I have gotten, an order... I mean sure the wait was a bit long because it was the only one in manteca, but I have gotten a spicy chicken... It was a bit dry but the whopper was amazing, but for the most part they it was really fast for the window.

Decided to try out the impossible burger as it was free thanks to T-Mobile. It wasn't terrible as it had the expected Whopper taste. I wouldn't go out of my way to order this, but other than the vegetables giving it that familiar flavor, the "burger" itself fell short for me. It wasn't the consistency or the flavor of a regular burger, but it could make a decent choice if some tweaks are made.

Good food, for fast food, and good value as their app has many offers and deals. I like the new products Burger King offers, especially the orange soda frozen drink (the Coke flavored frozen drink machine didn't work at this restaurant, so we were disappointed that we couldn't try thus new drink). I don't do drive thru unless there's no line; going into the restaurant is often faster. But the customer service needs lots improvement. The elderly cashier was a little rude. Verdict: customer service aside, for the "cheaper" food and selection my kids are beginning to like Burger King slihhtly better than McDonald's

I really do have to give this spot a 3 star. It is pretty crazy how long it takes to order a meal and get it in the drive-thru. Atleast 5 times I've gone there within a month and it has always taken 40 minutes sitting in the drive-thru. Believe me, I'm not over exaggerating. That may just be the time I go. The good is reasonably priced compared to other spots. The chicken nuggets are appropriately priced aswell. Makes sense for them to be $1 for a handful. I'm changing it to a 4 star just because of that. Changed. Just enjoy your food and don't be in a rush when you get there and you'll be good.

My order was wrong the first time,swung through the drive thru again,they made it right,and they were very cordial about. They looked short staffed (big surprise there),food was good. Keep up the good work guys,we know it's rough!!!

Been here a few times, occasionally pretty quick with service, I prefer here most times just because I feel burger king isn't as greasy as other places👌

Its a OK burger joint they just need better training & staff & how to cook there food properly. I have never gotten sick from cold burger or caught e-coli. Always report your problems directly to the manager people immediately

The Whopper was good. Mozzarella sticks were terrible oh, probably the worst I've ever had half was breading and the other half was some shrivelled mozzarella inside. I went through the drive-thru and neglected to give them the coupon code. So I was scolded at the window.

Good location, good parking, and good people and service. However, the. crew there this dayn over cooked 2 out of three items. The impossible Burger is best when it is bleeding, but this thing was like an overcooked baseball diamond grilled Burger. Tje tacos were beyond crisp and into Brown.

Wasted so much time in line, sitting in my car behind another person didnt mind, at least the lady at the register was polite. decent burger taste and soso french fries. straw in the bag no napkins in sight. not too bad for only bk in town at least im satisfied.

First downer was they were out of kids meal toys. No apple slices or any other fruit and/or vegetables came with the kids nugget meal-just nuggets, fries and juice. Usually I get a happy meal for my visiting granddaughter but she wanted Burger King this time. I'll stick with the 'other' place next time.

Intercom was incredibly difficult to hear and understand. High level of white noise. Almost sounded like the clerk was in the middle of a car wash. Rather stressful just placing an order. Of course, it was correctly processed. And the food was delicious which is why I'm happy to go to Burger King!

Stay away during the 4:30 to 7pm rush. Super slow! Good deals can be had with their 2 for deals and weekly coupons in local flyers that come with the supermarket papers. Good food but service seems slow and employees don't seem to care! May need new management and a change of scenery for the current staff.

I go to this place a lot. The owners are not on top of things. They are usually understaffed and the owners are sometimes too cheap to go to the bank to get coins for the customers. The last couple times I went here I was not given my change back from one particular middle aged lady. I usually get my change back here. I have wore Republican clothes recently and she has been a little rude to me (because of my Republican clothes), because I am a Republican. I never had a problem with any of the other workers.

Nuggets were barely warm. Burger bun was half stale. Meat was also barely warmed. They had surge, that was cool but if I went back, which I would not, I would only get the soda. The service was not good either.

