I highly recommend this place for meat lovers. They have a great "eat as much as you want" menu which lets you eat various kinds of meat. The restaurant is also very spacious and the workers are friendly. Some of them speak English as well. On my second visit I had another excellent service. Philip was also very hospitable. The staff was really great, since they openned the door their amability was outstanding, we were catered by Lydia and Pedro, Lydia was the waitress and Pedro was in charge of serving food. They were really kind and open to questions about the food and service. The restaurant has a really natural light illumination and overall is good looking from inside, the service “all you can eat” by person was charged 23,99 desert and drinks included with a caipirinha from the house! You can choose the desert and also the drinks as you want to in a broad menu. Go and take a chance in this restaurant you will thank me! ;)

We loved the food and the service received here. Before entering, we read some bad but old reviews about this Rodizio restaurant, but decided to give it a chance. They sat us down just near the kitchen (where the meat comes out) and we ordered a bucket of small beer bottles, cold the whole dinner. We ate meat for 45 min until we said enough. But accepted one or two more after that. What a great taste of pork, beef and chicken meats. Great for a couple, families or meetings. And the service men and women were very attentive, having our plates full of food all the time. Coming back with friends again. The one that was the best for me was a veal roast beef.

Un rodizio brasileño bastante bueno. Hay de 6 a 8 cortes diferentes y el asador te explica cuál es cada uno. Nos costó un poco que nos acomodarán en el salón, creo que les falta una persona más en salón pendiente de las necesidades de los comensales. Pero una vez que tomaron la orden y empezaron a servir carne no pararon hasta que tuvimos que decir que no. El precio muy justo para la zona de Madrid. El lugar estaba amplio y decorado acorde.

I'm brazilian and while in Madrid decided to try this place due to home sickness after living for a while in Europe. First of all, the price is super cheap, I paid 12 euros for a Rodizio (All you can eat), and that is something to be aware of. During the dinner, there were a lot of side food like fries, Rice, beans, salad, all pretty good, but not outstanding. Unfortunally, there is no farofa. Regarding the meats, the Picanha is definitely not picanha, but it's a decent Meat. Besides that, there were a couple more cuts of beef, sometimes rare, sometimes overcooked. Also, a few pork and chicken options, and one of the pork ones was really awesome. It's not bad as people are saying the comments, specially considering the price. It's what you get for a 12 euros rodizio, and there's no room for complaining here. Service was great, and a ok food, for a low price.

It was really good food, amazing variety. We reserved a table and everything went smoothly however if you do not do this you’ll have to wait a lot to be seated. The service wasn’t perfect but it was excellent, sometimes they took a lot to give you what you asked for.

Restaurante tipo rodizio con menús cerrados que no están mal de precio, aunque la calidad de las carnes es correcta sin destacar. El menú Amazonia cuesta 29,95 e incluye una caipiriña pequeña y postre, y la copa de vino de la casa es económica, unos 2,7. El servicio es lento, incluso con mesas vacías tardan en sentarte y en servir. En el rodizio siguen un orden estricto, primero llegan los entrantes ilimitados y solo después empiezan a pasar las carnes en secuencia fija, aunque al final sí preguntan si quieres repetir alguna en concreto. El local es amplio pero suele llenarse bastante, lo que afecta al ritmo del servicio.

Food is good for the price, but be careful. Either you can get a really good waiter that is very active or a very lazy and will not come to your table. Meat cuts have a lot of fat and they will serve you only the fat if your not paying attention. Flavor is good, but don’t be surprised if they don’t come to your table or don’t refill your drinks.

He visitado el Brasa y Leña cerca de Plaza Mayor. La comida estuvo bien y la atención fue correcta, aunque se nota que, al ser una franquicia, la calidad y constancia de las carnes ya no es la misma de antes. En varias ocasiones insistieron en servirnos cortes que ya habíamos rechazado, y algunos como los platanitos o las mazorcas estaban secos. El arroz sí estaba muy bueno. También se echa de menos la entraña, que ya no sirven, y aunque el local estaba casi vacío, daba la sensación de que querían que termináramos rápido. En general, una experiencia aceptable pero lejos de lo que fue la marca.

This sounds good for the price but it isn't. We had hard time understanding and ordering since only one girl was speaking English. Meat is all covered in same sauce, and cuts were mediocre at best. Sometimes it was just fat or overcooked chunks that were not edible.

Cheap knock off from the restaurants such as fogo de chao. These guys do not know how to cook meat. Almost all we ate were dried up hard meat. Service is slow. Service girl did not speak English. Tables were sticky. Overall not a good experience.

We waited a long time to get any meat brought to our table. All of our sides were cold by the time we flagged someone down to get some food. We ended up getting one server who knew we were gluten free and was good about bringing us the meats we could eat. But at the end of the night we waited again.... asking four times to different people for pineapple. We watched as it was served to other tables and they avoid eye contact and waving hands. By the time it reached us it was cold and only the hard core. To top it off the meat was salted each time it returns to the ovens, making it all way to salty to enjoy. Would not eat here again.

