Fui a comer con mi amiga sin saber nada del sitio,un día de partido (estaba muy lleno) a pesar de eso, nos atendieron muy rápido y nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones, los camareros Sebas e Israel fueron muy serviciales,probamos la Tramp Tower y la angus bacon and truffle, honestamente estaba INCREÍBLE, nos encantó, luego tomamos un cheescake ( pruebo el cheescake en todos los sitios que como) y puedo decir que es uno de los mejores que he probado en toda mi vida.Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volveré. (No me pude esperar para probar el cheescake antes de la foto )

Estuvimos comiendo en Tony Roma’s y quiero destacar especialmente la atención de Israel, el empleado que nos atendió. Desde que llegamos fue muy amable y cercano, nos explicó la carta con paciencia y nos recomendó varios platos según nuestros gustos. El servicio fue rápido y muy profesional, siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara nada y con una actitud muy agradable que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Da gusto encontrarse con personas que trabajan con tanta dedicación y buen trato al cliente. La comida estuvo genial, como siempre, pero sin duda la atención de Israel marcó la diferencia y mejoró mucho la experiencia. Volveremos seguro, en gran parte por el excelente servicio recibido.

Mi experiencia en Tony Roma’s fue simplemente excelente. Desde que llegamos, el ambiente fue acogedor y todo estaba impecable, pero lo que realmente hizo especial la visita fue la atención. Frank y Miguel se destacaron por su amabilidad, profesionalismo y por estar atentos a cada detalle, asegurándose de que no nos faltara nada en ningún momento. La comida estuvo deliciosa y el servicio fue rápido sin perder calidad. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente, especialmente por el trato tan cercano y atento que brindan personas como Frank y Miguel, que hacen que la experiencia sea aún más memorable. It was very hard to eat and lots of shewy un pleasant texture. Honestly, i hardly ate 1/4 of my plate. Other than that everything was great.

The food is very good. The service also, especially attendant Laura who knew how to speak English and was very cordial. the only place of improvement is the outdoor area, I needed to stay outside and the environment is not as well taken care of as the inside.

Great place for ribs and burgers. Specially good if you want to share with your partner or friends. There are options for ribs platters that can be shared between two or four people. On the average it’s about 25 euros for 1 person which can include ribs, few sides and a drink. They have burgers and sandwiches apart from ribs and the menu is quite exhaustive. For me personally their onion rings, fries, barbecue chicken were top notch and the baby back ribs were a little bit dry but good nonetheless. Pictured here are two platters for two people each which include onion rings, fries, barbecue chicken, baby back ribs and two drinks each for a platter. Two people can easily satiate their hunger with this one platter.

Las costillas, un clásico que nunca falla. Están tiernas y jugosas. Los aros de cebolla también muy buenos. Las patatas de acompañamiento son bastante malas, no les quedaba batata ni la cookie de postre, que es plato estrella.

I had a great experience at Tony Roma's next to the Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid. The overall service was excellent, and Laura, our server, made the visit especially enjoyable. She spoke fluent English, was very friendly, and handled the guests with ease and professionalism. The food was generally good, although the ribs were a little dry for my taste, everything else came out quickly and was well-prepared. Laura’s attentive service more than made up for it. A solid spot if you’re in the area!

I ordered here for the first time and tried one of their Smokey Cheese Angus Burger and I loved it, they cooked the meat as I preferred and it came with fries! I wish there was the option to remove ingredients while ordering though, I didn’t want the onions and I couldn’t manage to get in contact w the restaurant to say so. In any case overall recommended, will be back

This location is good value for money and offers excellent quality American inspired food with plenty of options to choose from. The main issue as per other reviews is the slow service and time to get your food when you have ordered. They also mischarged us due to a printing error on the English menu but this was rectified when we asked. I would visit again.

I really enjoyed the food here. Simple quick and easy with good service. We got the club sandwich and ribs both which we enjoyed.

La comida como siempre muy buena, el servicio un poco descuidado y entre los empleados haciéndolo chistes y con risas a todo volumen, se veía que por ser domingo no estaba el jefe. El local está un poco sucio pero al ir a los baños (aseos) puedes ver un horror muy mal cuidados y sucios, el urinario dañado y con una bolsa negra, el WC sin tapas y sucio, el piso sucio. Todo muy rico la mesera Ashley muy atenta y servicial. Te obligan a dejar el 10% de propina en el ticket. El mesero Marcos un acosador de primera con las turistas. Por eso creo no regresaría.

Comida de restaurante rápida… no tan rápida. Tuvimos que esperar en la calle 25 minutos y luego pedís 15 sentados. Posteriormente otros 15 minutos hasta que salieron los primeros platos, en total 55 minutos. Las hamburguesas están buenas, la guarnición y los complementos, normalitos. Los postres, no los tomamos. El precio, elevado. La atención de la camarera fue buena; la de la encargada fue regular, siendo condescendiente.

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The host repeatedly ignored me when I tried to place my order, even though I was polite and patient. Later, when I wanted to pay, she continued ignoring my attempts to ask for the bill. I had to go to the counter myself, and even then, she passed by me without any response. Finally, another staff member noticed and brought me the bill instead.

Mi experiencia junto a mi familia fue decepcionante, camareros ni conocian que vino vendían, comida fría, y mala, cuando pedimos la cuenta nos contesta mal el que parecía era el encargado diciendo que ya había terminado su turno y que levantáramos la mano, en fin una mala. Experiencia no volveremos a este sitio y mucho menos lo recomiendo..no se ganan nada de propina por su poca atención,amabilidad, deja mucho que desear la atención......

Al preguntar de qué se trataba, nos indica que es un cargo que aplican “los días de partido”. A lo que nos quejamos y nos soltó, “si quieres te lo quito”. En definitiva, por la comida volveríamos, pero por desgracia no lo haremos por el servicio que dan…
