to do with the quality of food or customer service. If I could give no stars, I would.
