The Son of Baconator was absolutely divine. I cannot fathom how good its father, the original Baconator, must taste. Paired with Baconator Fries, this meal transcended taste and had me in a state of pure bliss for over 4 hours after consumption. 12/10 will get take-out again

We were surprised by how nice and clean this Wendy's is. We stopped by while driving back from Yosemite. The food hit all the spots. Oh yeah, the air conditioning felt great!

This Wendy's is very cozy and inviting, when ever we pass by, heading to the mountains, the kids ask to stop and eat there, we have to sit next to the fire place or the trip isn't complete. Nice upgrades Wendy's.

My wife accidentally left her phone there on our way to Yosemite and the staff was super helpful. They called us to let us know they had the phone and held onto it in their safe for two days. The strawberry ice cream was a nice treat on the way back
This Wendy's is visited by groups of tourist all the time and they absolutely love the building and also some of the usuals. The new Look pleases our guests and All of the employees try their best to get every order out ASAP. If there is a mistake once upon a time on an order, come back maturely and they will be happy to help with your convenience. 🤗
Drive thru was quick. Fries were hot and fresh and the burger was good with crisp fresh lettuce and good crunchy bacon and a soft fresh bun. Friendly worker working the window. It's in fast food place but for what it is this place does a great job.
Good burgers. Grandson likes the square patties. Both burgers & fries were hot like they should be. My only complaint...can't order regular burger. No longer on the menu. Must order a cheeseburger without cheese! Go figure.

We came here as our food stop for our road trip and even though there wasn't much people at all (2-3) tables worth of people, the counter seemed overwhelmed, but they were great at taking my order. I have never had Wendy's before so I can't compare to before, but my husband has and he said Wendy has really stepped up their game! However, like everything else this past year, prices has gone up. I think our meal for 2 combos came up to be $20-$25. I needed some hot water to make some baby milk for my nephew, and the employees offered me it for free! They even offered more when they realized it was for baby milk!
This is a great Wendy's location. My Dave's Triple is always made correctly and the chili is always delicious and hot. Only problem..... why don't they give straws with the drink? I know it's only a short matter of time before your food comes, but it's like a tease. Got my drink, I'm thirsty, but I can't drink it. Come on, let's get some straws out with the drinks.
Ryan waited on us and has excellent customer service skills. He was also cleaning the dining room. While we were there he helped a lady carry 4 drink carrier to her car.
Took my order quickly and accurately, confirming my item modifications and then delivering very quickly on the food. I ordered a Dave's Triple, no tomato, add a patty. It was a large combo with a cherry vanilla coke with no ice. I also asked for a cup of water. I was through the drive through in less than 3 minutes with my order perfect. I haven't had that time and accuracy ever happen anywhere together, so after an otherwise crummy day, this was really nice. Thank you to the staff that made this happen.

Staff here was so courteous and quick to help me. I ordered the garlic fries and a chicken sandwich. The fries were okay, not that good idk why I was expecting garlic fries you get at a baseball game 😁 (SO GOOD) but the chicken sandwich made up for it .
I must say that Jazmine was such a great vibe to be around keep smiling the whole time and she most definitely had patience because our order was not only big it was switched around a lot 💯💯💯💯💯

I love Wendy's. Great fast food at reasonable prices. Very clean and easy. I'm partial to combo #1 but my son is crazy for their chicken nuggets. My girls waver between burgers, chicken burgers, salads and go wraps. There's even an app now with coupons you csn use at any location. This particular location is where we usually stop for lunch on our way to Yosemite
I am not a Wendy's guy. But if all the places are like this one I might be now. Fast and accurate, idk what else you could ask for. Long lines even go by quickly. I am surprised and pleased.

Sometimes, when you have a great and unexpected experience, you just have to leave a good review. I am not from the local area. I'm just there to pick up my travel trailer at the dealership down the street. Stopped in for a quick bite and was quickly greeted by a young man. With I could remember his name. I not one to eat fast food so navigating the menu was a bit of a challenge at first. He was very polite and explained what a few of the items were. Overall, the food i ordered was delicious, but it was the service I remember. As an employer, I can really appreciate this kids dedication to his work. It's hard to find good work ethics these days. I guess I will have to go to Wendy's more often.
They are fan freaking fantastic here! We called to find out if they had the boneless wings and the gal checked and said no they didn’t so we were sad. Trying to figure out where else we could go eat we get a phone call from her and she left a message that they found a bag and they had them. We hightailed it over to the store and on our way we get another phone call. She wanted to make sure that we knew that they found some. That is the best Customer Service Ever!!!!! These managers have some great people working here!!!!!
Management here needs to know that they have an incredible employee who has served me in the front of house multiple times. Good location at 120/99; easy in-out; lots of parking, w/drive thru and courteous/friendly staff. I've never had a bad burger at any Wendy's location; and this one is close to home, so I eat here often. Usually get the double cheese and a Coke, -Im a Coke guy and really appreciate that Wendy's Coke mixture is always Spot On; not too sweet/perfectly carbonated. If you like a good milkshake, try their chocolate frosty. Its fantastic, -not too chocolaty/extra thick and supremely delicious.
It was great. The best chicken tenders around and the 1/2 salads are excellent, especially the apple pecan. We are regulars, at least twice or more a week. Great staff and well kept eating areas.

