This place is your typical Starbucks. Good drinks, friendly baristas. I wish it had better seating inside... It's not the most convenient place to just hang out and do some laptop work. Also want to note that sometimes the drive thru line can get really long and slow. It's probably best to plan on going in if you're in a hurry.

Yes, I love Starbucks but there have been time where I go in and place my order just to wait 30 minutes and the order hasn’t even been put in there system?! But most the time the drinks are great. Although they rarely put a proportionate amount of cold foam on my drink, I’ll just say I get by. 4 stars

Had 1 issue recently where they decided to cheat me on my drink, they filled my cup partially with whipped cream rather than with the actual drink. Otherwise, this is typically a good Starbucks location but busy.

Took 15min past the time the app said my drinks would be ready and when I showed up there was about 10 people waiting on cold drinks. I ordered 2 frappuccino. Drinks were flavorless too poorly made

Everything was great except the coffee it taste burned the machines either need a descaling or the shot pourer need to test their espresso.

A bit slower service, so be prepared. It always seems like they never start my drink until after I pay, which involves another couple minutes of waiting at the window. On average I spend about 15 minutes in line if there are 2-3 cars in front of me. Staff is still friendly, but there have been multiple times I've had to reorder at the window because they "lost my order". Or LOL on one occasion they gave me someone else's drink to see if I'd settle for it, to avoid a longer wait.

Worse experience at a Starbucks. Tried to make me buy something to get my beautiful dog a pup cup. It's okay McDonald's did it for free like decent human beings

I wish I can rate this store ZERO! This store location is discouraging! Been here 3 times and told the Barista to use my points but the barista NEVER LISTENS and charged me. Today I was there and when i told again I want to use my points the guy "SCOTT" smiled and said yes. When I checked the receipt it was charged! I dunno if the employees here knows how to listen well. I ask for manager and HE said he's the manager..But what a shame for HIM as a manager asking the young Baristas how to process! He gave me card that says "YOUR NEXT DRINK FREE" com'on! How can it be free when I paid for this one now instead of using my points!!! This Scott, claiming to be the Manager Needs a BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! Working from Starbucks before I always want to make sure customer is happy and in worst case if NOT HAPPY we always upgrade the size! Not to forget the drink Scott made is kinda Cappuccino and not Latte since its more dilled woth frothe than the liquid. Latte is always heavuer. I hipe this guy knows what hes doing!What a shame on this voucher "It's not the amount it's the Principle!

Didn’t realize it takes over 35 minutes to throw powder in a cup and make a matcha. Waited inside for 35 full minutes before leaving without the one single drink I ordered. Ridiculous

Third day in a row they got my drink wrong. They always add something I never asked for is or get the drink wrong completely. Half the time the coffee is so burnt and bitter you can’t even drink it. I go to the Kroger Starbucks now and they always get it right.

Got a grande pumpkin spice latte to take to my sister and they only filled the cup two thirds full. For the price they charge they need to fill the cup all the way. Too inconvenient to go back but do yourself a favor and check before you drive away.

My girlfriend and I went to the drive-through last week and ordered two grande coffees. Upon getting to the window, a distraught Starbucks employee, explain to us that the person ahead of us had miss, ordered several drinks and offered the drinks to us for free. We excepted to Venti Cold blended drinks I don’t remember exactly what they were. But instead of charging us for our grande drinks, they charged us for the Venti drinks that we did not order and were offered to for free. The two drinks came out to $20. We did not call back to complain. I ordered DoorDash from Starbucks this morning and received a half full grande coffee. I will never be going back to Starbucks.
