Ya había ido anteriormente a otros NYB, pero este me ha encantado por su excelente servicio y calidad gastronómica. Quería dar una gran ovación a Diego, súper atento, un capo en todos los niveles, me he quedado flipando en como rayaba el queso parmesano en la 5th Avenue (hamburguesa que no había probado antes y que recomiendo altamente por su sabor y su precio, tan solo 15,95). Encima te dan la bebida gratis si te haces cuenta en la app. 10/10 y repetiría sin dudarlo.

Tried New York Burger and it was a great experience from start to finish. The Asian-style wings were really tasty with a perfect balance of flavor, and the nachos were a solid, rich starter. Then we ordered four different burgers, and honestly each one tasted better than the other—juicy meat, great sauces, and overall impressive quality. Big thanks to Felipe for the amazing service—friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d recommend for anyone craving top-quality burgers.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a good photo on my phone because we were so hungry and started eating right away 😅 But the food was amazing! The fries were super crispy and delicious, and the burger with its sauce had a really great flavor. Although we asked for well-done and it could have been cooked a bit more, it was still so tasty that we didn’t mind at all and didn’t complain. Definitely recommend going and enjoying the quality of the food! 🍔🍟🍷

I recently dined at NewYork Burger in Madrid, and it was one of the best burger experiences I've had! I ordered the Chelsea Truffle, Chicken Parm, Tacos, and Brisket, and each dish was perfectly flavorful. After having a burger in NY a couple weeks ago, I wasn’t sure about trying this place 😂 Thank goodness it’s soo much better!! Husband had a plain cheeseburger and I had a chicken sandwich. The chicken was AMAZING!! One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had! The hint of charcoal grilling was in the taste and wow! And big water glasses!!! We never had to ask for a refill and that was awesome! The fries were good too. The restaurant was clean and the service was good. Lady took great care of us! And the music was bomb too!

Daniel our server was professional. He was efficient and accommodating. The burgers were great and so was the service. We tried the new ribs burger and the empire burger. They were delicious. We also ordered the Oreo chocolate cal which came with ice cream. Definitely going back to try the rest of the menu.

I recently visited New York Burger in Madrid and was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the Queens Burger, which was delicious—juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The mozzarella sticks were also a highlight, crispy on the outside with perfectly melted cheese inside. For my drink, I chose the Summer Wine, and it was the perfect refreshing complement to my meal. New York Burger es siempre una apuesta segura para los amantes de las hamburguesas de calidad, y una experiencia que combina buen sabor, atención cuidada y un ambiente agradable en pleno corazón de Azca. He visitado este restaurante en varias ocasiones, y en esta última, junto a mis compañeros de trabajo, la experiencia volvió a estar a la altura. Tuvimos que reservar con dos días de antelación —algo recomendable, ya que suele llenarse incluso entre semana—, lo que ya da una idea de su popularidad. El servicio fue excelente: los camareros se mostraron muy atentos y amables, explicando con detalle cada parte del menú y asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto. En cuanto a la comida, los nachos como entrante fueron, una vez más, generosos y sabrosos. Las hamburguesas, en su punto justo y con ese inconfundible sabor a brasa que distingue a New York Burger, no defraudaron. Las bebidas, servidas en formato grande, son un detalle que se agradece, y la relación calidad-precio sigue siendo razonable dentro del contexto actual: unos 23 € por persona incluyendo entrante compartido y hamburguesa individual. En definitiva, New York Burger sigue siendo una opción muy recomendable para disfrutar de una hamburguesa bien hecha, con ingredientes de calidad y un servicio atento. Un clásico moderno que nunca falla.

