Great Starbucks. Decent parking for the Palisades and the best outdoor seating I've ever seen at a Starbucks.

The staff was great, the drinks are always just right.

Can't rate the food as I only had a caramel frappachino but the staff are amazing great atmosphere very welcoming and I did see my first bugatti vayron outside loved it

Excellent service. Dom - you’re the bomb! Five picnic tables, swing set, trees, and grassy area outside really make up for there not being comfy leather chairs here. More serene setting than most Starbucks! Nice chill vibe.

Great and fast service. Was there picking up an order and ended up buying for myself too. No need to talk about Starbucks coffee. It is good, it has its unique taste and is definitely familiar. Quite a big order for the customer. They handled it well. Plenty parking on premises.

I really enjoy having the new Oleato made with olive oil and oats milk. This location is near the mountains, we'd come here before or after a hike. There is a green shaded outdoor sitting area to enjoy our drinks

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in LA. I always prefer to meet my clients outside in nature, but life's even better with a cup of coffee in my hand. The staff is always friendly here, the parking is plentiful and best of all, they're just up the street, at a walkable distance from the "Lake Shrine."

Convenient parking and nice grassy patio and play area with great friendly staff. Nicely remodeled since the fire. Only open to 4:00 p.m. now but that'll probably change once they get more business. Friendly and very efficient now and love their remodeling

Clean store. Cashier not sure she had a good grasp of knowledge of inventory but it worked out. Barista male was slow. Took about 15 min. to get my drink. Could do better. Did get what I asked for.

One of the smaller locations I've been to & felt a bit overcrowded.. Either way, starbucks still delivered the service they're known for.

I liked this Starbucks, tucked at the edge of Pacific Palisades just off the PCH. Stopped here last year for a refreshing drink and enjoyed the seat outside on the swings with the little park. I hope it didn't burn down :(

Always running out of the hot made to order food on weekends. Expect a huge line, they need to staff more than two people at once. Otherwise a standard sbucks

This Starbucks is very relaxed, probably because of the area. The staff is nice and friendly, but they need to pay more attention to the orders, the few times my crew and I went, we have had to remind them of something they had forgotten. Other than that just your average Starbucks.

This location is great for convince but that's about it. So far they have gotten 0 our of my last 3 orders incorrect...

Ok if you're in a rush, but their americanos are consistently watered down to tastelessness. I don't know what they're doing differently at this particular store.

3 to 4 times a day I’m getting coffee from them but some workers with Horrible service, disrespectful, amateur, worse customer service cause to stop me going there anymore.

Few outlets on the restroom side Rude staff eager to leave on the dot at closing, they ecen turned the lights offas I was putting my cords away

There were two workers behind the counter and the barista kept getting drinks wrong and then it became backed up and busy while two other coworkers were in the back. The manager came out with a clipboard cut the line and ordered food and then went back in the back. It took 15 mins to get our drinks and they completely forgot my friend's sandwich. I blame the manager not the two who were trying because she should have helped out when things were going wrong. Instead after we asked where the sandwich was the manager came back out again and was dusting, apologized for the inconvenience and kept dusting leaving the barista still slammed and the cashier to stop ringing and get the sandwich

Walked in here today... been here a few times the service isn’t great but today I would give it a 0 if I could. Tried to order and the cashier was too busy talking to a coworker never give me my receipt. Tried to do my drink 3 times and still did it wrong. Others had came nd got there drink while I waited 22 minutes. I am not kidding I timed it. I told the other guy JOAN to do my drink because I had waited a long time and instead of saying sure, let me get that for you. He gave me attitude and told me he was going to have him do it and all I can do was wait I told him I didn’t want the same tea bags anymore and he snapped again and said “I know”! Once the drinks were done he slammed then against the counter. Awful service!!!

This is my least favorite Starbucks in the area. The new manager is just RUDE. Bad customer service. I asked a price of something the employee shrugged and said.."I dont know.". Instead of Let me find out for you. Usually the Half and half and Milk is kept on lock down. You have to ask for it. ANNOYING! Parking lot SUCKS!!!

Crammed parking lot, rude people that frequent here and work here, and the drinks are drowned in water. I've stopped going to this location because of that. My drink was ready, and the arrogant employee didn't even bother to let me know. They just continued to talk with one another as if they couldn't be bothered. Also, the drivers are horrible whipping around you only to be in front of you and end up in the same parking lot going to the same coffee shop. I honestly don't know why it's so challenging for people to be just decent people. And mind you, I'm super easy going, chill and have no outlandish requests. I walk in, place my simple order that's on the menu, pay for it, then wait for my name to be called, grab and walk out. That's it. I have very minimal engagement so there's no reason whatsoever for these people to behave this way. If you dislike your job, then leave. There are people struggling to find work who will gladly take yours. Will never ever go to this place again.

As if the bells rung my name not for sweat release, but to throw me back and have the chance to live another day in this decrepit world that exists the song of sorrow. The food and drinks are good though.

Current manager is terrible - opens & closes location at will (advertised store hours are NOT accurate) & runs the place like a frat house. It’s gone downhill so badly in such a short time. Goes to show - professional management makes a huge difference.

I frequent that pacific palisades store prob 2/3 every day - 7 days a week and have been since the day it opened !- but I doubt very much I will any longer. The VERY VERY new store manager “Jesse” is undoubtedly the most obnoxious person I have ever met. Starbucks is all about service. Guess they forgot to mention that to him!!!! He tells me I can’t have steamed milk on my iced cappuccino. I have to have cold foam when every other Starbucks in every city in the United States makes it for me with steamed milk … go figure that one out !

I have just received the worst service in a Starbucks ever !!!! this lady was super rude to me and splashed some of the drink on my shirt when taking out the whip cream...she made it a big scene when I asked her for cinnamon powder and i kindly told her to remove the one she put on accidentaly... please check the surveillance cameras for this not to happen again. All other employees are great but I am so mad at this Starbucks for the poor customer service received on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 7:30pm
