The buffet was varied and of high quality, and the service was top-notch.
The truth is very comfortable, it is hateful that if you see the place from the entrance you cannot expect luxuries, in my point of view it is very good. The only thing I did not like is that when they clean you they do not change the towels.

If you're looking for a beautiful, affordable, all-inclusive vacation spot, this is it. On the other hand, if you're used to staying in 5-star hotels or higher, you might find it a bit underwhelming. 1. Comfortable, clean rooms with air conditioning, a TV, and cable. 2. Plenty of attractions. There are separate children's pools in addition to the adult pool, a zip line, a pool table and foosball tables, a rooftop pool for relaxing, games and contests organized by the entertainment team, and more. 3. A bar with a beach view. Watching the waves at night is breathtaking. 4. Delicious food and desserts. Recommendation: Book in advance and during the off-season to save money.

Speaking only about the restaurant, "Perla Negra," it's quite decent. It has a wide variety of dishes, and the decor is very nice. Most of the dishes are served alternately for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff is also very respectful of the guests. But I also disliked a few things, such as some fruit that wasn't ripe enough, and some dishes that weren't cooked enough. This is understandable given the short time the restaurant is closed. But other than that, it's a good restaurant. (P.S.: I forgot to mention that, in addition to the food, the decor can also vary.)

Hello, although I think the place is nice, I also noticed that it needs maintenance, it feels a bit outdated, like vintage. The food is average, not bad or good, edible. They lack variety. The breakfast is the most recommended, the coffee is good, the service is good, although there are not many staff, perhaps due to the pandemic.

The rooms aren't very nice; they have problems, and some rooms smell musty. We arrived at 7:00 AM and weren't given a room until 4:00 PM or later because they had no rooms available. There are many rules and fines; if you lose your wristband, they charge you 300 pesos for a replacement, and music and loudspeakers aren't allowed inside the hotel.
The worst all-inclusive option is Manzanillo. The hotel is neglected, the food is bad, and it's the same every day. Don't waste your money. They show pictures of the facilities that have nothing to do with reality. To get to the beach, you have to leave the resort, cross the road, and go down the hill. A bad experience.
