The restaurant has a beautiful view; it's located inside the Barceló Karmina hotel. You need to book in advance. The menu is very limited. We ordered a Tampiqueña; it arrived very quickly and was delicious.

Super slow service. Apathetic waiters. Meager, cold dishes! Despite the slow service, they brought out the raw chicken and the well-done beef even when we asked for it medium-rare. It's best not to order the house wine. The only redeeming feature is the view.
