It was a spontaneous visit and the whole experience left us with pleasant aftertaste. We didn’t know what to expect. I never had hot pot before but staff was so helpful and guided us throughout the whole process. Food was delicious and adventurous. I enjoyed the most spicy part of the hot pot. All well presented and looking fresh. It was a real symphony of flavours. They bring you pot to the centre of the table and then you order ingredients you choose and prepare the way you like. Each ingredient has time of cooking stated on the menu, you get to dip it in the fondue. First time I tried peanut sauce which was amazing addition to the meat. Entire dining experience was slightly expensive however I have to admit it was worth every penny. Well done.

First of all, I would like to praise the professional knowledge and patience of the individual staff at Xiao Long Kan. Secondly, I want to thank Oscar for his enthusiastic reception and friendly attitude, providing us with attentive and thoughtful service. His smile and greetings made us feel very welcome, as if we were dining at home. He is also very knowledgeable about each dish on the menu, and gave us many useful suggestions. He also explained in English the origin and usage of each seasoning and ingredient, which helped my friends who had never tasted hot pot to better understand the essence of hot pot cuisine. Especially when he found that some of us couldn't use chopsticks, he proactively provided us with knives and forks, which touched us deeply and allowed us to better enjoy the food. Overall, his service is truly first-class. His enthusiasm, professional knowledge, and attentiveness made everyone very satisfied. We will come back to this restaurant next time.

I recently ate at Xiaolongkan Hot Pot and it was amazing! The food was extremely delicious - a great mix of traditional Chinese flavors that were perfectly balanced. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy, lively, and inviting. Service is also really great as staff are attentive and helpful. Overall I would definitely give this place 5 stars out of 5!

💶 The more people you go with, the less you pay. You can get more ingredients to share and try out new things. 🌶 If someone is not really into spiciness, be careful because even though the soups are separated, all flavours kind of get mixed up in the end because of fails when picking up food or if you chose spicy ingredients. In that case I’d suggest to go for the level 1 of spiciness or no spicy soup at all. 🍄 My favourites are Enoki and Wood ear mushrooms - it’s the texture for me. 🍜 You also get sauce buffet & refill. Peanut sauce goes really well with everything and I’d suggest mixing up a bunch of stuff because honestly all taste amazing. 🍉 For dessert you also have free fruit and yogurt you can pick after you’re done with the hot pot. 💯 You know the place is good when 95% of the clients are asian :)

The place is quite big with beautiful Chinese decorations. All the tables and seats are comfortable. The service was quite fast and helpful. We ordered one big hot pot with 3 different flavors. All the dishes were really fresh and the amount was quite good for the price. There also has all you can eat fruits, you can pick it up by yourself. We paid 23 euro per person, we were 5 persons.

'Chinese fondue' experience. Food fresh and very tasty. Two tofu options for plant-eaters and a range of seafood and meats for omnivores. Excellent selection of sauces and dips to spice up your base broths. Prices reasonable. One of those dining experiences made to share with others.

We ordered the tomato and mushroom broth with beef, pancetta, the house noodles, and mixed vegetables and it was definitely enough for the 2 of us. The prices were great. The service was quick and friendly. And most importantly, the food was incredible! This was out first time having hot pot and the wait staff was very helpful in explaining everything to us. I will definitely be coming back again soon!

I went with the Madrid Asian Food Lovers Club. This is a chain with over 1000 locations in China. The decor is top notch with food to match. With 8 people we even got a private room. Lots of vegan options, tons of meat, but limited seafood. My Chinese friend who eats hotpot every week and knows all of the ones in Madrid says this is the best in town.

Atmosphere is good and distance between the tables is enough. Also they have rooms, so if you can book for this room, it will be even better!! Also what i like about this place the most is that they have many dipping sauces to choose and mix as you like. Food are fresh and tasty!! Definitely I will visit again!!!

