Thankful for lettuce wrapped burgers and their fries!!! Good service here, wait was short. Gluten friendly, dairy free if needed (they only have American cheese). Fries are in their own fryer which makes them completely gluten free - not sure about the Cajun seasoning though.

This location has been my go-to five guys for about three years, mainly because of how close it is to home. Over the last couple of months, I've noticed a change in the staffing, and it's for the better. Recently, I stopped in for lunch, and they prepared probably the best Five Guys burger I've ever been given. For clarity, I always order the same thing. Double bacon cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato, raw onion, pickle, grilled jalapeno with mayo, ketchup, mustard, and a small cajun fry. Also, the fries this time were fried perfectly. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Customer service was meh typical service these days , fries were bomb as usual but the burgers were dry and crunchy definitely not like they used to be , and the prices are outrageous 12$ for a cheeseburger alone than 5 for fries and 3 for a drink like what!!!! I'm so shocked.

Don’t take 3 stars as a negative. But this is Five Guy’s. The burgers are always good, the fries fresh, and the peanuts aplenty. However, my most recent visit was to pick up dinner for my fiancé and I. The store only had another person and myself, so there was no wait to order. In addition, the store was extremely clean! I ordered two double cheese burgers with sautéed onions, lettuce, tomato, pickle, cat soup, and mustard. I also got a regular sized fries. After about 7-10 minutes of snacking on some pretty great peanuts, the order was ready. I took it to-go, so I could bring it home. By the time I got home, the grease had soaked the bag, my car seat, and everything I put it on. The last time I picked up the bag, the food tore a hold through the bottom and fell. We lost some fries, but the burgers were still wrapped. The buns were soaked with grease, to the point where I ate mine without a bun. No one likes wet bread (unless you’re a psychopath) Probably won’t return anytime soon. You could take a bath in the amount of grease there was. But hey, it’s five guys. What do you expect?

I have been fighting with theses people for years. Tonight is the last straw. I’m sick and tired of these bird brained people who can’t follow simple instructions and what’s even more is who in there right mid came up with the plan of shoving the burgers at the bottom and dump fries on top! I have complained so many times about this and since they won’t stop doing I started asking to have the burger in one bag and fries in another bag. Simple and easy! Nothing complicated! PUT THE BURGER IN A SEPARATE BAG! These people can’t follow simple directions. The food is good but what good is the food when the fries end up everywhere trying to get to your burger?!? Seriously, I bought the fries so I can enjoy them not have to dig around and touch the fries that everyone is to eat?! Annoying and very unsanitary! This practice should be brought up to the health and sanitation department! I’m done with you five guys. It makes me sad to say it but your food is not good enough to keep putting up with this.

Wanted to get a burger, total for 1 burger, regular fries and drink… $23 This is absurd and no one in their right mind would spend this much for a cheeseburger. What an absolute joke. RUN

Super disappointed. $14 for a beacon burger. No tomato. No lettuce. Tasted like McDonald’s and that says a lot. Not going back. Back to my Whataburger. Five Guys is no worth half of what they charge.

I usually receive an amazing burger. Not sure what happened yesterday. It was not busy. My burger was extremely greasy which made my bread soggy with in less than 15 minutes smh. I did not have any wet condiments on it. I got my burger went to the petsmart parking lot to eat right quick. Then I discovered a soggy bread after 3 bites. There should be no reason of this in a matter of less than 12 minutes. I’ve purchased burgers before from 5guys & the bread never gets soggy. Same exact order.

We absolutely love five guys but after this disappointing meal its going to be really hard to come back. My boyfriends patty was raw and I have a picture to prove it.