Drove through the drive through no response so I went in .there was a guy standing at the counter after five minutes I still hadn't seen an employee ,so I asked him if he had ordered .he told me that he hadn't .I shouted hello an someone from the back said be right there after another five minutes an employee came to the counter the man tried to order off the menu but was told they don't have the type of bread that is used to make his meal .they hadn't updated it yet.she said.he ordered something else an waited when I ordered she charged me a different price then what it says on the menu then I asked if I could get a coffee.later when I received my order today they didn't hand me my drink I had to wait for another employee to finally give me my coffee no lid no creamers no words just handed it an walked off .I would suggest jack n the box just down the street there service is much better

This is the worst Burger King I have EVER been to.. They are always understaffed. It takes forever to get your order whether you go inside or go through the drive thru. I have never seen anything like it. I gave two stars only because I feel sorry for the employees.. They looked stressed.

Not sure who the management is here now but the service and quality food of this BK has tanked. Went through the drive thru with only one car ahead of me and waiting in the drive for nearly 25 minutes. This is absurd as there is no indoor dining. They don't provide napkins and condiments that you pay for i.e. ranch dressing. Do not order the mozzarella sticks as these are horrible. My do wouldn't even eat them they were so bad.

I did the online ordering so that it would be faster. I waited in the drivethru for 20 minutes without the cars moving. I decided to back out and go inside, but I waited for another 20 minutes just for my food. Even the doordash orders went out before me. Worst experience ever.

This Burger King is a hit, and miss. You pretty much better check your order if you use the Drive Thru. I asked for 2 diet Cokes, and got Regular Cokes instead. The Drive thru person working the window pretty much argued with me about salting my fries.

Food was good as always* but administratively? Not so good at all. Would talk to a manager if I could. 1. This one is a constant issue. I have to ask for my receipt. Every SingleTime. 2. When the receipt is given to me, it is torn, so I can't do the survey. Every. Single. Time. 3. This last one was surprising even to me this evening: Young man at the window; "I don't know how much is left on your card.". Seriously?? Not that it's a new problem, but when you look at the receipt (!), there's a section that gives the card balance. Good grief! I want a manager to contact me but of course, I can't complete the survey to provide my contact information. Went through drive thru. Not a choice on this. * Nope not even that. My drink was room temperature. I drink soda without ice because the machines is supposed to deliver soda at optimal temperature al. And that is before ice goes in. This drink would have melted ice.

I guess you can't expect too much anymore from fast food. I used to love the original chicken sandwiches from BK but this...was not very good. It was edible but the browning, limp lettuce was not very appetizing. Oh well...

Ordered 2 Rodeo Kings, they got the order wrong. Manager said they must be a new Item. Drove all the way back to fix order and they weren't going to replace the cold fries. Didn't even offer me something for my inconvenience. Disappointed beyond belief.

After I placed a order at the drive thru which she didn’t even confirm with me, I pulled up to the window I was just waiting there for a few very long minutes so I can pay and the lady just stood behind the window talking on her personal cell phone so I left… I only have 30min on my lunch break and I do not have time to waste, I won’t be coming back to this BK

This Burger King is always out of food. We would order delivery, and always find out there out of something when the driver gets the window. They don’t take it off app either, which they can easily do if they are out.

Had a Whooper craving so i stopped in.and i got curious so i tried the Taco. DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE. it is the dirtiest fast food restaurant ive EVER been to..my onion rimgs have a funny substance on them so im kinda afraid to eat them..I learned my lesson on the Taco...the whooper was good and the staff was friendly they just took awhile to get my order done. And the ice machine was broken so i had to wait for ice... I don't think I'll be coming back here...

The lady who took my order her name was APRIL. She was so rude beyond belief she had a horrible attitude I ordered a chicken sandwich and 2 drinks and a water she forgot my drink I asked I needed one more and she was like " you got one its there" then she checked her screen and realized she was wrong but her attitude the whole time was nasty im not even from the area im from down south but if im ever back here I wont ever come back!!

Line was backed up for 20 minutes. When i place my order i had repeated it 3 times, went to the window to pay, cashier repeated original price to me then when we got our food, a whole meal was missing. Went inside and turns out they didnt put it on my order. Cashier had airpods in along with her head piece so most likely didnt hear. Not sure.

Should have read the reviews before I pulled in. I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes, no way to get my car out of line! Service is soooo slow! Then I got my “2 for $6” whoppers neither of them had any condiments on them??!! What is up with this Burger King??!!

The BK in Manteca was dirty. The counter and tables looked like they needed to be wiped,cleaned and sanitized etc. The soda machine was out of almost everything and we had to ask for ice. The new vegan whopper was tasteless. On a good note, the staff was friendly .

