Ibrahim y dani nos acompañaron a este pequeño viaje en pareja a Marruecos. Primer viaje que hice con mi mujer fuera de europa, y que nos hemos transportado este mediodía. Empezamos con unos entrantes variados con una pastela, aquí una explosión de sabores nos situaron en lo que iba a ser un homenaje de los que uno recordará. Asado beréber que es una paletilla de cordero acompañada con arroz y un cous cous de pollo donde el equilibrio de las verduras, la ciruela y el pollo hacía que no pudieras parar de disfrutar bocado a bocado. Un must si estás en madrid donde su historia y después de más de 60 años sigue estando a la altura de aquellos que amen la gastronomía magrebí

Estuvimos cenando en Al Mounia y la cena fue estupenda. Pedimos tayin de ternera con ciruelas y almendras, kebabs surtidos, baklavas… todo estaba riquísimo. El sitio precioso, muy ambientado, con bailarina incluida, y el servicio muy atento. Muy recomendable.

Buena comida marroquí, camareros muy gentiles y buen ambiente de la sala. Tomamos el menú degustación con maridaje, que es una buena forma de conocer la comida marroquí con tres tipos de vino. Al final, nos sobró comida y nos la empaquetaron para llevar. Muchas gracias.

Un lugar que sin duda hay que visitar, el ambiente increíble, decoración espectacular, servicio muy bueno, son muy amables y atentos. Comida riquísima y Fatima prepara unos cócteles muy ricos, en especial la piña colada!

It was the first time trying Moroccan food. It was delicious. This place has a lot of certifications. Food quality is very high. Staff are very nice and helpful. The music was great. At the end they had a belly dancer for entertainment. I loved the Cordero so much. Will come back for sure.

Waiters wore the nicest clothing. Tea was sweet and refreshing. Appetisers were perfect. Harira soup, wow, packed with flavours. The ambrosia lamb was the tastiest tajine I’ve ever had. Portions were just right. Everything is done to the highest standard. It’s magic how they made simple white rice taste so good. Prices reflect the quality of ingredients, ambience and everything. RECOMMENDED

Our group is neither Spanish nor Moroccan, so this was entirely new for us. That being said, the employees were extremely nice and patient with us. The (assuming) manager or owner even brought us over an extra appetizer on the house. But I wouldn’t we writing this review if it was just that. The food was delicious. The couscous fassi was really good (I think this is a fairly typical Moroccan dish, so if it’s also to your first time, I recommend!). Portions were also large, very worth the price

Muy buena comida, se ve que tiene tiempo de preparación, todo tiene muy buen sabor. Las porciones son pequeñas para el precio. Por el resto todo bien, buena atención, lugar agradable y muy linda decoración.

Lugar mítico de comida marroquí en Madrid. La atención es magnífica, así como la decoración, azulejos, artesonados, mesas de cobre típicas... la comida no está mal pero es mejorable. Falta un poco de sabor y especias.... pero no está mal del todo. Raciones pequeñas pero justas. Merece la pena como curiosidad.

Cena celebración por mi cumple, celebrado mismo día, viernes, de este mes. El sitio espectacular, espacio, decoración, piedra auténtica de Arte Mudéjar/ Nazarí, arcos herradura claro….La comida decepcionante, la verdad…conozco en profundidad la comida marroquí y bueno….creo que pagas el espacio y espectáculo, más que la comida, sinceramente. Ahora bien, el show inesperado y la bailarina, que me sacó y yo encantada, impecable. El maitrê también, pero pedimos una harira ( para mí xq la adoro por amistades Tánger) nos trajo 2, a 18€/pax y fue un detalle un poco feo, quizá fue culpa mía al pedir, pero me extraña, porque el maitrê hablaba perfectamente y dejamos muy claro que una para mi. En todo caso, lo recomiendo sobre todo por lo expuesto. Ahora bien, gritamos mucho la gente en gral😂y era algo molesto. Pedimos una harira q fueron 2, Cordero Ambrosía ( 36€ creo, xdon si me equivoco)que por cierto, fue todo hueso, misma salsa, exceso especias y orejones y etc….a ver si encuentro fotos y miacompañante otro cordero, con exactamente misma salsa pero menos frutos secos. La comida com digo para mi gusto, decepcionante, aun así, lo recomiendo por show y espacio y Arte , maravilloso. Sucram ✨🎄

