This Starbucks is unbelievably busy. It easily took 25 min wait to get our stuff. Even the bathroom had a line. There are hardly any tables and chairs. They should invest in a bigger store and more staff. There are plenty of cafes in the area

All I wanted was a nice snack after a long day at work. The food was okay, and it came fast, but the baristas were horrible. ANDY, as it said on his name tag, was so rude and would hardly even take my order. He rolled my eyes when I tried to order and pretty much tried to talk me out of it. It was the rudest service I’ve experienced in a longgggg time. Andy obviously doesn’t know how to treat his costumers. I hope to see better workers next time I decide to buy from Starbucks.

Nice but it seriously needs an expansion. There is barely any seats for someone to sit and do work. Like the whole point of Starbucks anyways.

I’m amazed and also very disappointed by the fact that I’ve complained about a particular employee at this location in the past (Andy) and it seems the best they can do is offer me a $4 voucher for my next visit but guess what, there won’t be a next visit. I’ve never encountered someone so indifferent, negative and mean spirited in the service industry before. I’ve been coming here for years and he can’t be bothered to ever smile or make eye contact yet he somehow always manages to roll his eyes which is about as disrespectful as it gets. I know Starbucks always claims they want to hear feedback from customers but I’m sad to say I get the impression it’s all for show because ultimately they’re not committed to resolving any issues that are brought to their attention. With so many other coffee options now available, one would be foolish to continue frequenting an establishment that obviously doesn’t care about their customers. Starbucks was once a great company but now they appear pretty clueless and it’s easy to see why they’re struggling and having to close down so many locations.

Customer service is terrible! You walk in with a smile and get grilled instead. I asked for a cinnamon cream cold foam and this place doesn’t do it when I ALWAYS order this specific drink. Avoid! There’s a Starbucks 10 mins away from this one.

Are they pranking me? I ordered delivery from UberEats and this is what they sent. Ordered Ice venti shaken espresso, added chesnut praline cold foam with extra charge. The 2% milk and classic syrup is supposed to be default included but they sent me 4 shots espresso, shook, and added NO syrup, milk, nor coldfoam. Nothing. So I got charged $8 for 4 shots of iced espresso.

Went in yesterday and the new female cashier has terrible customer service skills and is very unprofessional. She’d missed a drink on our order (which in and of itself is totally understandable), but she waved us off twice within our nearly 40 minute wait when we did status checks, assuring us both times that it was on the way without even verifying the name on the order or the drink in question. (In the end, it was not on the order.) When we checked in a third and final time, her two other co-workers actually had to step in a few times and tell her to calm down when speaking to us as she was acting defensively and combatively. However, she relented, all while insisting that she had done everything correctly on her end. A gentleman ended up having to step in her place as she seemed incapable of and unwilling to offer proper service to customers she had consistently waved off. (The gentleman that helped us in her place, in contrast, was very apologetic/professional and spoke to us with kindness.) This was all in front of other customers! Super unprofessional and her behavior casts a poor light - be weary!

This is my third time at this particular location. The first 2 experiences were really positive. Great customer service. What made me write this review is the fact that this location was infested with flies!!! There were flies trapped in the food display case. There were flies crawling on the lemonade dispenser, in the jam containers...they were literally everywhere!! I'm sure I'm not the only one who has complained about this. Maybe I am the only one to notice this because the other 3 customers inside the store were oblivious to the flies. Maybe the residents of Manhasset like flies in their food and drinks.

Got two drinks with star rewards (Hazelnut mocha coconut macchiato and blonde vanilla latte). Both were very watered down coffee and I know this because I drink Starbucks all day around school. It’s my third time here at this location. I’m very disappointed
