Cute authentic Chinese very delicious 😋 not too oily which I appreciate. Service was great very friendly. Loved the decor very neat lighting and art. Would definitely recommend reasonable prices and you get lots of food.
Lee's Garden has been in Marina ever since I was a kid! I hadn't been there in over 20 years but so glad we stopped to eat since I forgot Daddy's was closed on Monday and Tuesdays. They updated their look and you know a Chinese restaurant is good when there's a lot of Chinese patrons eating there! They serve Dim Sum every day. We ordered from their lunch menu. Portions were very nice and egg drop soup was really good. YOU GOTTA TRY THE CHIVE DUMPLINGS!!! That was sooooooo yummy. Service was fast and they were patient with us since we hadn't been there for such a long time. Food was very tasty and not full of salt! Dim Sum dumplings were so tasty I forgot to take full pics of them...sorry! Prices were very reasonable and they put your leftovers away for you so you don't have to worry about making a mess!
Sweet and sour beef(Korean style) and Jjampong in the Monterey area. Very crispy fried beef and the sweet and sour taste was great! I would totally go back for those.
Never never never judge a book by its cover. Lee’s Garden Restaurant is the epitome of this coveted advice. On the outside a somewhat run down building that needs a bit of love. On the inside they provide hands down one of the best (American) Chinese meal in the country. I travel the world and I’ve eaten at some of the most renowned restaurants on the face of earth. And nowhere have I had a meal that surprised me the way Lee’s did. It’s simple fare and although my pallet may be different and probably simpler than most, I truly loved the sesame chicken and fried rice I had at Lee’s. Crunchy breading pure white meat(not false claims) actual white meat!!! And perfectly cooked rice. Do yourself a favor and make sure to visit Lee’s. I know I will again.
Planned a family retirement dinner at Lee's Garden on a Saturday. We had the back room reserved for the family and ordered from family style menu on the back of the menu. We were quickly served our tea followed by won ton soup, fried won tons and spring rolls. The main course meals were all good and seasoned just right. Not too much salt. Everything was cooked well and moist. We ended up taking a lot home for later. Staff was quick to bring whatever we needed and checked on use regularly.
This family-owned restaurant is a true local favorite. The food is always good and the prices are very reasonable. The servers are very welcoming and attentive. They seem to know the regulars. My favorite is the seafood jjajangmyeon. The noodles are made to order and the sauce is very good. Their lunch specials are served in large portions. The rest of the entrees are just as good. They've also started serving Chinese dim sum as well. Best Asian restaurant in Marina!
Me and my family loved this place, really good service and food! Waitress Fiona and the other older lady were very nice and complied with our every request. Not to mention the beautiful interior design and decoration, really nice experience overall :). Forgot to take pictures of the food since we all got to eating immediately.
I came to this place just for the Korean-Chinese food and the jjampong did not let me down.
Szechuan soup (spicy) and beef chowfun were delicious, good service. 👍

On the outside it doesn’t look like much. But once inside you are transported to a different place. Murals of the great wall, scenery of chinese myth and legend from the ceiling and the smells of great Chinese food. My wife is Korean and she loves that they cook foods that also cater to their tastes. I have tried many many dishes here and I will say i have never been disappointed. Go get some delicious food. You’ll be happy! I forgot to mention that I was buying takeout for 3 persons. The owners are very generous with the portions and are friends of the community of Marina.
You must eat at this restaurant. Good Authentic Chinese food. I eat here at least once a month.
I’m chef Lee - and I have been eating here for 3 years while attending Pebble Beach events and love the food - and slushy Fried rice is seasoned and delicious and General tso is fresh chicken and fried to order-

I loved their food. I had the Kung Pow Lunch Special which was very delightful. Quite surprised with their white fried rice which was very fresh, nice and sticky and delicious. Will come again.
Take out on a Friday night. First time here. Our normal order at all places are tomato beef chow mein, cashew chicken, salt and pepper tofu. All were decent. And would order again. Salt and pepper tofu had some that were seasoned and some that didn’t have much taste. Tried a new dish -mandarin chicken. It came with a container of slightly spicy sauce. All the flavor is in the sauce.
I always try to make it here when I come to Marina because they have jjampong soup. Only other place I know that sells it is in Korea. The soup was really good. Nice and spicy for sure. My family ordered other items too that tasted really good. For the price, I think this place is spot on. Don't particularly care that they sell soda in a can for $2, but other than that, I think this place is definitely worth a shot if you're in the area.

This restaurant is quite different from Korean-style jajangmyeon. If you are expecting a spicy and robust flavor, the jjamppong may taste mild to you. Visitors who have recently come from Korea might notice a noticeable difference compared to Korean-style Chinese cuisine. The noodles, in particular, tend to break easily and may feel less chewy than expected. That said, the staff are very kind and attentive, and they are happy to provide a Korean menu upon request. 안매워요. 짬뽕이…
We visit Marina beach last week and went for dinner this place with my family, they are open till 9 PM that’s the good thing. I like their appetizer rather than main dish. Service is good, food is not very testy but all right. Environment good and they have big parking lot.

Food was okay, a little pricey for the portions you get in my opinion. They do seem to have a small stuff so service is a little slow. Overall okay experience.

I had take out for lunch today. I ordered the spicy shrimp and green bean lunch special. My green beans were soggy the shrimp were battered (soggy) no flavor a red not spicy sauce, my rice was old just rice and egg no veggies the chow mein was bland no veggies everything was lacking flavor. I don’t know if there are new owners the food in the past was so good! I gave you two stars cause the hostesses was sweet, I will not be back.

Ordered Sweet & Sour pork, Mongolian Beef and Fried Rice. It al tasted bland. Beef didn't tate marinated. Just like beef. Sweet and Sour had no sweet or sour taste. The. Rice tasted burnt to me. Like it was cooked with barely any oil. Everything else was great. Just not the food. Won't be going back there.

They have the kid working the cashier. Told me no lunch special during lunch hours because it’s a holiday. Basically tell me I had to order full entrees when I only wanted to order what I saw available on their food ordering site online. I prefer ethical businesses