Nos encantó!!! Por fuera no dice nada de lo que es por dentro!! Nos lo recomendó una amiga Vetnamita quien nos aseguraba que lo amaríamos…. No tanto amarlo pero nos gustó mucho!! Lo que realmente distingue a este lugar es su estación de salsas de autoservicio. Una barra colorida y tentadora donde puedes mezclar tu propia combinación de sabores: soya, chili oil, ajo fresco, vinagre de arroz, maní triturado, sésamo, y mucho más. Aquí no solo comes, creas. Buen sabor, todo impecable y con mesas para grupos de 8 personas, ideal para ir con un amigos a interactuar cocinando juntos en la mesa!! Me hubiera gustado que el restaurante contara con algunas parrilleras para cocinar también ya que con el agua hirviendo solo consigues el mismo punto de la cocción, no soy amante de los sesos ni las viceras, pero la carne deliciosa!!

La comida es intensa, sabrosa y muy auténtica. Eso sí, si no estás acostumbrado al picante extremo, te recomendaría ir con precaución: en mi caso, el sabor tan picante me resultó un poco abrumador y amargó un poco mi noche. Por eso le doy 4 estrellas en lugar de 5. Aun así, si buscas una experiencia diferente y genuinamente china en Madrid, Xiaolongkan es una parada obligatoria. Volvería, quizás eligiendo un nivel de picante más suave. 🔥🇨🇳 Precio medio pax 40/50€

La idea y el concepto del hot pot me gusta y los productos gastronómicos ofrecidos son de muy buena calidad. No obstante hay algunas pequeñitas cosas que a poco que se mejoren, las cinco estrelas las tienen: 1) unos palillos tan grandes son complicados de manejar, 2) se acaban juntando muchos platitos, 3) el espacio que parece grande no lo es tanto, 4) el dominio del castellano no era muy grande en la mayoría de los camareros y camareras (teníamos una persona alérgica a varias cosas) y nos costó algo entendernos en inglés. A su favor la comida y los tamaños del acompañamiento del hot pot son de tamaño más que suficiente para quedarte satisfecho. Tb los buffets de salsas, condimentos y postres (básicos pero ahí estaban) son muy de agradecer aunque una labor didáctica previa para los novatos hubiera estado muy bien. Aunque parezcan críticas duras no lo son. Son fallos pequeñitos que con nada se rectifican y el 5 estrellas está concedido.

Buena decoración del lugar y acogedor. La atención del personal ha sido buena. He ido con otra persona a cenar y hemos pedido la bandeja para 2 personas ( 1 menú cada uno) puede parecer que no te vas a llenar tanto, pero con el complemento de arroz o fideo si te llenas. La variedad de carnes puede ser mayor y mas cantidad. El menú incluye helado, muy bueno. Buena experiencia. 2 personas 62€

El lugar es grande pero mejor reservar. Carta amplia y variada y buena calidad. Un poco altos los precios en comparación de otros que por precio cerrado tienes buffet. Un detalle que en mi opinión es feo es que aunque pidas bebida no te den a parte una jarra de agua del grifo (no cuesta nada.)

La primera vez que voy a este restaurante y la verdad que estaba bueno y los camareros son súper serviciales volvería sin duda

Primera visita y la experiencia es positiva, no había comido este tipo de comida y me ha resultado agradable, el camarero que nos atendió fantástico, explicándonos en todo momento las dudas y super amable, la comida no está mal, las sopas la de tomate buenísima, la de picante cuidado con el poco picante 😂!!! Nos pedimos el menú para dos personas y la verdad que está bastante bien, perooooo hay que saber cómo comer si no es un desparramé 😂. No sé si volvería otra vez, posiblemente si. El precio me ha parecido algo caro.

The spicy soup is too much even for me, that I'm used to spicy food. Everything else is super tasty and good. It's a nice experience and something different. The only downside is the price, we pay about 42€/person. In my opinion too much.

Good so far. Good atmosphere. Great variety of food. Couldn't try the dessert because I was there for my cousin birthday. Cool to have a room for you to eat on your pace. You can find apron, napkins, big chopsticks with their logo... Need to book in advance if you want the room, better have more than 4 people for the room. Next time I return to Madrid will try again here.

