Speaking only about the restaurant, "Perla Negra," it's quite decent. It has a wide variety of dishes, and the decor is very nice. Most of the dishes are served alternately for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff is also very respectful of the guests. But I also disliked a few things, such as some fruit that wasn't ripe enough, and some dishes that weren't cooked enough. This is understandable given the short time the restaurant is closed. But other than that, it's a good restaurant. (P.S.: I forgot to mention that, in addition to the food, the decor can also vary.)

The rooms aren't very nice; they have problems, and some rooms smell musty. We arrived at 7:00 AM and weren't given a room until 4:00 PM or later because they had no rooms available. There are many rules and fines; if you lose your wristband, they charge you 300 pesos for a replacement, and music and loudspeakers aren't allowed inside the hotel.

The worst all-inclusive option is Manzanillo. The hotel is neglected, the food is bad, and it's the same every day. Don't waste your money. They show pictures of the facilities that have nothing to do with reality. To get to the beach, you have to leave the resort, cross the road, and go down the hill. A bad experience.
