Love this location because of it's friendly staff and job well done making my coffee drinks. During my recent visit I wanted to buy whole milk but the ones they sell are flavored from Organic Horizon. The barista gave me a full cup without charging me. I love coming here when I'm in the Manhasset area for my java kick.

High volume Starbucks. Efficient and effective. They seldom screw up the order. Only issue is the parking. Sometimes, there's a wait because of the cars. Pro tip: park across the street and walk over.

This particular Starbucks transcends the rest. Also, Starbucks is fine generally anyway. Parking lot sucks, that's true...but what's wrong with taking a stroll from a spot further away?

The staff is always welcoming and the drinks are just like any other Starbucks music is generally on.

Nice staff. Avoid rush hours in the morning. You can park by the Wells Fargo next to it if parking is hard to find in front of the store.

This store was recently renovated. Since the renovation all the couches has been removed and it is no longer comfortable to sit on the newly placed chairs in stools.

Super friendly and greatly service. There was a mix up with our drink order and they were kind enough to correct the mistake and also offered us the initial drinks to go.

I absolutely love the vibes in this place. The people who work here have excellent customer service and all my orders have been done to perfection. Absolutely recommend to family and friends. The only thing is they should have someone to go around to clean the tables and sweep the floor.

When we walked in, there was not so much seatings which was not really nice. We waited for our drinks which was only 3-5 minutes. One guy with long hair, glasses, and beard was very rude when they got our order wrong. We asked for no dragonfruit included which they added in so we told them to remake but the guy rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed. He threw/toss our drinks onto the pickup order area instead of putting it on the rack. He put no effort whatsoever. The other guy named Rob was nice though.

Starbucks atmosphere is usually all the same or similar at each store. I came in and stood at the counter (I was the only customer there at the counter)... waiting for 1 of the 3 workers behind the counter to #1. Acknowledge my presence at all just even greeting me saying hello... and/or #2. Asking me what I would like to have/order... Instead the 2 guys were chatting heavily about some nonsense about liking school blah blah blah... until I loudly said "EXCUSE ME... Sorry to interrupt your conversation"... (In defense of the 3rd worker she was actually busy doing things at the back counter)... I finally was able to order... and then they were nice after that... Just was awkward... Got a bunch of snowman cookies, 2 iced lattes... ☕️ ☕️ ☕️

The Starbucks is currently open for delivery and pick up. Customers are only allowed to wait outside due to limited space and keeping social distance. The business hours has been updated during COVID-19 from 6am to 6pm. The service was slow but friendly. We highly recommend to order via mobile app to skip the line. We had a matcha latte with soy milk & my favorite double smoked bacon sandwich and the food & drink were decent with no complaints.

Greatest staff ever, reason to take off star is that parking is sometimes difficult (do NOT use Wells Fargo lot, they threaten to tow) but if you can walk a few 100 yards you can park around the corner. Update July 2018: Staff still great, but Starbucks renovated the place and removed the Clover and reserve coffees, so there's not much there for me any more. Removing a star as a result.

Possibly the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. It has really gone downhill since I originally rated it. My last visit was a pick-up to-go order, which I did through the app. Directions on how you want your drinks or food prepared is in there and very clear to avoid order confusion. I ordered a drink with a little ice (versus regular), a warmed coffee cake, and an on-the-go vegetarian protein pack. The drink had the same amount of ice as the regular size did (which is not great for people like me who have swallowing disorders), the coffee cake was barely warm at all, and the protein pack was miserable (definitely left it in the cooler for too long and not in the usual food display area), everything soggy! Not going to this location again no matter how convenient it is from shopping locally. Sorry guys. :(

Located on a busy local road. Only 6 parking spots. This starbucks is shaped to be pretty narrow inside. There are ~3 small round tables, 1 small table next to sofas, 1 big rectangle table next to the entrance, and there's a long narrow table with booth seats facing the window. This long table is the only one with outlets. Maybe two outlets total? ^ Not a convenient place to study or chat. There are phone chargers here, but some of the charging stations don't work

This Starbucks is unbelievably busy. It easily took 25 min wait to get our stuff. Even the bathroom had a line. There are hardly any tables and chairs. They should invest in a bigger store and more staff. There are plenty of cafes in the area

Went there for a trenta cold brew. I asked for no ice and they just gave it to me in a tall cup. Seemed like a subtle, passive aggressive way to tell me I should have left the ice. But it did show me that there is only a tall amount of content in a trenta. Disappointed both ways

All the baristas focus on prepping the mobile orders when flocks of visiting paying customers end up waiting around while mobile orders stack up for those that haven’t even arrived. Very poor management and service.

All I wanted was a nice snack after a long day at work. The food was okay, and it came fast, but the baristas were horrible. ANDY, as it said on his name tag, was so rude and would hardly even take my order. He rolled my eyes when I tried to order and pretty much tried to talk me out of it. It was the rudest service I’ve experienced in a longgggg time. Andy obviously doesn’t know how to treat his costumers. I hope to see better workers next time I decide to buy from Starbucks.

I’m amazed and also very disappointed by the fact that I’ve complained about a particular employee at this location in the past (Andy) and it seems the best they can do is offer me a $4 voucher for my next visit but guess what, there won’t be a next visit. I’ve never encountered someone so indifferent, negative and mean spirited in the service industry before. I’ve been coming here for years and he can’t be bothered to ever smile or make eye contact yet he somehow always manages to roll his eyes which is about as disrespectful as it gets. I know Starbucks always claims they want to hear feedback from customers but I’m sad to say I get the impression it’s all for show because ultimately they’re not committed to resolving any issues that are brought to their attention. With so many other coffee options now available, one would be foolish to continue frequenting an establishment that obviously doesn’t care about their customers. Starbucks was once a great company but now they appear pretty clueless and it’s easy to see why they’re struggling and having to close down so many locations.

Customer service is terrible! You walk in with a smile and get grilled instead. I asked for a cinnamon cream cold foam and this place doesn’t do it when I ALWAYS order this specific drink. Avoid! There’s a Starbucks 10 mins away from this one.

Are they pranking me? I ordered delivery from UberEats and this is what they sent. Ordered Ice venti shaken espresso, added chesnut praline cold foam with extra charge. The 2% milk and classic syrup is supposed to be default included but they sent me 4 shots espresso, shook, and added NO syrup, milk, nor coldfoam. Nothing. So I got charged $8 for 4 shots of iced espresso.

Went in yesterday and the new female cashier has terrible customer service skills and is very unprofessional. She’d missed a drink on our order (which in and of itself is totally understandable), but she waved us off twice within our nearly 40 minute wait when we did status checks, assuring us both times that it was on the way without even verifying the name on the order or the drink in question. (In the end, it was not on the order.) When we checked in a third and final time, her two other co-workers actually had to step in a few times and tell her to calm down when speaking to us as she was acting defensively and combatively. However, she relented, all while insisting that she had done everything correctly on her end. A gentleman ended up having to step in her place as she seemed incapable of and unwilling to offer proper service to customers she had consistently waved off. (The gentleman that helped us in her place, in contrast, was very apologetic/professional and spoke to us with kindness.) This was all in front of other customers! Super unprofessional and her behavior casts a poor light - be weary!

This is my third time at this particular location. The first 2 experiences were really positive. Great customer service. What made me write this review is the fact that this location was infested with flies!!! There were flies trapped in the food display case. There were flies crawling on the lemonade dispenser, in the jam containers...they were literally everywhere!! I'm sure I'm not the only one who has complained about this. Maybe I am the only one to notice this because the other 3 customers inside the store were oblivious to the flies. Maybe the residents of Manhasset like flies in their food and drinks.