I can't help but say their burgers kick butt. Fries are good. But the cheese on the burger is cold. I still like it but at the end of the day... That cheese is good melted on the burger. To me anyways, but hey Wendy's.. you guys are good, nothing negative to say.
Foods good, employees are lazy, well the one we dealt with in the drive thru was. Ordered a large drink and he gave me a tiny small cup. He said they're all out of large size.. so I told him we'll I wasn't informed that when I ordered and I already paid for a large size. So I told him to refund me and he turned walked away, and came back with a large drink. 😶 really? Too lazy to just give me what I ordered and paid for and too lazy to deal with the hassle of issuing a refund. That's been the only incident so far. Foods usually good but if you customize they don't bother with that either, so instead I just pull out what I dont want in my burgers.
Drive thru service is FAST! The young lady who took my order, did talk a little fast, which made it not as easy to understand her, but she was polite & gave me correct change. My food was as expected, good. I was able to get through the drive thru, eat on my way & get to my appt with time to spare!

Had to leave a review because the service is always very good here! Food is good too usually pretty fresh and always fast. Always see an older gentleman cleaning the parking lot in the morning and it's those little things that make you want to support the business and workers here. Try their new lemonades they are really good and in the morning they have potato wedges that are amazing!

We've been coming here for 20 yrs...we love Wendy's but today was a little off. Dining area was a mess & staff seemed liked zombies working there, long time to get our food. We will go back but management need to be present at all times. Couple from Lathrop Ca.
Foods always good here but I was disappointed that they changed the menu without notice the 4 for $4 during my visit I wanted a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger with that meal and the manager states to me that it's no longer an option in the $4 4 for $4 deal so she said it was only available in the $5 big bag not available on the $4 for 4! So I think the manager was just upset and took it out on me for whatever the reason was she was on me so I ordered the big bags instead, all and all the food was still great manager sucked but food was very hot and rite on the items paid for
My family and I have been to this location many times. It is typically very clean each time we go. We've experienced getting our orders both wrong and right. Each time, no matter what, they are always so helpful and nice! I've seen other people get mad before, but please understand that these are good people that work here. Just talk to them and give them a chance if they make a mistake. Patience and understanding will go a long way... once a free frosty and 10% off my order long of a way. P.S. Thank You to Manteca Wendy's! You may not always get the order right, but you get the attitude 100% right, and that's more than we ordered! 😉
Wendy’s fast food has got to be my new favorite. We got a 10 piece spicy nugget (not spicy but still delicious), small fries and a small Dr Pepper. We also got a Cinnabon pull apart, it was a little bit dry, but still yummy and very cheap. My only problem where that the floors were very… sticky, the whole restaurant was clean besides that one thing. Would recommend!
I really love their new frosty. The burger is the same size as i remember! They have a warm friendly staff that listens and im not asked to repeat my order 3 times and then get the order wrong!! Bathroom needed cleaning, homeless ppl use the bathroom, looked like someone threw up in the sink or put tuna fish in the sink-Gross. It would be nice if bathroom had a vent fan to suck away ppl's poopy smells. Hate new bathrooms where men use the Universal bathroom, peeing on the walls and toilet lid! Gross.

