I haven't ate here yet, but I've tried their margaritas on taco Tuesday which they're only $3. Their margaritas are the best I've had so far and the bar tender was really cool. His service was excellent. Overall, there's nothing but good vibes in that place .

Friendly Neighborhood Place. Excellent Taco Tuesday specials. Get the fish taco for $3, add guacamole for an additional $0.50. You'll only need one to get full. They do also have $3 margaritas with your tasty though, as you might imagine, not enormous.

Wandered into this place during an adventure from Seattle to Vegas then Los Angeles randomly. Food was good, beer was cold, service was good, and we watched the sunset over the Pacific Ocean a few steps away. I threw a dart at a place because it was not far from the hotel we were staying at as restaurants were reopening from Covid restrictions, and we hit a bullseye. Much Appreciated, thank you!

Great place the atmosphere is fantastic. Everyone who goes there is friendly and I think a large part of that is because of the owner Steve who makes the place a easy going fun place to enjoy a meal and watch a variety of sporting events on the many televisions that surround OB’s.

Nice pub! Excellent taco's. They are quite large. The chicken was good, but the pork was awesome. Nice fun atmosphere. Friendly people and staff.

This is a watering hole for Locals and tourists who got lost on their way to Sharkeys... excellent drinks, a nice array of food - they'll make whatever you'd like. Locals enjoy the friendly atmosphere, bartenders who know their drinks and good food. Tourists don't know quite what to make of the easy-going atmosphere - they are more at ease in a hipster rip-off joint and that's not OB's. Come in, everyone knows your name.

I gave the food 5 stars because the menu had a pretty good variety. Unfortunately, I only had drinks there. Cool atmosphere and nice location.

OB's trivia nights on Wednesday are phenomenal. The same crowds drop by each Wednesday to kick my team's butt. All the same, and despite the shameful defeats every week (go team Truth or Derrida!) the pitchers of beer and the $10 stir fry keeps us coming back for more.

Entire menu was packed with flexible options. The barrito was awesome along with the wing appetizer. Beer selection was a little thin but the local IPA's are a good choice.

Great taco tuesday, if you can get a table! We've gone probably 5x and had to go elsewhere because it was so packed. The taco tuesday tacos are huge, not street taco sized. Pretty decent but a little saucy. I love that they have barrels full of peanuts that you can snack on and toss the shells on the ground. It makes the ambiance really fun.

Stopped in for a beer after going to the beach on a hot day. The server was very nice and she took my order very quickly. Ice cold draft beer that hit the spot! Lots of TV's with different sporting events on so there were choices. I've had breakfast there in the past and enjoyed it too. Highly recommended.

Speaking of bartenders, one of them is the world champion of "trash ball" from LA's sunny beaches. She proudly flaunted her sunburn tanlines from dominating trashcan basketball. Forget the NBA; she's the MVP of the wastepaper world. 🗑️🏀 Now, let's talk about the food. It was great, and the atmosphere was so awesome I thought I was floating on a cloud of buffalo sauce. If you want to watch sports while witnessing some patrons attempt the legendary 10 taco challenge, this place is a must-visit. We even had the privilege of watching "Fat Boy Surf Club" try to win it all while anxiously eyeing the bathroom door like it held the secrets of the universe. 🌮🏄 In short, 0B Pub and Grill is where sports, trashcan ball, and taco challenges collide in a glorious explosion of fun. OB's is incredible. Both experiences I've had there they made me and my friends feel like we were home. I'm from CT and OB's is a place that I would fly back to Manhattan Beach for when I get the chance. We had the best time and I would recommend OB's if you want to chat with the locals and get together with friends and have a good time. Theirs prices are pretty good too, it's hard to find good food with a low price in MB but OB's is killing it. THANKS TO EVERYONE THERE!

Had my first experience at OB's yesterday for the soccer game. It was very busy but our server Stephanie managed to handle everything with ease and provide A+ service! Very pleasant afternoon with great food, beer, and friends.

Nice people, but beware, the advertised "Anchor Bar Wings" are not Anchor Bar Sauce. In fact its red hot mixed with bbq; but you can ask for no bbq. Funny thing is though the people there never even heard of the Anchor Bar!