One of the most popular hot pot place with good Sichuan style food. The place is decorated with traditional Chinese style. Service is fast and good. All in all, a nice experience for all.

Mi primera vez en hotpot, pedimos de carta. Curiosidad y experiencia de la que no me arrepiento. El sabor, simplemente bien, nada me sorprendió/agradó especialmente como para destacar. Pedimos carnes y verduras varias. Vi mucha diferencia entre las diferentes atenciones de los diferentes camareros, algunos genial, otros pasaban, otros normal...

The place is simply fine. There are a few points they should address to become a five-star restaurant. First, they need to improve their customer service. We were fortunate that a nice guy helped us with our order, but the non-Spanish speakers were completely unhelpful. They should warn people about the spicy soup. It's not normal for the mildest spicy soup to be extremely hot. Additionally, the food quality is not good for the price. Spending $80 for a meal for three people and only getting a few vegetables and meat with bland flavors is definitely not worth it.

Un sólido no. Hay muchos mejores sitios de Hot Pot en Madrid. En comparación a esos sitios, este restaurante tiene comida de sabor mid - no está bueno, ni es lo peor que te vas a encontrar (excepto las empanadillas, no las pidáis.) Pero te cobran un ojo de la cara para estar comiendo lo mismo o peor que otros sitios de Hot Pot, poniendo música generada por ia en loop, a tope (nos dijeron que no se podía bajar el volumen). Al cabo de un tiempo, estar con las decoraciones excesivas junto a la música ia, y el caldo que sabe a msg y nada más, te da dolor de cabeza. No volvería, ni lo recomendaría.

Experiencia para no repetir. Independientemente de que la comida no nos gustara, después de haber reservado con bastante antelación una mesa para 5, nos colocan en una de 4, con lo que entre eso y la parafernalia de la cazuela en medio, la bandeja de carnes, etc no había apenas espacio. Teníamos reserva a las 15 y nos llamaron para ver si podíamos ir antes, porque cierran a las 16. Pues bien, después de hacer el esfuerzo para llegar a las 14,40 tardan tanto en atendernos que cuando llegó la comida se habían acabado algunas salsas que ya no repusieron. Por las mismas, nos quedamos sin postre. Pedimos el menú degustación, que son una serie de productos crudos que te cocinas en una olla pestilente que ponen en el medio, y mezclas con arroz o pasta. Cuando llegó la guarnición, como la olla si la pusieron rápido, el agua se había evaporado y había quedado convertida en una especie de salsa espesa. Si te sales del menú, gran parte de las carnes elegibles son casquería. Además, pedirte por ejemplo unas hojas de lechuga fuera del menú son casi 6 euros. Nos pidieron disculpas por el retraso y no nos cobraron uno de los productos. Pero aún así no repetiremos. No entiendo las reseñas positivas, la verdad.

La cómida normal por no decir que la carne que te sirve son piezas con una calidad mala y grasienta. De la higiene deja mucho que desear, ver cómo están preparando las bandejas carnes y estornudar y que caiga todos los germen da mucho asco. Eso sí tener en cuenta y muy IMPORTANTE que te cobran un servicio de mesa por persona de 2€ más lo que comas. El sitio se llenado de turistas y mala calidad.

Carísimo y malísimo. A pesar de ser 3 nos sirvieron para dos. La calidad pésima, tanto en el género como la atención. También nos trajeron los botellines calientes, al decírselo costó bastante que los cambiarán por cerveza de grifo que estuviera fría. Escribo esto mientras aun no hemos pagado la cuenta pero ya siento que me voy a pasar la noche pegado a un váter o en urgencias. Edito mi reseña para contar que nos cobraron 6 eurazos por un dedito de salsa. Sólo ha tomado salsa una persona, pero por lo visto es obligatorio el pago por persona, aunque en ningún lado lo indique. También nos cobraron las cervezas de grifo como tercios, que son más caros, claro.