Seemed to be a little all over the place and forgot items that are supposed to be included in the salad even after waiting longer than we should have, although the cashier did apologize for the long wait. Staff were very nice but more organization and efficiency training is definitely needed.
Absolutely love Wendy’s chicken sandwich. I’ve been eating them since before Popeyes and Chick-fil-A came to our area. Wendy’s is still the best! My issue is the worker at the window today at 4:44 pm. I have to ask him to repeat my order so that I don’t have issues later. And he acts put out when I ask. Also he won’t give a receipt unless I ask for it. If I got it today I would know his name. I’ve had him take my order many times. If I had an issue how am I to dispute it without a receipt. I just want his manager to talk to him about this. I go to Wendy’s at least two times a week. Now that the minimum wage was raised to $20 fast food workers will need to step up and really give good customer service. I will go back.
The counter help seemed a little overwhelmed. We got our food and all was fine. The salad was good, tried the Strawberry, but should have stayed with the pecan apple, it is much better. Also went for the $5 meal and it was as expected, fine.
The soda fountain was broken, and they did nothing to fix it. Also, I found out later that their ordering kiosk apparently had a card skimmer on it, and my credit card number was stolen and charged for items in England! SMH
These people always forget atleast one thing in my order. I went today and got some food and i asked for ranch with my chicken nuggets, and there was literally no sauce whatsoever. They couldve atleast put ketchup or any other sauce because its common sense that people want sauce with their nuggets, but i open the bag with no sauce in sight. This is not their first time either, they always mess up my order one way or another and whether I order inside, drive thru, online, or through doordash. These people need to start doing their jobs.
I live here and this is the only Wendy's in town. I have randomly came to this location for years. The service is always great, never a complaint there. However I do have a complaint about the food. The last and most recent time I went, I got 2 orders of the chicken nugget meal for myself and my kid. They gave us the food from the drive thru and we drove off. By the time we exited the parking lot to the we were going through the bags and the nuggets were barely warm and the fries weren't even hot at all. Clearly not fresh or had been sitting there. It seemed as if they just gave us what was already made since it wasn't busy when I got there. This time was a disappointment for sure. I was already stuck at the light by the underpass so it was too much of a hassle to try and turn around and go back. Other times my food is fine, its just the inconsistency of not knowing if my food will be hot and fresh or getting rid of food they've already made. I have doctor appointments in Modesto and if I ever crave Wendy's I wait until I go to Modesto.

The meat in our burgers was still cold and felt like it had come out of the refrigerator. I asked for only ketchup on one, it had everything, including mayo. The fries were decent.
Fries were under cooked and not very good. Ordered no mayo on everything and one item out of five actually didn’t have mayo. We expect fast food to be mediocre, but for the price we paid I could have taken the family to Texas Roadhouse and gotten way better food. Pretty disappointing experience at this Wendy’s.

Went to this location on November 10th around 7:30 was not busy as there were only 5 cars ahead of me. Took approximately 5 minutes from order to window however the issue I had was I ordered I believe Baconator fries without bacon as my daughter does not eat meat. Received bacon on it plus I also ordered a 6piece nuggets I did not receive in my order. I just want to point out another issue I noticed with restaurant. All lights outside with exception of drive thru menu were off. This included dining room. I don’t know if sales at this location are up to par with your budget however giving the impression you are closed is not helping.

The only reason for the two stars is because Ryan, our cashier was so kind and patient with the staff he was working with, who were quite something else. I came in with four young girls. They each had their own money and needed to pay for their own orders with cash. Ryan very kindly went to the back to get change. When he came back out, the manager, Jasmine (who can't be older than 20) told him, in front of us, while not looking at us, to tell us that if they didn't have enough change to give us $.50, then they just wouldn't be able to. He told her that he would give us the extra of a dollar if he had to, but would not short the customer. She argued and corrected him. I then spoke up ( I am clearly a woman in my 40s) and said, "If you don't carry enough change, then you'd short the drawer, not the customer. There is nowhere posted that you do not accept cash." She (Jasmine) then rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders, and walked away. Next, when our order was incorrect, she argued with me about it, then tried to blame Ryan for taking the orders wrong. I compared the receipts to what was on our trays. The receipts were correct orders according to what my girls ordered and were clearly incorrect on the trays from who was filling the order (which was Jaamine, as I watched her do them). As we walked away, the customers behind me were paying with cash, also. A young man named David came to the register because Ryan needed more change. He questioned Ryan, stating that he had just given him $20. When Ryan said he was sorry (and visibly apologetic), and that a lot of people were paying with cash, the young man rolled his eyes, and stompped away saying, "yeah because they can't figure out how to use a card." He was referring to MY order because the tap pay on my phone was malfunctioning. VERY poor customer service, indeed. I'm pretty sure Ryan needs a raise and a promotion.

The restaurant was dirty and 🪰 all over the place. They gave me somebody's order I already started eating the fries and they noticed after that it was wrong order they took the bag out my hand and gave the food to the right person that was in drive thur. They didn't even give them new fries. They gave them the fries I was already eating.