This place is awesome! They let you have unlimited free peanuts and you can throw your shells on the ground. They also have a great Taco Tuesday with Taco specials starting at $2 per taco and $2 per Beer. It's usually a zoo on Tuesday so I would recommend getting there early. Food Items that I like there: Cuz Burger Bacon Western Burger Steak Taco They also have a taco eating challenge where you have to eat 10 tacos from there in two hours. I tried it and made it to 8 and threw in the towel. I did not look at the tacos the same since then. If you can make it you are a better woman or man than I.

Service was a little slow but it was busy and I was there during an NBA finals game so I can't say if that is the norm. The beer selection could use more variety but the food was amazing. Everything came out hot and my burger was delicious.

Came on Christmas night, looks more like the bar/nightclub aspect. The bar area and dance floor is really clean. The lost stars are for the dirty men’s bathroom with no soap or paper towels and it smells as if it has not been cleaned. The stall at least had a door, but the floors were extremely sticky. -2 Stars Second, charging a cover of $5.00, there are hot girls and guys here though... So I will give it back 1 star.

They have karaoke which can be a nice change of pace for a Friday night. The drinks are made with a heavy hand so you certainly get your money's worth if you're ordering something mixed. I definitely enjoy going to sharkies but this is a great warmup or secondary option if the bars next door are too crowded.

I had never considered visiting this place before, but a friend invited me and we ended up having a great time. Although we didn't go for anything fancy, we ordered some basic drinks and enjoyed ourselves. Went there for taco Tuesday. Tacos were big so twice what you would expect in size and easy to get full off one or two tacos. They were good and a good deal. The margaritas were good too. The table was a bit dirty and the area around it smelled like vomit but it was the only open area. The service was good though.

Very disappointed with bartender Steph who allowed a drunken, deranged and drugged individual to ruin our evening. We came to enjoy eachothers company and ended up getting harassed and embarrassed by a loser friend of the bartender. She sent several paying customers out of the bar by her behavior and then she spilled red wine all over me. I normally would excuse a mistake expect Steph the bartender walked away from me when I would I ask for a rag to clean myself up with. I had to go to the bathroom to get paper towels and water to only feel like a bother to this place. On my way out a few people mentioned how they were annoyed and disappointed with the behavior of the friend and appologized for this girl who destroy everyone’s evening.

Slow service. Sat for 10 minutes and didn't even get water even though the waitress came by to let us know she would bring it. Left and on the way out told them they're too slow. She said sorry it's just her on the floor but meanwhile people around us are getting served. Something's not right at this spot. Do not recommend.

2 parts to this. Went in on a Monday around noon. Had a great meal outside. The food was amazing along with the service. The guy was on top of it and very polite. Which made me want to come back. The next time I came in was on Sunday around 5:15pm. Saw an empty spot at the bar. There's only 3 seats and the other two have already been taken. The one open was right next to the register. So I scooted it over a little bit and sat down. A server came to the register, said "hi", I said "hi" back and then she said "you cant sit there cause I need the room to work." I wasnt even in her way. The second I stood up she grabbed the chair and moved it back closer to the register. There was plenty of room for both of us. She didnt have to be rude and she doesnt need that space! She didnt even use the chair. I decided just to leave and I guess I wont be going back. If you dont like your JOB, Quit! Dont push your bad attitude on others!

First time here loved the environment & owner friendly decent food was enjoying the game but then a women with two small furry dogs comes in and puts the dog right on the table scratching his head..call me crazy but I didn't feel like having dog hair in my food...and the worst thing was the owner did not mind at all that is discussting, unsanitary and so disrespectful to everyone eating to have dog hair flying around...service dog ok stays still on the floor but on a table? Went on a Saturday around 1pm, had the worst service ever. 1st the server had to question me on what I wanted to order since my boyfriend was outside on the phone. 2nd brings me a Stella Cider with a lime in it and ruined the drink. 3rd sits at another table to talk to a friend that isn't ordering and took a shot. Then proceeded to walk around and talk to other customers prior to coming back after waiting 30 mins to order. Ended up closing out, being asked why again, and left. Sad that happened, was looking forward to Tacos.

