Along with some friends from Saluzzo, we decided to try this restaurant, deciding to make a reservation at 12:30 after reading negative reviews about the slowness of the staff. However, as far as we were concerned, our table was free and we didn't have to wait for anyone. The restaurant is easy to find, and has a parking lot that I think is a bit small, but there's a supermarket next door that's very convenient. The restaurant overall is very nice and very clean, including the bathrooms. The bathroom also has a changing table for changing diapers. Social distancing is maintained between all tables. We ordered using the appropriate order slip, and for four adults and one child, they gave us two order slips, which were enough for dessert. The menu is available on the website and is quite clear and convenient. Having tried this restaurant for lunch, I can say that the menu is extensive and comprehensive. Among us, there was also one person who doesn't eat fish, and she was able to enjoy many dishes. The service was very quick despite the restaurant being busy. Not all restaurants I've been to differentiate between weekend and weekday lunches, but I didn't find the prices excessive for the quality. The experience was very good and satisfying; we ate a lot and, despite everything, didn't leave feeling heavy. It's definitely a place I'll be happy to return to and perhaps try the evening menu.

The restaurant has a parking lot that extends from the supermarket next door. The atmosphere is modern, well-maintained, and spacious, so you're not crammed in. The service is very fast and accurate, unlike other restaurants where, amidst the chaos, you're often served dishes you didn't order. The price for dinner is €27, which is quite high, but it's adequate for the menu. The food is good, but no better than other restaurants in the province. It's worth a try. The mini baozi and scallops are very good.

A surreal and shamefully handled experience. We stepped outside to smoke while a friend was simply moving his car. In response, we were chased by SIX staff members, as if we were running away without paying. Even though we stopped immediately, apologized, and calmly explained the situation (even suggesting we return immediately), we were met with aggressive, paranoid, and rude behavior, going so far as to come after us with our POS terminal in hand, even though we hadn't even finished our order (we still had to get our coffee). The most grotesque thing? After making us pay, the cashier told us they wanted to call the police. Completely inappropriate threats, after payment had already been made, demonstrating a confused and totally disproportionate handling of the situation. Since the behavior was so crazy, it's worth adding a few more details: The food arrived less than a minute after we ordered, which clearly suggests the dishes were pre-made. The wine was undrinkable: acidic, obviously old. At the counter, while we were arguing about the scene, we were even told that "they had let us taste it first"—a false statement, given that the wine was in bulk. Let's be clear: we would never have dreamed of writing a review just for the food or the wine. But faced with paranoia, unnecessary threats, and a total lack of professionalism, it's right to describe the experience for what it was. A place that treats its customers like this doesn't deserve to be frequented. Obviously, we won't be returning.