It pains me to give this review. I have always preferred BK over McD. BK tends to have meatier burgers and more edible fries. But the service at THIS BK is ATROCIOUS. They screw your order up. They refuse to take two orders from the same car. They are unwilling to, as the old jingle used to say, "Have it your way." Instead, they don't tell you the rules they are required to go by until you reach the drive-thru. Someone figured that it was easier to hold off until then so that more people will accept the inconvenience since they are at the window. There are tons of other places nearby, and for the 2 for $5 deal, you can get two tastier burgers at In-N-Out, about a mile away from here. Speaking of "away from here", that is exactly what you should do..stay away from here until they get their act together.

I miss Ceres BK. Manteca BK gets 1 star for taking way tooo long and the food making me sick! I will note that they werent even busy inside or the drive thru. I gave them 3 trys and I wont be back to the Manteca BK ever again. Staff was ok as far as how I was treated. They talk way to much and way toooo long while I was standing there to place my order. The burger was ok (till later that day) and the fries were disgusting.

Just don’t go here go to lathrop. Charged $2 dollar for sauce chicken fries were dry maybe sat out for to long then heated. Fries were super stale and cold same with the burger. Usually don’t write reviews, but this was just terrible.

I usually always love my visits at Burger King but today was some of the rudest and worst service I have ever had . Me and my girlfriend went in for dinner and ordered our knew it was about 9:45 with them closing at 10 we got it for there and the people behind just wanted it for there and they said sorry we're going to be closed told him it had to be to go and then we sat there with ours along with seven other Burgers just sitting in the window with no other people inline sat there and waited for a good 10 to 12 minutes finally get our food on the trade the people behind this wanted there's on a trade and they said sorry we're closing and we sat down to eat before I could even get to my burger they came and said you guys need to finish up and go we're closing in 5 minutes had they not what made us wait 10 or 15 minutes we might have had sufficient time to eat but you should never rest the paying customer even if it's past 10 that is the rudest customer service I have ever had cuz the lady had an attitude about it when we were happy with having to go halfway through our meal that we had paid for to sit down and eat and then the lady sat there and argued with the other lady behind me about the policy and me being a restaurant manager let her know that I wanted to see the policy where it says the hurry up and make customers leave halfway through their meal

I blame myself for constantly thinking this Burger King will get better over time, if you do drive thru you'll be waiting there for well over 15 min, even if there isn't a line. They have bad attitudes at times and they always manage to get the order wrong.. getting a bacon king with no bacon is just sad.. overall this BK is just bad overall, don't recommend it..

I love Burger King in my area customer service amazing no problem with the food except for last night really busy in the Drive-Thru when I got up there to place my order the guy told me that they have no fried food yet they did not post anything outside to tell a customer that I had to stay in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes and waste my gas and time because management did not take the responsibility to let their customers know that they only had burgers. When I asked the associate why there's no sign up his response was " I don't know I just work here " worst customer service ever that night.

This restaurant is very horrible. They have an hour until they close and we are basically getting around and out them to clean the restaurant while the restaurant is still open making us go to the front of the store so they can clean and sweep and mop. They have no sodas at all whatsoever inside their soda machine very rude.

If you don't like being ripped off you might want to go to another Burger King!!! My daughter tried ordering food at the drive-thru with her debit card and they "tried" running it 3 times and said it was declined when there was absolutely money in the account and speaking of our account it officially shows up as a $7.35 officially PAID charge and she received no food from them for that!!! Absolutely the worst service I've ever received, last night we placed a fifteen dollar mobile order, made sure it was the correct store and we had the mobile order receipt. We arrived and gave our name for the order and they told us to pull around and that they would have it at the window, once we pulled up he told us that they didn't receive the order and proceeded to argue with us and say 'thats crazy, i can't do anything about it though'. Today we came back hoping that last night was just a bad night for them, but they cashed us for the person BEHIND us, messed up not just our order but the person in front and behind us. If you're looking for any sort of actual service, absolutely do not come here (: one bad experience is one thing but two bad experiences two nights in a row is a different level.

Just can’t get the order right. I now check in the drive-thru and have returned wrong items. This time I ordered through Grubhub - order printed out for them, yet still incorrect. I ordered no onions, add bacon and cheese. I check my burger after delivery - onions and no bacon and no cheese. Obviously, these workers take no pride in performing their jobs. When I tried to call the number listed online - states phone is disconnected. I had to call customer service and complain, and they said the manager would call me….haven’t heard from him/her yet. Will not go to this one anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never have I encountered a slower, less professional place than this Burger King. I would never EVER recommend going to a Burger King in California. It has been by far the WORST experience in ‘fast’ food I have experienced. The Lathrop BK made me wait 32 and 41 minutes respectively. This one mar me wait 23 min and get this, they don’t even accept cash. The worst fast food experience of my life. Period.

