My God when I tell you this is the first time I have been to this shop and it was worth the stop. The service was amazing and the food was even better EVERYTHING WAS FRESH AND HOT.! shout out to the lady's in there cooking it up.

The manager was very nice and friendly. The staff was great!

Convenient location, ample parking and great drive thru. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Fried Okra, Corn on the Cob and the Honey Biscuits are all great. Enjoy! 😋😋😋

This churches the people are great but the food is perfect if you really want to get full get okra they give you plenty but the what you really need to know get ready 😉 smokehouse chicken is back so stop and get high octane feul and race up there it's the real deal

Very friendly staff. I placed my order online on my way home then got stuck in heavy traffic. What should have put me there just as the order was ready ended up with me walking in the door 20 to 25 minutes late. They didn't give me food that had been sitting there the whole time, they repacked the order with fresh food so they could provide quality food they are proud of. I wouldn't have held it against them if they did give me the food that had been just sitting there as I was the one that was late. However, they went above and beyond to give me food that my family loved. Management does need to do something about the dated and worn facility. The workers deserve a facility that matches their attitude, work ethic, and production quality.

I don't remember if they sold fish in previous years, but I recently tried it and it was great. I also enjoyed the smokehouse chicken. And ofcourse, I most definitely enjoy their chicken. 👍🏽

My favorite Churches. The spicy chicken here rivals Popeyes. The customer service is pretty good. Only thing I wish is that all the other Churches had the same spicy recipe.

They may not take your order at the window if they’re busy but when they do decide to take your order it’s good! :) The young lady at the register tonight was super nice and even though it was almost closing my food was still hot, fresh and delicious! Awesome!!!

I went to order my food. Service was good as usual for myself but I wanted a small drink with my meal. They stated they did not have small. They only had medium or large and I asked was I going to get charged for the medium because you have no smalls? they said yes, so I canceled my whole order. Why should I get charged more for something you don’t have and I never wanted??

To start I don’t usually leave reviews but the female here is raf. She tried to charge me for something I didn’t ask for and told me that I asked for it. She didn’t ask if I needed anything else which I did, she also walked away and had another employee finish my order cause I wanted more items. I’m sorry hun if you’ve had a long day and someone pissed you off but don’t take it out on innocent customers who are just trying to get some dinner for their family. This is a good way to lose business.

Went through the drive through. Service was good. The food was not tasty. In fact, the chicken had a funny flavor, the tenders looked good, but it too tasted funny. Really sad it wasn't great.

Didn't have anything butnon spicy white meat. And I had to pay for it to be upgraded to all white.. Didn't have the shrimp, Mac n cheese... Didn't have anything. Guess it was almost time to close at 9m... They close at 10.

I went to this location today 3-24-2024 around 7pm and ordered a family meal that included 10 pieces of chicken,2 large sides and 5 biscuits. When I arrived home to eat with the family I saw that they forgot the biscuits so I called to speak to the manager about the missing items. I spoke to the manager that was working when I ordered my food named Jessica and was told I could not get the missing items and if I wanted the items I would have to call back tomorrow and speak to another manager. The cashier at that time was Eva P. 🤔🤔

The lady at the register was horrible. The price on the chart said one thing and she charged another price. I will take this up with owner. If I could give her zero she deserved it. If u having a bad day stay home. You ruin a good business with a bad attitude.

This church's chicken is the worst I've ever been too, they are forever always out of stuff especially if it's a special. They never participate in the deals you see advertised on tv. And the customer service is terrible...I went there to get a 1/2 gallon of sweet tea and they apparently were all out... Didn't give me a time frame of how long it would take or try to compensate for it in anyway and had me waiting like 10 minutes just to tell me they had none and I was the only one in line....I'd rather drive to the one going towards Fresno they are so much better.

Found a deal on their website for this exact store and they didn't honor it. It was their Grande meal deal that consists of 8 pieces of dark chicken, 8 tenders and 3 large side for $20. I even showed them the deal and also showed their address. He said that he didn't know about that deal. So I had to find something different.

We ordered two meals did not receive my drinks, did not receive any condiments and the food was old. The bathrooms were dirty there was no men's room and a man was coming out of the ladies room. Paid $16.92. All we could eat was the fries, they weren't all that great. We were traveling through and stopped for Dinner.

I have eaten at many church's chicken but this place was super dirty, the bathrooms were not clean and out of paper towels. The staff was not friendly and said we do not have this and that. Asked a neighboring employee who would know about the food and they said they got sick when they ate there. Luckily I found this out so I promptly left!!!!

Please do not spend your hard earned money here… The picture on the menu looked completely different than what I was served. I did not notice until I arrived home.. This is literally a dollar menu burger anywhere else yet here I was charged $8 for this…. Called and they said that’s all they had for chicken sandwiches. What a waste of money.

'get drenched, almost fall on slick floors (oily or too much soap in floor cleaner) and let's not forget the "skip the line order ahead." Ordered ahead. Waited till estimated time for food to be done then got in drive thru. Was told to come inside only for pick up orders. (Two cars in line... Really?) And yeah, why say I skip the line if after the order was made 20 minutes later I'm inside asking for my food and I'm told 4 minutes. It's been 15 since I was told. 40minutes since online order was made and I'm standing inside for some reason while orders are being walked out to cars repeatedly ordered after mine. Why am I waiting inside for the same service?)

If I could give a 0 star rate or less I would. Have come a couple of times here and nothing has change same bad experience as always, very rude service ! & they try to do things so rushed that they messed up orders. Does this mash potatoes look large to you ?
