Can’t remember last time I went to a Jack in the Box- but here we were at the hotel next door for 2 nights, with its restaurant shut down. So, where can one walk to early in the morning nearby to grab some coffee? And heck, might as well get breakfast, too! Good prices, good coffee, tasty breakfast (for fast food) and super friendly staff. She even remembered us from the day before!

Fantastic restaurant. Our service was excellent and we were seated by our server outside overlooking the beautiful beach and Pacific Ocean on our own private table. I ordered the fresh catch of the day Swordfish. It was excellent. It came with fried zucchini and a double cheeseburger on toasted buns with fresh cut fries and fresh cut onions and tomatoes and some fantastic homemade sauce that was delicious on the swordfish. Our waitress was so nice. Because our table was outside across the street she had to walk across the street(PCH) just to make sure we were enjoying our experience. For dessert our waitress brought us the most delicious crab cakes that we have ever tasted along with homemade chocolate ice cream and homemade vanilla ice cream that once again was brought by our waitress from across the street (PCH). Oh yeah, the meal was extremely expensive, between me and my wife we spent $43.13. But well worth it. This is by far the best restaurant in Malibu. The only downside was all the condiments came in small plastic containers. And I thought the name “Jack in the Box” was a weird name for a high end restaurant like this..

Nestled in between the picturesque cliffs and winding roads is a burger joint that feels like it’s hiding from the Hollywood elite. The location is prime, perfect for anyone who wants to feel at one with nature while devouring a Sourdough Jack. The view? A stunning juxtaposition of asphalt and rugged hills. It’s like Mother Nature herself paused to admire the menu before carrying on with the Malibu landscape. And speaking of menus, this Jack in the Box isn’t playing around. It’s like they hired a food stylist for the posters out front. Those Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburgers? They look like they’d win an Oscar. My food, on the other hand, looked more like an extra in a low-budget film—but hey, it’s part of the charm! The drive-thru staff? Enthusiastic! If by “enthusiastic” you mean “can’t hear a word you’re saying.” But let’s be real, nothing says fast food adventure like the mystery of receiving a completely different order.

Came to hike near Malibu with the family but there was a lot of traffic at PCH and I found this park nearby beautiful scenery. I definitely come back. 05/29/2023 Monday

It's Jack in the box, you know what to expect. This place is not very busy during the week, but on the weekends it's super busy.