Wendys was actually my very first job ever, I am happy to the see the menu and resturant appearance have since then improved, but the service is not at all what it used to be. When my mom and I went through the drive thru to order food, the lady that was running the drive thru was really rude. We hadn't been there for only 3 minutes when she told us to order we were still deciding on what we wanted. She said hurry cause there was a car behind us, but there wasn't. It should not have mattered anyway. We didn't eat there. I called the store the same lady answered the phone and told me she was one of the managers, so I asked to talk to someone else. I went through the drive thru, when I went to hand the girl my card, she picked her nose and itched her nose ring. Pretty nasty. When I called and talked to the manager, his response was " Ok, thanks for calling. I'll make sure to say something to her".
I came here around 9 at night and the quality of the food was inexcusable. The manager of this location really needs to communicate to their team that it is not ok to hand customers food that has been sitting for hours after they just paid money for it. The tenders were abysmal. Dry, dark, and old looking. Barely edible. Both sandwiches had tough bread and extremely dry meat; another indication the food has been sitting for way too long. And the fries we at least OK, but also potentially reheated. Get it together here.
If there was a negative # I would not even hesitant, Last Sunday at 5 pm the damn restaurant was closed when it was supposed to be at 10pm. !!! Its a shame that with prices going up on absolutely everything and after spending $10 on a meal you've got to resort to undercooked cold sell fries and spicy nuggets that taste like they were cooked 6 hours prior to. You think with so much competition these fast food spots would get it together.

I immediately asked to speak to the manager and when i got to the window i tried to hand the food back and she got snippy and proceeded to tell me " we cant take that back " so i told her i wanted a refund. What i assume was a manager stepped over but honestly would know since she never spoke and gave me my money back with even an apology ! Normally Wendy's has always been good to me but i will never be back to this location ever as it is obviously mismanaged! I guess hot food and customer service is not important at this location !
This place has no care in the world for door dashers. On our app it says that you need to pick up orders from the main entrance. Every other restaurant does this to avoid getting stuck at the drive thru line. They were inconsiderate that DoorDash penalizes us for late orders. Staff was rude when I kindly asked if I could pick up my customers order in the main entrance like stated on the app. I was shooed away and was told I had to wait in the drive thru line. I wish I could have gotten the guys name that was rude.

