La comida está muy buena y el servicio muy rápido, los camareros son muy atentos en especial Fan, que nos hizo la comida muy agradable. Probamos el nigiri nuevo de foie y está muy bueno. Repetiremos!!

Un sitio muy agradable, son muy majos y te atienden rápido. Pero un precio un tanto desorbitado, algo que si mantienen la calidad es aceptable. Además me gustaría destacar el trato de la camarera fan que ha sido muy atenta en todo momento y nos invitó a mí y a mi pareja a un sorbete delicioso

I went for a lunch and had such a great time. The food was so delicious and the customer service was amazing. I came for the first time and the waitress explained how everything works and how to order (everything is digitalized and you’re placing the order via a QR code). Everything was fresh, tasty and they were bringing the order quickly. The menu is diverse and you have various options to choose from. I’ll definitely come again.

My family and I had a really great and delicious dinner at Sumo Princesa! Our server, Fan, was absolutely lovely, so helpful and friendly. She was very helpful in getting us to understand how the ordering process worked, which was something we were not used to coming from the US. The sushi was delicious, the sangria was divine, and the restaurant is really pretty and lovely to look at. Great for pictures! Highly recommend as it’s super close to the Plaza de España!

If you're looking for killer sushi in Madrid, seriously hit up Sumo. The best part? It’s amazing value. Usually, "unlimited" means the quality drops, but not here. Everything we ordered was super fresh, perfectly seasoned, and tasted fantastic. You order right from your table, which keeps things quick and high-quality. Go hungry, try everything! Easily one of the top spots for awesome, abundant sushi in the city. Five stars all the way!

I recently visited this sushi restaurant with my son, and although I didn’t eat (I had already eaten earlier), my son absolutely loved it! He tried at least 10 different sushi items and enjoyed every single bite. The quality was excellent and the flavors were fresh and delicious. A special shoutout to Sun, who made our experience even better. She spoke a little English but went out of her way to communicate with us and was incredibly kind, helpful, and warm. Her friendly attitude truly made our day! The ambiance was also a big plus — modern, clean, and welcoming, with good music that added to the relaxed vibe. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This SUMO branch is one of my favorites… it doesnt get too crowded and they serve your orders quite faster than other branches… Always a great place to have all the sushi that you want! One thing that I dont like is the exclusion of drinks in the price…

Clásico buffet de sushi en Calle princesa. El sushi es de bastante buena calidad y las opciones que ofrecen son muy variadas. Como pega dirá que a la mínima que hay más gente de la cuenta se satura el personal de cocina y empiezan a tardar bastante en llegar los platos. Sin embargo, el personal es muy amable y atento y las cantidades de pescado y arroz de las piezas son perfectas (sin pasarse de arroz como en otros sitios). Hemos ido varias veces y seguiremos yendo.

Fuimos para probar tras la recomendación de una amistad, debo decir que la comida está buena, los platos son variados y de buen sabor aunque el tamaño de algunas piezas son un poco pequeñas comparado con otros restaurantes de la zona. Lo que menos nos gustó fue la atención del personal, en especial del chico que atiende en la puerta con soberbia y poco tacto a la hora de atender a los clientes, como si moviese ganado por la sala. Esos detalles hacen a uno no volver ni recomendar un restaurante.

Sumo es una propuesta de buffet asiático todo incluido que destaca por ofrecer una variedad amplia y bien organizada, con una calidad claramente por encima de la media en este tipo de formato. Los productos están bien tratados y el resultado es consistente, algo poco habitual en buffets de gran volumen. En el apartado de sushi, el nivel es correcto: sin aspirar a la excelencia, cumple con creces para el formato buffet, situándose en un sólido 6,5 sobre 10 dentro de su categoría. La atención del personal es uno de sus puntos fuertes: amable, rápida y eficiente, lo que mejora notablemente la experiencia. Además, el local se mantiene impecable, transmitiendo una sensación constante de orden y cuidado.
