Panini Kabob Grill

Terrific food at fair prices. Our server Jacob did a great job. I'd like to see more Persian food on the menu, but the Joojeh Kabob we ordered was fanatic.

We have been missing Panini since it moved out of Playa Vista during Covid! This time we ordered to go and were impressed by their service when they carefully checked each item in the bag to make sure we got the right food. The bag itself is also sealable so it can maintain the food temperature and moisture. We ordered the Strawberry-Date Salad and it is excellent! The red garlic vinaigrette goes perfect with the walnut, dates, cheese and strawberries. We also ordered the Charbroiled Chicken Shish Kabob with sides of Romaine Avocado Salad and Bulgur Wheat. The portion and quality were good and on par with the Pita Cafe we usually order from.

I love this restaurant in Marina del Rey because the staff is amazing. There’s always a great spot to sit, and every time I come in, I feel joy, kindness, and genuine care — and that’s all thanks to the people who work here. On top of that, the prices are incredible for such huge portions. The food is not only delicious but also very affordable. Truly one of the best places around.

Love this place and their food. Beware as sometimes they can get really busy and have a wait and other times there’s no wait. Both times food has been consistently delicious.

Food was great , meat is juicy and chicken in Kebab is deliciously grilled. Vegetables were good well. Had a Tiramisu as dessert and it didn’t disappoint, really good. Location is great in a small plaza and close to beach access. Only problem is the service could be a bit slow

we came on spring break to visit family in Los Angeles. We live in Hawaii. We all met for dinner and considering there are minimal Mediterranean places to eat in Hawaii, I was excited to try this place. A lot of the dishes look like kebob minus the skewers. Service was great and fast and they were able to accommodate9'of us on a Wednesday evening. I order the salmon linguine and it was delicious. It might've been too delicious because it didn't sit well my stomach (however, I secretly ate others bell peppers which I have an intolerance to so that really that was the factor). But that is OK because it was absolutely great going down. The kid had salmon kebob and she ate all of it (again i ate her bell peppers). Everyone enjoyed their food and there were no complaints from us. Everything was flavorful, and well seasoned. If they opened up one in Hawaii I would definitely be frequenting it often. They are located where there is a movie theater so there is ample parking. We parked conveniently across the street though.

Great easy location w free parking. Food was delicious and fast and surprisingly inexpensive for being so high quality and FRESH!! The chicken kabob platter and salad is soooo good. Hummus was amazing also. Highly recommended!!

I only leave reviews if I really enjoy my experience. My boyfriend, mom, and hers came here for late lunch/dinner and it was amazing. My boyfriend ordered the chicken pesto sandwich. The rest of us shared the family plate with chicken skewers and basmati rice. We also got a basket of bread. So so good. Awesome manager, sweet crew, and the food was delicious. Our new go to. Thanks again!

Overall I like Panini, it’s not the best Persian food but very decent. I went to this specific branch with my man last year for lunch, it was nice inside but it took forever for the waiters to attend to us and for the food to get ready.. the wait time was too long and when we needed the waiters they were not paying attention … it was not the worst experience but we probably won’t go back in this branch As for the food.. pretty good.. average +

I would say this is one of the better Middle Eastern casual chain restaurants. There are quite a few around LA, as well as outside of the city, and they usually are very consistent. It won’t be the very best option in town, but it’ll be far from the worst and I do think the portion sizes are generous, and the flavors are always very good. They offer full service in that you sit down and a waiter will come get your drink and food order and bring it to you. This location is in a large shopping mall and parking is plentiful in the parking garage. The first two hours are free. The service can be a bit slow at these locations, and it was especially slow last night. We had to wait quite a bit and everything finally came out all at once. Our server was very polite though, and he really made up for the wait. We started off with the Hummus Trio and enjoyed it. I really liked the cucumber slices and each of the three were very good. I especially liked the Tzatziki starter, which was my favorite of the two. It had some great flavor and the portion size was generous. For my meal, I chose the Koobideh with a Strawberry and Date salad on the side. It was a great combination and it came with a lot of meat that was cooked perfectly. I would definitely order it again and would recommend to anyone.

Take out usually takes VERY long! The place is great and the staff is also! But they need more staff to keep up!! Quality is there but they do take long at times and that does effect me wanting to grab lunch there or not.

Good food but disorganized, they prioritize take away orders, so the same sweet folks that serves us are busy handling take out orders. Management to blame!

Very disappointed with my recent experience at Panini Grill. This was the second time they completely ignored my clear instructions. The meats were so burnt and overcooked they were absolutely inedible—had to throw away over 80% of it. The falafels were bone dry, and the vegetables were charred beyond recognition. This order was for my customers on our 5-star boating charter, and serving them this kind of food was not only embarrassing but damaging to our business reputation. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their quality control. If they address this issue and make it right (refund or store credit at minimum), I’m open to updating this review in the future. For now, I cannot recommend Panini Grill to anyone expecting quality, properly prepared food for delivery. however I have had similar experience at the restaurant and they addressed the issue by replacing the order.which shouldn't have taken place to start with My apologies for an honest and forward review. My hope is that they'll get their act together and improve.the place has a great potential.