Bonito y amplio local en plena Castellana. Nos atendió Felipe muy amablemente y el servicio fue muy rápido. De entrantes pedimos unos nachos y no es un plato a recomendar. Las alitas jugosas y con una salsita con un toque picante muy bueno. Las hamburguesas muy muy buenas, el punto de la carne ideal y un sabor a ahumado que nos ha encantado. Por poner una pega, que el pan era muy blando y se deshacía. Pero 100% recomendable

The frech fries here is the best by the way! But Staff can’t speak English (but okay she try to use google translate but still don’t understand) and upset when we don’t understand, waited for so long but don’t give us menu even we asked (maybe don’t understand english) we use qr code and order (next table got menu), food is okay , the bread was so soft

We reached the place at 9pm from the entrance at Castellano. There wasn't a soul inside, it was hot as the AC wasn't turned on. We got our table fairly quickly. The ambience is yellow and rustic, typical American style burger place. The menu is extensive with options for all pallets, even for vegans or vegetarians. They could include more photos on the menu. The food was good, wonderful fries and excellent burger, good portion sizes as well. Their desserts are standard and delicious as well. Service is a bit slow, as they have a lot of delivery orders coming in. Only one complaint, they need to take care of the insect situation in the indoor dining area. We were constantly being attacked by moths, mosquitos and flies.

Mal. Noche de domingo, CON reserva para 5. Llegamos, 20:30 hs. LOCAL VACÍO: ni una mesa con gente. Ninguna. Nos preguntan "tienen reserva". Mi cara (será broma, pero...) SÍ. Maxi para cinco. Nos asignaron una mesa pegada, pero pegada, contra un mueble de servicio, con trapos sucios. No me lo creo.. le pregunto, muy amablemente, ¿podríamos ir a una de las mesas de ahí? No, tiene que ser aquí (alado de la puerta, o del mueble en cuestión). En fin.. nos sentamos, pasan 5 minutos, y decidimos irnos. Al levantarnos nos pregunta la camarera, a la distancia, "¿no les gustó?". "No, no nos gustó" le dije. Qué pena, con lo que cuesta un local, instalaciones, nóminas... lamentable.

Came for the reviews but the service was atrocious. Staff was completely overwhelmed with the NFL game. They had plenty of half full tables open while theres a line out the door. They were turning people away as prime dinner time crept up.

We came in at lunch peak with no reservation so we had to wait for a table (which is not a problem at all). We ordered two regular and one children’s burger with fries. After we ordered we have been waiting about 50 minutes for the food to arrive and the burger patty came almost completely raw, also the child’s cheeseburger - we were a bit in a hurry as we didn’t expect the food to take so long, if we hadn’t I would have sent the patty back to the kitchen… I finished my burger as I don’t mind the patty to be rare and it was like okay, nothing special so I wouldn’t really go there again…

Me encanta esta hamburguesería y la suelo recomendar como una de las que mejor hacen hamburguesas. Mi reseña negativa es por su horario engañoso. Publicitan y de hecho lo ponen en las puertas de sus locales, que tienen horario ininterrumpido de 13:00 a 0:00. Pues bien, es publicidad engañosa, ya que casi todos los centros (me pasó el mismo dia en el de las Torres Caleido y en el de Castellana), a partir de las 16:15 "cambian el carbón" y no te sirven nada...y no tardan 30 min ni 1 hora, te dicen a las 16:15 que hasta las 20:00 no sirven nada por ese tema. Me parece una vergüenza de cara al cliente, además de una política absurda por parte del propietario, ya que durante ese tiempo tiene un local abierto de 16 a 20h (4 horas) en el que no tienen nada que ofrecer, y por el que pagará alquiler de apertura, personal, etc, sin producir nada... un negocio del todo absurdo. Ese día varios clientes nos quedamos sin comer por llegar a las 16:15. Prácticamente todos se fueron, alguno con peor cara que otro, pero la gente de Madrid es así, tragamos casi cualquier cosa con buena cara...yo lo hice en el local de Caleido ( por pensar que simplemente habíamos tenido mala suerte, y en el que, por cierto, nadie nos avisó de que era la política de todos los centros), pero tras cruzarme la ciudad para probar en el de Castellana (así de fun soy..o de idiota pensarán algunos), tras el segundo desplante en dicho centro , pedí la hoja de reclamaciones y pondré mi reclamación a consumo de la comunidad de Madrid, por publicidad engañosa y porque me dejaron sin comer (ademas de lo que tuve que pagar por parking). Adjunto unas fotos del local de Castellana ese día para que veáis que no miento, con el horario de apertura en su puerta, y vacío completamente a las 17h por no tener nada que ofrecer (en 4 horas...)...por cierto... 4 horas para cambiar el carbón???... que usan, una tonelada cada día?... En fin, una pena...