I've been going to this Wendy's for years.. recently within the last 3 months I have gone in and ordered the same thing I always get.. plan cheeseburger, nothing special. How hard is that to remember!! I drive all the way across town to "enjoy" there food. The staff at the drive threw looked at me as if I hadn't ordered, they would hand me meal and say "what else do you want?". Oh by the way should I pay Mr/Mrs?... Oh yes that will be 8 dollars and some change. Well too whoever this review may concern they just lost to Wendys customers. And again within the last few months the customer service at that restaurant has been absolutely horrible!
This has to be the most dismal Wendy's experience of my life. Not only was the wait in line atrocious (more than 15 mins), we were treated poorly by rude employees. We pulled over to eat bc we were traveling. Our fries were stone cold and the burgers were so dry, they were falling apart 🙄 my boyfriend ordered the special advertised burger and it came out looking like dog food covered in BBQ sauce. He barely ate half. I barely ate my burger and we left, disappointed and out $30 for absolutely nothing
We went in, and ordered three frostys and it took 23 minutes to give them to us. Not because the machine was broke. They simply had no interest in doing their job well or timely. Very sad.
Didn't have baked potatoes again. Told me they were taking the charge off. Never did, withdrew original amount from my card. They don't answer their phone or emails.
I ordered my food through the drive up window I pulled into the parking lot to eat since The dining room was closed. Not one thing in my bag was even slightly warm my French fries more hard to chew they were so old My hamburger was cold There was not any warmth to it The chicken nuggets were room temperature which is not saying much. My 1st experience at this location and it will be my last.
We ordered two sandwiches, one being a Dave's Double and we got a single. Also asked for no ice in drink and there is ice in it. As we got no receipt, there is no number to call and inform them of this problem. Never going back
Probably the worst Wendy's in California. If you get food here, make sure you go inside and check it before you leave. If you order food through GrubHub or doordash from here they will literally set your food off to the side and let it get cold. Literally just ordered and the guy went to Wendy's and got back hecka fast and had no other deliveries and everything was cold. This isn't the first time or the first establishment also Dairy Queen. Basically restaurants like this do not care about GrubHub or any of those types of deliveries they literally make them as soon as they come in and set them off to get cold. And what's even more adorable as they don't answer the phone when they up to no good. Just like Jacknin the box on main. Also do not ever order Dairy Queen through GrubHub or doordash because they do not honor what is on the app you will buy things and they will give you half of what you bought and then tell you "Oh well not our problem".
the staff was ignoring me while i was in the store. the managers and staff all were slow, and OBVIOUSLY high on marajuana this is VERY unprofessional for a food chain, i wanted to add another order at the drive through so i came inside and couldn’t even pay for my order or add the second one because NO ONE helped me, you guys need BETTER service and BETTER employees let’s hope their mental incapabilities don’t include not cleaning because i WILL be calling hr
Super disappointed in the flavored frosties-- what are you thinking? The vanilla is fantastic, takes like homemade ice cream! Why would it be replaced with fake tasting Strawberry or Mint? So awful i threw both away. Also disappointed in the lack of continuity between locations - some dining rooms still closed, some clean frosty machines very early so 45 mins before they don't have them. Irritating after driving there and spending time in line to order.
The food was bad , truly awful I would never suggest anyone to go here
This Wendy's had a promotion listed on their menu that they refused to honor. In my experience, if there is something on the menu, then it is honored by the restaurant. I guess the promotion had ended and they were too lazy to take it off the menu and when I ordered it, they wouldn't sell it to me at the listed price. That is poor customer service. I won't be going back.
This is strictly a negative review for the night shift drive thru staff and their manager. Not one employee wanted to tell me their name (this fact lines up with other bad reviews I read, the employees have no name tags on and I'm sure it's because bad experiences with customers are a continual issue with this staff) I asked to speak with the manager and she was just as unprofessional as her rude employees. Last night, around 745pm, I ordered and single cheeseburger, and spicy chicken sandwich (no combos, only the sandwiches) then I asked for a #3, which is the chicken nugget meal, and I asked for that one to be a combo. They said "would you like it medium or large" I said I wanted a SMALL SIZE combo, and the male employee on the drive thru window responds "we don't have small, only medium or large" ok, I knew that was off because in other Wendy's locations I can order a SMALL no problem. What is this that we can only order medium or large? So i told them that: "that's a lie! in other wendy's you can order small." Employee: "then go to those other Wendy's" I was mad and drove off and the employee on the drive thru window (young man with facial hair, no names) was pointing at me and laughing, as if to make fun of me. He opened the window to do it, it was intentional. I parked though and did my research. according to online evidence, you CAN order a small, you just have to ask for it. So I went inside the restaurant and I got a small size lid for the small size cups and I showed it to the manager, "This is a SMALL size lid, I used to work here, and those are SMALL size fry cartons" pointing at the visible cartons of fries. She grabs the lid and says "this is for MEDIUM sized cups (grabs a small cup, once again, I used to work there, this same exact Wendy's, it was not a medium), this is a MEDIUM cup. It's 2025 bro." So I left and ordered nothing. I went to Stockton Waterloo location instead (I was headed Stockton anyway) and I ordered the SAME order. Except I asked for SMALL in Stockton, they accepted it NO PROBLEM. So Wendy's DOES ALLOW SMALL to be ordered, it's just they were being rude in Manteca, (including the manager). I have a video of me ordering a SMALL in Stockton in case any higher management position employee or owner wants to see it and correct this wrongful, unprofessional, and rude experience.
It was very bad experience. I gave 1 star but they are not capable of one also. They were not smiling in front of customers also. They put the new girl on front. They should teach her how to take orders, someone needs to stand with her and watch her but she was alone and she took my order wrong then manager came to refund me . She placed correct order but over there manager also very rude so how we can expect that the crew members have right ops leader. They don’t have name tag also but it’s Wendy’s rule to come in proper uniform with name tags. After taking my order she gave me this tenders . You can see tenders are burnt. Nobody can eat tenders like this. When i told her about this then she started to talk with me very rude. According to me friendliness and accuracy are Wendy’s goal but they are fail in both goals.
I was waiting to use the bathroom for a long time when two Wendy’s employees walked out of the bathroom coughing. The bathroom reeked of marijuana. I didn’t know Wendy’s allowed employees to get high on the job.
Horrible horrible customer service please don’t even bother going to this location. I explained to the cashier that I wanted to use 2 coupons on an order then she said that I couldn’t so I asked if I could use them on separate orders instead. She then proceeded to tell me it wasn’t allowed but she’d let me do it this one time then goes “well you could’ve said you wanted the orders to be paid for separately”. Then told me “you don’t need to be rude” when I was simply trying to place an order. I came to get food not get scolded??? She then proceeded to be super rude to me when I asked to speak to her manager she said “I am the manager, I’m wearing a blue shirt”. How was I supposed to know your position when you aren’t wearing a name tag? She then proceeded to refuse to give me her name after I asked. Wendy’s, please put people with better customer service skills in management positions.
