Una auténtica joya en el corazón de Madrid! En Parrilla El Gaucho disfrutamos de una experiencia increíble: la carne, jugosa y perfectamente hecha a la parrilla, con ese sabor auténtico argentino que enamora. Las empanadas y las chorizos a la brasa fueron espectaculares, y el flan casero con caramelo fue el cierre perfecto. El ambiente es acogedor y auténtico, y el olor de la parrilla te abre el apetito nada más entrar. El servicio fue rápido, atento y muy amable, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos cada vez que estemos en Madrid. ¡Altamente recomendado para los amantes de la buena carne! 🥩🔥🇦🇷

Wow wow wow! What can I say for this Restaurant. It has 2 different spaces. One with a bar that you can seat and eat, more daily and one more nice area with tables bit more formal. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The food was amasing and they treat us with a lot of things. All the plates which we took, were very delicious. The welcome pumping soup is extremely good. The desert was a nice surprise.

4 adults plus a 6 year old child. We had a wonderful table in a corner so we had space for food and us! Great service but a bit confused to start with as they offered us Cava without saying it was free! We hadn't ordered anything and , being aware of other places that serve you items that appear free and are not, we declined! Then we checked and they said it was free and part of the service! They also have us a free small cup of tasty soup....and a little digestif at the end! The problem was a language barrier.....our fault for having minimal Spanish. However, the waiting staff were delightful! They were helpful, friendly and efficient. The food and wine were great value and of a high quality and quantity. Salads beautifully served. Interesting salad with pears too...l loved it when l normally don't like pears! ( I took some to try from my husband's plate!) All very clean. We walked in off the street and liked the fact it was busy but quiet and didn't stink of meat, despite the meat being cooked on grills near the entrance. The decor was elegant and calm. Well worth a return visit!!!

My friend and I were seated right away after being turned away by numerous restaurants (due to the holidays) despite not having a reservation. The host, Jaime, was very polite, and sent a waiter to us right away. Angel, a very attentive member of the waitstaff, greeted us each with a glass of sparkling rosé and a menu. Service was prompt and warm, with genuine recommendations and friendly chatter. The sirloin was cooked to perfection, and a great serving size. I loved my experience, I would love to come back. All my love to Angel and Jaime!

Great place, bit pricey , but at the same time qualify of the food was amazing. We ordered 2 different steaks, and it came exactly as we wanted. Parrilla El Gaucho is a must-visit at least once if you’re a fan of quality grilled meats. The experience starts strong with a flavorful selection of starters, but the real highlight is the main meat menu—perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of authentic Argentinian flavor. Had initial doubts about the 19,90 advertised 4 course meal in the placard outside but the food was amazing. One of the best Argentinian meals we’ve had. NOTE this price is only for the bar area in front. You can’t take advantage of the price in the restaurant area. Steak was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Empanada and chorizo sausage were excellent. The Chimichurri was such a good accompaniment. We all chose the flan for dessert and it also was one of the best flan we’ve had in Madrid.

You know it’s going to be a good meal when you get seated and then offered a glass of complimentary sparking wine! And then a complimentary soup. Had delicious provoletta and entrecôte (500 grams was plenty to share). Service was impeccable. At the end they provided complimentary frozen limoncello.

Last night, I had an amazing dinner at Parrilla El Gaucho, and it was absolutely satisfying! I went with their €19.90 menu, and every dish was a delight. I started with an Empanada, perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with flavorful goodness. For the main course, I chose the Entraña (skirt steak), which was grilled to perfection – tender, juicy, and full of rich, smoky flavors. As a side, I had Patata Asada (roasted potato), which was soft and comforting, the perfect complement to the steak. To finish, I indulged in Panacota, a creamy and smooth dessert that was the ideal way to end the meal. The combination of quality ingredients and excellent preparation made this a meal to remember. If you’re ever in the mood for authentic Argentinian barbecue, I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Unbelievable. That's the most accurate word I could use. From the host, to the waiter and waitress that helped us, to the location, but most importantly the food. Let's begin and end with the food. We were sat down and given drinks that removed the frustration of having to wait to sit (it was very busy). After that we received bread and some drinks with cheese balls. I personally ordered the fillet and it was without a doubt one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. The folks there were unbelievably attentive. Probably the best customer service during our week-long trip visiting multiple cities in Spain. We were never without, and felt as though we were part of the family. My friend, his dad, and I loved this location so much that we might have to return in the next few days. Amazingly delicious food!! Edited 13May2024: We went back because it's our last day in Madrid. I ordered the same thing, it was just as amazing, and I got the tiramisu as a dessert and it was wonderful. If you're near here, you MUST visit. It's wonderfully amazing!!

Fuimos a comer en este local, y me encantó el servicio de los camareros siempre súper atentos. Nos ofrecieron de cortesía una copa de cava y el pan super tierno con una crema de calabaza exquisita.