Ordered the 2 for $4 MIX AND MATCH. Asked for one bacon and one sausage Croissant sandwich. They have us 2 cold sausage. Took those in and had to explain what MIX and MATCH means, as only respons we could get is "there is two Sausage in there". Finally got them to take one back and give us what we ordered, after being flat told they weren't gonna change it, and not only was the second sandwich also so cold that it could not melt the cheese, one piece of bacon had cold melted cheese stuck to it that was NOT the cheese they had just put on it, which means that it was bacon taken off another sandwich. Also never got a hello, thank you or even an apology for the mix up. Never got a receipt either. Wouldn't give us the store number nor the corporate phone nber to file a complaint either. And all this was dealing with the manager herself. With the obvious lack of care, customer relations and sanitary concerns (you don't take food that had been on one sandwich and put it on another.) I advise staying far away from this place.

The worst fast food chain I’ve ever been to. Workers close shop whatever time they feel like. Tonight I went to Burger King around 9:30pm on the door it says they close at 11pm on Saturday nights well when I went through the drive through the male worker rudely yelled back at me “WERE CLOSED RIGHT NOW!” And I could hear him laughing with his coworkers in the background, I pulled up to the window and watched him and his fellow teenage coworkers hide and laughing. I will NOT be coming back and I do not recommend ANYONE to come here. If you must have Burger King don’t come to Manteca to get it. The cooperation needs to look into this issue as it caused much distress and stress to be yelled at by a worker when I was just trying to get some fries. Burger King please look deeper into people before hiring.

We were the 3rd car in the drive thru, after sitting for over 25 minutes at the speaker. waiting to place our order (we were blocked in with cars behind and in front of us) I got out as I was the passenger and went inside. There were 3 employees, none would speak to me. When one finally did after I spoke to her she said there was no manager, she didn't know the managers name or the store number. Told us to look it up online. We finally drive up to the window. without ordering, as she never came on the speaker...at the window she finally walked over after we honked the horn. Then she asked if we wanted to place an order. NO, NO we do not! Never again. We have given them several chances over the last 6 months. Ridiculous.

The staff here are so rude. They don’t know how to talk to the customers properly. They don’t even welcome you when you arrive at the drive thru. I was picking up an order from DoorDash through drive through. I didn’t know that im supposed to enter the restaurant and they didn’t say anything. They made me wait at the window and looked at me but didn’t even budge to care. They gave me the receipt and they didn’t say anything.What a bad costumer service. Rude staffs. They should be replaced with nicer and more kind staffs.

Avoid this location. Waited 30 mintues to pull up to the window, where I heard an employee yelling at a customer to wear her mask. I pointed out that she was also wearing hers improperly and that set her off. Long story short the manager refused to give me my food or proof of a refund. Instead she closed the store, literally turned the lights off and hid in the back with all the staff, and called the cops. Cops came had my receipt in 2 mintues. The entire staff was confrontational for no reason and looking for a night off.

The food is pretty standard for Burger King but overall the experience was horrible. There was only one working cashier, they have NO receipt paper (three weeks ago they didn't have any and they still don't), there is constantly no available drink options since they don't refill the machine, we waited in line for about 20 minutes, and the dining environment is not clean with flies flying around.

Waited in lime for hella long finally order amd after repeating myself and yellimg my order she yelled at me amd say shw couldmt help me and to come inside. Store is filthy. Menu board was not working so ordering was a pain. Floor walls and tables all dirty. Could barely read the total on the register because it was so dirty. Staff, with a couple exceptions, couldn't care less. They didn't seem to want to be there.

Consistently the old bleach blond woman at the drive thru window gives me cold fries. She is extremely rude everytime I have to pick up dyeing man's food. What an unpleasant experience Consistently. I asked for hot fries cause they were bone cold. She said I had to go park and come inside if i wanted hot fries. I wouldn't come here for myself . Nowhere else in manteca is this an issue.