The deals are great for drinks and tacos but when we asked about vegetarian options our waiter remarked they had a veggie taco but he didn't even know what was in it bc he never tells people about it. That was very disappointing. Know your audience! We're in S. Cali, guy. So, we decided to order from the actual menu and ordered the veggie platter. Again, he had no idea what veggies were on it and asked us, "Doesn't it say that on the menu?" Nope that's why we asked. So, he asked the kitchen. We order. You'd think for the price it would be a lot of veggies. What a joke. It's broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and zucchini. It was so small, it was laughable. It should have been $5 max. They ripped us off. Any place that charges that much for veggies, should have meat with them and since it doesn't, it was a total b.s. way to treat customers that don't eat meat.

The bartender there had bsd attitude. She wasn't happy to be there. If you don't love your job find something else sister.. don't ruin reputation of a place because you are in bad mood.

Its very unfortunate that this occurred. I've been coming here for a couple months while some of my friends have been coming here for years for trivia. There's a presumed "2 drink minimum" on trivia night and my group rarely ever misses the mark on meeting that since we like to patronize the establishment and the trivia guy. We tend to get food too along with the drinks. However, this past Wednesday, 9/11/2024, a new server was taking our order. Right when we were about to make our order, she immediately tells us that there is a $30minimum buy, and that if we don't meet it, she'll have to charge us the difference. We were so baffled by that comment and she was so aggressive in her attitude about having us meet that $30 minimum. First of all, a "2 drink minimum" isn't even near $30, when did this change? 2nd, while she was taking our order, she kept insisting and asking us to order more to meet the $30 minimum very aggressively and rudely. At one point I had to tell her to relax and that we're probably getting more drinks throughout the trivia night. She stopped to finish taking our orders and kept reiterating that if we don't meet the 30$ minimum, she'll have to charge us the difference, as if it was a threat. Unfortunately, it didn't stop her from dropping by and keep dropping the same phrases and statements about how if we get a couple more drinks we'll meet our $30 minimum! It felt like harassment at this point, and I couldn't really enjoy my meal or trivia itself because she would constantly hover us and harass us about ordering more drinks. In the end we did meet it but not because of her incessant nagging and rudeness. I don't recall any other table being harassed by it, but I can't confirm entirely because the bar was loud along with trivia. This was such a bad experience that my group is probably not coming back again even though the trivia was a great time to meet up and hangout.

Noticed this place was a little busier than sharkeez when I stepped outside for a cigarette so I proceeded to close out my tab at sharkeez to head over. A colleague and myself walked in and were deciding what to drink when the bartender (smaller woman with green highlights) began to harass us about just standing there and not drinking. She told us “if you aren’t drinking then go outside”. Mind you, we weren’t the only ones with no drinks. That made up my mind to leave and I told her I was waiting for an uber to which she sarcastically said “the uber will see you better outside”. Yeah too many places in Manhattan beach to be acting like that and expect business.

The bartender there had bsd attitude. She wasn't happy to be there. If you don't love your job find something else sister.. don't ruin reputation of a place because you are in bad mood.

Its very unfortunate that this occurred. I've been coming here for a couple months while some of my friends have been coming here for years for trivia. There's a presumed "2 drink minimum" on trivia night and my group rarely ever misses the mark on meeting that since we like to patronize the establishment and the trivia guy. We tend to get food too along with the drinks. However, this past Wednesday, 9/11/2024, a new server was taking our order. Right when we were about to make our order, she immediately tells us that there is a $30minimum buy, and that if we don't meet it, she'll have to charge us the difference. We were so baffled by that comment and she was so aggressive in her attitude about having us meet that $30 minimum. First of all, a "2 drink minimum" isn't even near $30, when did this change? 2nd, while she was taking our order, she kept insisting and asking us to order more to meet the $30 minimum very aggressively and rudely. At one point I had to tell her to relax and that we're probably getting more drinks throughout the trivia night. She stopped to finish taking our orders and kept reiterating that if we don't meet the 30$ minimum, she'll have to charge us the difference, as if it was a threat. Unfortunately, it didn't stop her from dropping by and keep dropping the same phrases and statements about how if we get a couple more drinks we'll meet our $30 minimum! It felt like harassment at this point, and I couldn't really enjoy my meal or trivia itself because she would constantly hover us and harass us about ordering more drinks.
