Best Starbucks I've been to so far!!! I always order the Hot Breakfast Tea with milk and honey, but they never made it quite as good as they did here! They blended in the honey and steamed in the milk it was absolutely delicious!!! Great people making the drinks, smiling, kind and caring! This place deserves more than five stars! ❤️

I Wish this place was a little bit bigger. More tables for sure. Too many people around, and that for me is a little suffocated. Not to be mean, but people want to sit down and drink there coffees especially when going to the Mall a place to enjoy. 😊 Happy place to enjoy with My Fiance for sure. We do love to enjoy each other and a nice cup of coffees.

I’ve never had such a disappointing experience at a Starbucks as I did at the Mall del Norte location. The manager here is absolutely unprofessional, rude, and clearly doesn’t care about customers or the staff. Instead of leading with respect and good service, they act arrogant and dismissive, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. It’s shocking how someone with such poor people skills is in charge of this store. Starbucks is supposed to be about welcoming service, but this manager does the complete opposite.

More times than not my order has been missing details or completely wrong. Half the time I ordered a mocha it was served iced when I ordered hot and then when they remade it they didn't make it right, missing extra shots or add ins etc. The rest of the time it's missing the extra shots or add ins. Attention to detail is severely lacking. This isn't just 3 or 4 times, it has been over a dozen in the course of 4 weeks. Unacceptable, I tried to withhold the review hoping they would be one off mistakes or they would correct themselves but neither happened.

My order was wrong since the Begging came to exchange it. I got my order from the Mall Starbucks and came to target since it’s the same company to get my drink exchange didn’t even drink it. Employees told me they can’t cause it’s not from the same place like really it’s the same company! This is another reason why I didn’t buy from this company’s. !! Not worth my $$$.

Just very disappointed that I could not get a water… even when I tried to pay for it! It was the silliest thing I have ever heard!!! The female barista felt so bad about it but they did say it was their new policy! Very very disappointed ☹️

Small location, full always, tables taken up the majority of the time by groups of kids whom 1 out 5 are with a starbucks beverage in their hands and the rest just takin up space. Wait in line is long at times. Which is why if in the mall i prefer to go to a different starbucks location for a drink
