Outside the small and cramped parking lot, the restaurant itself is nice. The employees were nice and accommodating. I wasn't a fan of the wing seasoning, though. Next time, I'd just get unseasoned and dip it. Fries could have been fried just a bit longer to get a crispness.

Walked in and no welcome from staff. The table was still dirty from the last guest. Then I watch them greet everyone else who walk through the door. Food was good.

definitely not one to leave reviews but this is the third time my orders had problems. tonight, I ordered a 10 PC boneless wings original and Louisiana with a large side of corn. I received my large corn, but the wings I received was bone in and I specifically asked for BONELESS because I HATE meat on the bone and the food I recived is wayyy over cooked. definitely don't think I'll be returning....

So, the reviews are true. Damn. 8 pc. Combo, my drink had no ice. I didn't ask for no ice. Warm drink. Boneless lemon pepper chicken had barely any seasoning. Original hot could have had more sauce. My fries just taste old.

DO NOT COME HERE I REPEAT!! . They don’t have good costumes service specially the so-called manager who is there from the morning through out the afternoon( the one on the registered is the manager ) . So unprofessional and they don’t even take off the feathers from the wings. Even if you order chicken sandwiches They take awhile to get your order ready even when you order ahead of time!!! Crazy part is they’ll make you wait even longer when your food is ready and until you go up and ask for it, then they give it to you. They don’t even call your name out .The fact that this has happened multiple times is wild. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they showed me other wise . I repeat DO NOT COME HERE !! GO TO A DIFFERENT WING STOP .

If you order online or in person, just don’t. They skimp on sauce and fries every single time. Not to mention the attitudes you deal with. Save your time and drive to another location!

Unprofessional not organized no staff managers can't do there job to busy talking live & females while at work not attending to customers service food over all terrible never coming back nor am I advising family or friends or colleagues to come by the location no one knows how to be respectful or help a customer in need just say they can't control the cook time not a excuse nothing was done about my order took 45mins no explanation & the manager raised his voice at me infront of my toddler & the restaurant & said if you have a problem call corporate they won't do anything to me I'm safe. In my opinion If you don't like your job shouldn't be working that job

The most obnoxious and gross wingstop manager Mario works here. He’s a disgrace to the company and should not be representing it. Placed an online order. They didn’t have a brownie, they never mentioned this when I picked up my stapled bag of food. When I got home a soggy bag of fries and an apology note. I don’t eat wingstop fries. Refused to give me the brownie I paid for or a refund when I came back the next day. Dude is nasty with sauce all over his hands. He took my note and crinkled it up and hot sauce on it.

Ordered from here a few weeks ago and the wings were not even edible. Over salted and not even able to eat them because our mouths were burning from the salt. I left a review on wingstop’s website and received a call on the same night from the manager saying that we have a credit for the exact same meal and that we could redeem it within the month. Went back today to redeem said credit, and the manager said it had already been redeemed and picked up. This place is horrible. Believe all the bad reviews. This location is a disgrace to the franchise and ownership should be revoked.

I made an order on the phone. On the drive back home we noticed that we were missing a 10 piece and a 6 piece. We called the store, manager told us to come back with food. However, when we got there manager Bryan refused to give us food or refund stating that he knows he the packed food. We did not get food nor refund. This is horrible treatment of customers will never come to this wing stop again. Hopefully corporate will make it right.

Absolutely terrible. There was many homeless people and it was in a crime filled area. They got my order wrong and the manager was on their phone the whole time. There was a naked homeless person begging for change and a person drunk on the floor. I do not recommend.

Fully cook the wings next time. They knew they messed up because they made it impossible to leave one of the reviews for corporate to see.