Trashy establishment with horrific customer service. The older woman with the glasses has such a terrible attitude and ALWAYS gets my order wrong! Even with the most simple orders people are always forgetting things. I ordered three fries one time and only recieved one. When I brought up the issue she looked dumbfounded. So she handed me another and I waited for the last order since she only gave me two out of three, and she asked "is there anything else you needed?" with a snarky tone. I had to remind her I bought two extra fries with my combo and she handed me the fries and didn't even apologize for her atrocious attitude and lack of professionalism. Never order from Burgerking here, or online. I ordered my food at 2:37 and my food STILL isn't here. Screw this BK location altogether. Go somewhere else!

Don't go thru their drive thru if you are in a hurry, or don't have at least 15 minutes to wait in line...when there was only one car in front of us, and apparently her order with 3 drink's and a bag of ice, took 15 min. Also happens in the morning. And the bonus was watching two crackhead's fight in between the car's in line. LOL Naw, won't be returning there because it's been horrible service with them for a long time. The crackhead's moved faster than the employee's. 😂🤣

stay away from this one, I know Burger King is not known as the highest quality food and I thought the one near me in Lathrop was bad, but this place takes it to a whole new level. Two breakfast biscuit sandwiches and a double whopper meal was what I ordered and it was mostly inedible. The biscuits were so hard that I was honestly afraid for my teeth when trying to take a bite, and the eggs and sausage had a "sitting in the warmer" way to long taste to them. The burger was ok, but the bun was also way harder and crunchier than it should have been. I would say my 20$ order had about 8 dollars worth of edible food in it. Will never come back to this particular burger king, and with how poor their food has been everywhere lately I think I may just be done with burger king entirely.

Order was wrong. No one talks to you and you do all the ordering on a machine, even the fountain machine was broken. Ordered a double whopper no onion and got a single whopper with onions.... talk about a dissapointment

If I could I would also give this place zero Stars. I've read through the comments and unfortunately agree with most of the negative ones. This place through the four years that I've been here in Manteca has been horrible. The staff is slow, some are rude, and they almost always get something wrong with my order. I'm not customizing my orders but something as simple as getting of the right sauce is an error that I often encounter or no sauce at all. The app doesn't seem to work properly either as I keep getting these $1 Whopper Wednesday notices but it doesn't come up on the app and when I ask in the store about it no one knows what's going on and is of no help. The food is often cold and obviously not fresh. Have contacted corporate several times and they apologized and sometimes they refund my money and a couple of times I've asked them to let me know what the problem with the app is and they said they would get back to me on several topics and corporate never did so I'm happy to say I haven't been to Burger King in a long time and I will never go back to the one in manteca.

Lazy. Apparently they don’t do lettuce wraps (all other locations in this area do) and can’t seem to understand a burger without a bun. They refused to not put the burger on a bun. On top of it they are rude and lack simple customer service skills. We waited over 20 mins in the line just to leave because the customer service was so horrible. Not the first time we’ve had issues but definitely the last visit. Will go to other locations near by. No clue how this location stays in business. They need better trained employees who want the be working.

This was the worst customer service i have ever experience. To start the cashier didnt want to make ice coffee so she said they didnt have it. She had a negative attitude if you dont like what you do find another job since you represent Burger King. I will never go there again. I asked for my receipt she then stated the machine to make receipt was not working. I ask her can i have her manager name and she didnt give it to me. Made mobile order. They had me wait 20 min. I got my food and drove off. Then realize item was missing. When I came back they say, “oh yeah we don’t jalepeno poppers, you can request refund through app’” I said you didn’t tell me that when I arrived when I told you I had an online order . can you give me something else instead, “no get your refund through the app”

Slowest service I've ever seen and the restaurant is not looking very well kept. We went inside to place our "to go" order and the cashier couldn't have been less interested in taking our order. He was talking super slow, seemed half way asleep und was moving slower than a snail. He forgot to pack items of our order even though we were the only ones there at the time. I usually go to BK in lathrop and will continue to do so in the future.

Hopeless customer service at the drive-thru. The person taking orders could not communicate clearly and appeared to be quite rude, blaming us for not being able to order. We were very patient and polite, but she was almost yelling at us. I don’t expect any special treatment at fast food restaurants, but hey at least don’t tell me off, especially if it isn’t even my fault.

Horrible, like a zero star experience. I’ll never been told by an BK employee that I could only pickup One Mobile order per trip through the drive-up. Co-workers food getting cold while I wait in line. Don’t know if that’s corporate or this individual restaurant policy, regardless I won’t be back. Cold food does not taste good. To add insult, they could not fulfill the order, sub a chocolate shake for an Oreo Shake. 1 Very slow, long line of cars. 2 Not customer focused.