EL DÍA DOMINGO FUIMOS A CENAR 10 PERSONAS, PEDIMOS EL MENÚ RODIZIO QUE LA CAMARERA DIJO QUE ERA UNA VARIEDAD DE CARNES DE LAS TALES SOLO NOS SIRVIERON 3 (CADERA,BABILLA Y LACÓN), LAS ENSALADAS SIN ALINEAR PORQUE YA SE HABÍA ACABADO Y TAMPOCO AVISARON, PEDIMOS 3 VECES SAL Y COMO NO LO TRAJERON, NOS TUVIMOS QUE PARAR A POR ELLO. PEDIMOS VARIAS VECES PLÁTANOS Y NOS TRAJERON DE MALA LECHE UNOS CON DEMASIADO ACEITE. EN FIN, NO VOLVERÍA NI AUNQUE ME PAGARAN LA COMIDA. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Reservamos con más de una semana de antelación y, al llegar al restaurante, nos encontramos con que estaba cerrado por obras, a pesar de que en Google Maps aparece como abierto. Nadie nos notificó del cierre ni por teléfono ni por mensaje. Intentamos llamar en varias ocasiones y no recibimos respuesta. Ha sido una experiencia muy poco profesional y una gran pérdida de tiempo. Lo mínimo habría sido avisar a los clientes con reserva. No volveremos a reservar.

Brasa y Leña (Calle Mayor) ofrece una experiencia tan sorprendente que uno llega a cuestionarse si realmente ha entrado en un restaurante o en una especie de simulacro donde el servicio está diseñado para poner a prueba tu tolerancia. Las bebidas tardan tanto en llegar que dan ganas de enviar una carta certificada para recordar el pedido. La comida, cuando aparece, parece venir escoltada por la resignación del personal, cuyo trato combina a partes iguales indiferencia, desgana y una educación… digamos… opcional. Intentar obtener una respuesta clara sobre cortes o tiempos es otro espectáculo: contestaciones fuera de contexto, miradas perdidas y ese silencio incómodo que te hace pensar que quizá tu pregunta era demasiado ambiciosa para el establecimiento. En definitiva, un lugar donde la lentitud se confunde con estilo, la mala atención con carácter, y la falta de profesionalidad con “experiencia”. En una ciudad con tantas opciones excelentes, volver aquí sería poco menos que un ejercicio de auto-sabotaje gastronómico.

Quitando los chicos que pasan la carne, la atención es PÉSIMA, hay que pedir las cosas más de tres veces para que se predispongan a llevártelas y con la excusa a la tercera vez de que “estaba rota la freidora” más de dos horas esperando para nada, ni siquiera nos pusieron alubias ni maíz que es lo que lleva la guarnición normalmente. Se acaban las bebidas pero no nos escuchan para pedir otra ronda, ni tampoco enseñan el mínimo interés para vender más, el arroz pésimo, estaba solo una masa, pero ya cuando estábamos hartos de esperar en menos de 10 segundos nos lleva la cuenta, para eso si son eficaces y 107€ por 4 personas y un menor de 3 años, NO ES ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA BRASILEÑO, conclusión.. nos vamos con hambre pero pagando SIN DISCUSIÓN ALGUNA.

Acabamos de salir del restaurante Brasa y Leña y, lamentablemente, la experiencia dejó mucho que desear. Al momento del postre pedimos una piña asada, pero para nuestra sorpresa vino con un hueso de pollo incrustado. Evidentemente, esto no solo es totalmente inapropiado, sino también un riesgo para la salud. Al comunicarlo al personal, no nos ofrecieron ni una disculpa ni una solución adecuada. Simplemente nos dijeron que no podían descontar el postre ni ofrecer otro tipo de compensación, más allá de cambiarlo por un postre diferente, lo cual consideramos insuficiente dada la gravedad del incidente. Esperábamos una atención más responsable y profesional. Una verdadera lástima, porque detalles así empañan toda la experiencia. No lo recomendamos.

The management clearly runs by 'made up rules per convenience' We came in for their Birthday offer, they turned us away saying only after 7pm. We came back for dinner, this time the manager looked at us and was like 'ehh it's actually minimum 4 people's Why can't the rules be put up on the poster outside the restaurant? Why constantly turn us away with different rules? No wonder the place is 70% empty.

Thats DEFINITELY not a brazilian-like restaurant. They serve non-brazilian meet like ham and the food is not as described such as the picanha which is alcatra (at its best guess). Moreover, the waiters serving the meat are not welcoming and the place felt like a rip off. I urge you not to go there.

Terrible experience. The service was poor and extremely slow. They advertise it as a Brazilian rodízio, but that’s misleading. Meat takes forever to arrive, and when it does, it's just pork, chicken, and one bland cut of beef. Everything was completely tasteless — no seasoning at all. This is far from what a proper Brazilian barbecue should be. Absolutely not worth the price. I do not recommend this place at all.
