I just moved in and needed food not only was this place super fast and good but they gave me a ton of plates napkins cutlery and cups because I hadn't unpacked mine yet.

This place couldn't be cleaner and the staff couldn't be nicer. Pizza was inexpensive and was delicious. 5 stars

Love Dominos! My order is always made on time and is always made consistently how I like it. Also cheaper than OIP and Twin Trees.

As a large family, I love the sales on 2 or more pizzas. Staff is always super friendly.

The pan pizza is surprisingly good and the Store is always very clean. Have had many delivery orders with no issues. Had a few issues for first time with order tonight, but called store and Ryan made sure to immediately drive corrected items right back over. Was very impressed with customer service.

Firstly, the staff are extremely attentive and friendly. I am always greeted and helped with my pickup order when walking in immediately every single time. The quality and prices are second to none, always on point. I don't know about the other reviews but my orders are always fully cooked and either ready or coming out of the oven as soon as I arrive. The crew and food is great overall and I never have any problems at this Domino's Store. 10/10 would recommend visiting and trying!!

Best service ever! I called to check on my order and it turns out I had ordered for tomorrow instead of today but they said no problem and had the order ready in 10 minutes. Super polite and friendly staff too, and the place was very clean!

I love this Dominos compared to any of the others I have been to. The staff is always courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I rarely have any mistakes with my order and if I do, it’s promptly taken care of. Jessie has such a great way with customers. Keep up the good work, guys!

I was in today at around 230 to 3. I needed to pay about 5 dollars for the rest of my food. My card declined. While trying to fix this unsuccessfully the man behind the counter was really nice and paid for my food. He deserves a raise or promotion too. I'm really thankful Bro really came in clutch and I do plan on finding him and paying him back.

Great Pizza and Fast Delivery! Drivers are very nice and our favorite has to be Glen. Always look forward to our delivery when Glen is the driver. Glen is the nicest man and a pleasure to talk with! Highly Recommend the Manlius Store.

I’ve been to this dominos several times. In all the years I’ve ordered pizza from here I’ve never had any issues. Staff is very accurate with orders and if there’s any issues it’s remedied immediately. I have zero complaints about this location.

Actually an economical alternate to dining out. They have improved their products greatly.

Fast food, done great, just need better customer service

The place was clean wood very nice decor. The staff was friendly and my food was made very quickly. My pizza was good and that is what really counts at a pizza place. Very nice restaurant.

Food was great. First time having Domino's in maybe 20-30 years. We went because they have the new stuffed crust pizza, and recently most of the Pizza Huts have closed down. The food tasted great and was a decent price. The problem we had was that when we got there, right on time for our carryout, they told us they had to remake a pizza. They said it would be 5 minutes but it took 10. And sometimes when they inconvenience you, they throw in an extra. That didn't happen which is fine, but they didn't even say sorry at the end. So.. good pizza, customer service could be better.

I thought I would give Dominos a second chance. The cheesy bread was good. The handmade pan pizza was not cooked enough. It was a bit soggy. Disappointing. The delivery driver was very nice.

The commercial for delivery insurance is bull... I paid 4 dollars for delivery charge in manlius which is a couple blocks away and they did not put our blue cheese inor the extra one we ordered for our chicken. We called and they put in the computer that they owe us 2 blue cheese. That did not help as we had to eat our chicken plain... .. I'll never do delivery again

Place was clean, employees greeted my daughter and I with a smile. Can not speak to the quality of the pizza. After I ordered my two pies to go, I was told it would be about an hour or so. Could not wait around that long so I will have to try it again sometime.

currently reheating my food, told me they called because they couldn't find the place which they did not, then i'm waiting outside and watched the driver turn around before even coming close to my apt building. would love to speak with someone about this

The two workers seemed lost and confused. Pizza is under cooked and not even cooked through all the way, what a disappointment. Won’t be returning to this restaurant

It was quite undercooked, still with raw dough under the pizza and smelled of yeast and too soft to even pickup. I called the store to kindly let them know and the responses (which were echoed by the manager in the background) I got were "People who order handmade pan pizzas just KNOW that they have to request it extra crispy so we'll push it back in the oven for bit." "These pizzas are just different and doughy and buttery and people who order that know it and ask for it to be cooked longer". I asked how I was supposed to know that and that it doesn't make sense that I'd have to request to get a pizza that wasn't still raw and that I'd have to continue to cook at home. I explained several times and went in circles telling him that it wasn't just soft and doughy, it's RAW and uncooked. "Just put it in your oven at home on 350 for a little bit that's what we'd do here" No offer to refund or redo, nothing. They blamed ME for not knowing that I should have asked to have it cooked longer because that's just how those pizza are. WHAT??

Called and was never told a pepperoni pizza was going to be 18 bucks and take almost an hour to get here... never again

No cheese and no sauce on the pizza...

They must have been short staffed. Tried calling twice, put on hold for more than 5 minutes each time. Phone was off the hook for one of the tries. Will not try and order from this location again.

Delivery person is not following delivery instructions, we selected leave it at door but they told us to come out to get it… it’s not helping when we needed to give up what we were doing to get the delivery while we already selected leave it at door!

So earlier today I ordered a pizza for curbside pickup and did everything I wa supposed to. I sat outside for 30 mins as every worker looked right at my car multiple times until finally I had enough and had to call them for my pizza to be brought out. Needless to say I will NEVER go there again.

Place won't even deliver to Fayetteville. They will even take your entire order and then won't deliver right around the corner. Why bother offering delivery? Pizza is okay, but if Im going to drive then I wouldn't bother going to this place.

Ordered pizza and wings at 605 was told one hour for delivery, was 2 hours and food was cold. No remorse when I called the store Deleted their app from my phone. Want Little Ceasers back

Under cooked food. Very rude and ignorant person on the phone. Huge difference in price vs. The order online. Gentleman was short, very rude and should not be dealing directly with customers. I canceled my order and I order from this place once a week for convince. It has gone extremely down gill in the last 3 months. I would advise eating anywhere else!

It was 7:15 and this was supposed to be dinner for the kids on a school night. I am now walking out with 2 hungry kids, one of which is crying. Won't waste time on this place again. The owner better fire his entire staff or the will watch there investment go quickly. Worst part was that there were more employees in the store than customers. This place won't last a year.
