So, this was 100% Better than the Pizza Hut across the street. The pizza was cooked properly and it was less expensive.

Don’t bother with the drive through window if you have a smaller car (aka anything not an SUV or truck) because clearly they can’t see you pull up. The window is so high up and away from the curb so it’s quite the reach and that’s even if you manage to get them to notice you. I sat there for 5 minutes and no one ever noticed me so I had to give up and go inside which is pretty annoying to do and negates any convenience that the window was meant to provide. I tried knocking on the window and waving but still no one ever noticed me or tried to check the window even though I could see someone making pizza right next to the window. It’s also very difficult to tell how to get to the drive through window to begin with but that a separate story. They should abandon the window all together tbh but that experience and lack of service really grinded my gears

Pizza is good always but if you order a sandwich like the Philly cheesesteak this is all the meat pieces you get. Should be called a cheese and bread sandwich or better yet just order cheese bread and pay less!!!

This has been our goto pizza place for years but sadly the last few times the pizza has been terrible. The dough has been so thin for the hand tossed that we were convinced it was New York or thin crust. In addition it’s been super burned. I asked if they changed the dough recently and they said that they did. Not sure that is possible for a big chain to change on le location but it’s been so terrible, we drive to the palmer location now.

I am beyond disappointed in the treatment my boyfriend received at this Domino’s location. An employee asked him if he was a citizen simply because he chose to pay in cash. Let that sink in. In the current political and social climate, where discrimination and racial profiling are very real concerns for many communities, comments like this are not harmless or “jokes.” They reinforce harmful stereotypes and create an environment where people feel targeted and unwelcome for no reason other than how they look or how they pay. Paying in cash does not justify questioning someone’s citizenship. That is discriminatory, inappropriate, and unacceptable in any customer service setting. Businesses have a responsibility to create a safe and respectful environment for everyone. This employee’s behavior reflects a serious lack of cultural awareness and professionalism. Management needs to take immediate action to address this and ensure proper training so no other customer experiences this kind of treatment. Victor was the gentleman who made these comments. Really slow service we ordered online waited 20 minutes to go pick up and our order hadn’t even been started. Then you could t even understand the girl at the window she talked as if she was mumbling

Placed an order yesterday (3/22)to be delivered at 11:30 today (3/23). It was 8 pizzas for my son’s birthday at a park. They tried to show up at 11:00 which is 30 min too early. I told them I can’t serve my guests cold food. The driver left with the pizzas. Then didn’t show back up for an hour. (30 mintues late at this point). And they made us take the same pizzas they had tried to deliver an hour before that. So they delivered food that was cold, over an hour old, and the boxes soaked through with grease. Guests didn’t even finish one pizza because it was gross. More than 7 pizzas went in the trash. Luckily I had other food there so the party wasn’t completely ruined. My son was still upset and didn’t eat any of it at all. Will never order here again. I hope you guys feel good about yourselves almost ruining a kid’s party.

That was the thinnest worst pizza I've ever gotten from Domino's. Burnt. Been ordering Domino's for years. Pretty obvious it's the specific location. Don't waste your money on upgrading for extra cheese because they won't give it to you. We ordered Brooklyn style and our pizza is as thin as the cardboard box the pizza came in. This is the third and last time this location will let us down. It's just bread and cheese and pepperoni slices. Not much room to cheap out but they managed to find a way anyways.

I wish I could give it no stars .. We ordered pizza around 2pm they went to the wrong house , of course no one answered. I called them to check the status they took the same old pizzas back to the wrong address again. This time my neighbor is home , he tells them he hasn’t ordered pizza they tell him to keep them. It’s almost 6pm and we still don’t have our pizzas. This is just ridiculous!!

Yummy! Burned pepperoni pizza with no cheese? We just ordered online and got home to discover this burned pepperoni pizza with absolutely no cheese on it. When we call the store we were told that “since it was an online order, there are no returns, no refunds, no remakes.” Wow, what kinda service is that. Very disappointing. Officially never going back there.

When I arrived at the parking lot, it was mostly filled. There was one spot open. However, one of your delivery people parked over the line so it was next to impossible to get in. To make matters worse, they were taking up a handicap spot. I have a picture of it if you want it. Next, I go inside where I am told that you are doing only drive thru service. Fair enough. I drive around, and am told by the guy in the drive thru that your pizzas are not ready. Go park in the parking lot and I will being them to you. What? why didnt the guy taking phone orders just tell me to wait and save me the trouble of going to the drive thru. Next I park again. I can see through the window that my order is top on the list and ready...green check mark. I wait 5 minutes. No one brings it to me. While I am waiting a carhop from Sonic next door walks in and sets a large drink and a sack on the counter. She then stands around and a minute later walks out with 2 pizzas. No money ever changed hands. Were these both credit orders and just happened to be done at the same time? sure looks like a quid pro quo on company time to me. The girl got the better deal from the looks of the sonic order. Anyway, at that point I get out of my car and put my head in through the door. I tell the people there that they may be drive through only, but if Sonic Girl can get her pizzas I can get mine. They then bring them to me. I had ordered 2 garlic sauces. Couldnt count...had to go back and get another one. To top it off, I am supposed to be in the drive through. Everyone in your store has masks around their neck, but no one is actually wearing them around their mouth and nose. (forgot to get pic of that). Is that your policy during these times? When I get home, my thin crust pizza seems over cooked (dark burn around part of the edge) and dry. The crust is thicker than the toppings. It is dry. No cheese to speak of and even less sauce. Due to having to wait so long to get it, it was only luke warm when I got home. thin pizzas lose heat quickly. But there was no sense of urgency on the part of your crew. My daughter said hers was okay. I moved into my house a week ago. Needless to say this has been my first experience with the Manor Dominos and it very likely will be my last.