Our entire order was very unsatisfactory. Extremely cold nuggets, out of BBQ sauce, shut down the shake machine before 10pm, forgot my burger, asked for chicken sandwich well done, it wasn't even crisp. Didn't advise us when ordering the nuggets there wasn't any BBQ sauce, the customer service was very unsatisfactory as well.

Service was really odd... Having the person taking your order, calling you, "Bro." Felt somehow suiting, and awkward at the same time. Like, it was almost expected to be talked to in this way, because it was fast food. 🙃 I ordered fries, they were not good, was given no sauces, ketchup, nothing. I don't know, you would assume with one order like that, they would at least put in one ketchup packet, with hot fries, or at least warm and not cold fries.

🚮➡️➡️Went on 10/06 in the pm. They forgot onion rings in my combo and made my drink incorrectly. Guy is nice the past couple of times I've gone but ... 🙄 Unacceptable. Disappointing. Also, had to wait atleast 10 minutes and only one car was in front of me which it looked like he had ordered only 1 combo. Fast food should not 🚫 be taking this long!‼️ I will be returning for my child's onion rings which he should have received along side his order.

This place is horrible!!! All the food was barely warm. Limp fries. Drinks had almost no ice. When we asked for ice for our drinks we were told they were running out of ice and we couldn’t have more. We asked for the manager and was told he would not be there until the following afternoon. We asked for a refund and was told no one was authorized to do refunds. Stay away from this Manteca location!!!

I Was in Drive thru waiting for exactly 7 minutes and no one took my order with no cars in front of me. Horrible customer service!

I went to go order a children’s meal for myself and yes, I’m an adult. I’m on a strict diet and cannot eat the full meals of an adult. I find that Burger King employees at this location, frowned down if you order a children’s meal without having a child in the car.

This place sucks. Fast food continues to be the worst value for your money and this place is no exception. A Whopper with cheese is nearly $9?! If you don’t have the advertised kids meal toy, let your customers know…although that would require having staff that assisted customers…

Their hours say close at 11. I went at 10:44 and got no service at the drive thru…all I wanted was a frozen drink. If you close at 10:30 great, fantastic, but properly advertise so I don’t waste my time.

Service was very bad, there were ants and spiders everywhere. Yelled and talked crap in Spanish. Ranch is horrible, got the order wrong didn’t give us our sauces and drink. Made us pay for sauce because we “ordered to many sauces” overall service sucked and u wouldn’t go back ever again.

I ordered my food waited. When I got my food and was leaving the parking lot, it was cold. French fries were cold. Onion rings were cold. I waited figure it must be making it. Fresh was far from being fresh. I tried to call them back and let them know that their food was cold. They do not answer the phone so $21 later. I had cold food and was on way out area could not go back . So I called them right away with no response

I just found a hair in my double cheeseburger. I almost vomited. That's disgusting and preventable. Do better people. Now I have to throw away my cheeseburger and you wasted my money. Won't be returning to your location.

Waited in line for 23 minutes before I even got to the order line, there was only four cars or five cars in front of me. People started to reverse and pull out of the line. There was nobody in the store being serviced. When I got out of my vehicle and questioned her she got irate and called the police on me. This manager working today on the 13th of August at 2:00 p.m. needs to be terminated immediately. They were not busy and the line wait was atrocious!! Absolutely atrocious, and when I got out of my car, looked inside THERE WHERE No CUSTOMERS. The young staff knew i was Right to be frustrated, and called the police when I brought that to her attention. Literally called the police because she couldn't do her job. Disgusting

I ordered a whopper at the Manteca Burger King today and it had specks of something neon blue inside of it. I just wanted every one to know if they recently went there or were planning to go. I tried to call the number on google to make them aware but it is not a working number.

If you ever want to see why a company is failing just go to Burger King. Not just this one. Your lucky if on the Whopper you get more than 3 little crumbs of lettuce. Zero ketchup and mayo. 1 little onion and half a piece of tomato. Pathetic!

The manager here is very rude. I walked in and they were engaged in conversation saw me and walked around the corner. I waited to be helped. I ordered an impossible whopper that came out burnt on the edges when I asked for it to be remade a worker in the back told me with a pretty severe attitude that they always come out dry. I replied it was burnt, and she continued to argue with me. I don't understand the hostility.