Te cobran 3,50 POR PERSONA por servicio/pan que tú no pedís. Te traen un aperitivo y no te preguntan, ahí te lo dejan y luego llega la factura y SORPRESA. Los camareros un poco intrusivos, todo el rato sirviendo agua en vasos que ya tenían agua y cortando coversaciones. La comida excelente. El local bonito. El ambiente estupendo, nada ruidoso.

Como os cuento más ampliamente en Cuestión de Detalles, conocí el restaurante en los años 80 cuando apenas en Madrid habíamos probado la cocina marroquí. Hoy la perspectiva es diferente puesto que hay abiertos innumerables restaurantes de comida árabe que están en muy buen nivel. Quizás por eso sorprenda menos el menú, por los 79 euros que cuesta. Un detalle que nos decepcionó es darnos cuenta a la salida que el menú tenia aperitivos y a nosotros no nos los pusieron. Lo que es insuperable es el ambiente y la decoración del local que sigue sumergiéndote en un palacio marroquí.

The staff made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. We started with the Harira soup, which was rich, well-balanced, and full of flavour. The chicken lemon and olive tajin stood out with its vibrant flavors and tender chicken, capturing the essence of Moroccan cuisine. The traditional fish tajin was another highlight, beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and perfectly cooked. The lamb shoulder was a showstopper, tender and juicy on the inside with a deliciously crispy exterior. It was accompanied by a side of rice that was well cooked and aromatic. A small serving of sauce or jus on the side would have made it even better, but it was still a standout dish. The evening was made even more special by the belly dance entertainment, which added a lively and cultural touch to the experience.

We went there on a company do. It was a menu-cerrado so the food was already determined for us. The lamb was unbelievably nice. The starters (a cous-cous with salad variant) was great. They also had minced meat rolled in pastry and slightly spicy meatballs which were very tasty. The tables are a bit awkwardly shaped which makes getting up and sitting down a bit difficult. The staff seemed very nice.

This place is just amazing! We went for dinner, and ate a lot of food!.. Mixed of starters, a special lamb tajin, one chicken couscous & 2 pieces of dessert, every dish was amazing.. The restaurant its beautiful, the decoration makes you feel like in morocco, and the belly dancing its just the icing on the cake!

Le pongo 3 estrellas porque creo que no es mal sitio, pero no tiene nada que ver con la comida Árabe. Nos pusieron para empezar un pan Español, ni Msemem, ni pita ni nada. La Ensalada estaba aceptable, pero el pollo al limón.. para nada ese precio!! Ni venía con patatas fritas, ni tenía un sabor parecido al Marroquí. Le daría más estrellas si tuviera un precio más económico, ya que lo que venden es el nombre y el estilo. He ido muchísimas veces a Marruecos y ese tipo de comida no tiene nada que ver con la que comimos. No volvería a ir, y además que cuesta lo mismo un plato que un vuelo a Marruecos. Bajo mi punto de vista, ACEPTABLE!

Food was okay but definitely overpriced for the small portions. On top of that, the service was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, no one mentioned that the kitchen was about to close, so we felt rushed and didn’t have time to order or eat properly. We asked for a portion of three items, but the waiter abruptly brought just one dish we hadn’t even ordered. When we pointed it out, they corrected the order, but in the end, both the wrong and the right dish were added to the bill. While the hostess was kind and welcoming, the rest of the staff made the experience stressful and unpleasant. The food itself was fine, but given the prices and the terrible service, it’s not worth it. We will never come back and do not recommend this place.
