Tip: If ordering wings, go for the Hot flavor as the medium is a little wimpy. Be prepared for a busy phone line when ordering.

Ok, I wasn't expecting much at 8pm on a snowy Monday, but I was very surprised. As soon as I walked in, the front counter attendant was serving another customer. While waiting I briefly looked around for a menu. I found one sitting near the dining table, yes singular, there was only one dining table. I skimmed through it and saw the items I saw in other reviews, which sounded very pleasant to my taste buds. I ordered a dozen medium wings and a steak and cheese sub with the works. I'm pretty sure I know a little about food and wings especially. From having wings in Buffalo all my life I am giving these wings a 7.1 out of 10. They were hot (temperature), crispy and exactly the right amount of heat (spice). I did have to quickly remove them from the container of sauce and steam to prevent them from getting soggy, huge perk of eating at the restaurant. The steak sub had the freshest roll you would ever want. The meat was seared to perfection. The onions, peppers, mushrooms and cheese blended nicely with the seasoning on the steak. As far as steak subs go, this thing gets a straight 8.0 out of 10. If your in the area and want some good food that's reasonably priced, head over to Rosario's Deli.
Busy people with smiling faces and happy attitudes greeted me, a first time guest. They made it clear that I was welcome even though they were super busy. Quick story...A kind gentleman, I assume was the owner, was chatting nicely with another customer when I ordered the ATOMIC wings. It kinda surprised him, lol. I told him "originally from NM where hotter is better" 😂 The ATOMIC bone in wings are PHENOMENAL 😍 Will be back and will definitely recommend to others❣️
Great pizza, super friendly service. We drove to Massena to see the eclipse and ordered pizza at Rosario's for lunch. A friendly gent there advised us to watch the eclipse from the Eisenhower Lock as and even called a family member for details for us. We did and thanks for the great advice. We ate the pizza there and it was delicious! A+

So damn good, every time! Not one of those, I ate here a few times and only once or twice it was good. Every. Time. The sweet and sassy wing sauce is killer! Pizza is always delicious! Everyone has to eat here at least once. WAY better than Itailan Affair.
Just had a meatball sub and a steak sub with the works delivered… twas the damn best I’ve had in a long time… thanks chef…
Probably the only place in Massena that makes a proper pizza. They can be busy but it's worth it every time. If this place ever closes I'll be destitute.
In town for work and wanted to try some pizza in the area. I googled “Pizza” and they came up first, so I went with it.. BOY was that some GOOD pizza! And they put the roni on the bottom, never seen that done in person, thought that was only the Instagram pizza shops. Great Pizza!! Oh and the price compared to Syracuse prices was alarming!! $17 for a PIZZA?? You’re tickling at least $20 in Syracuse!
This place is always busy. Saw the delivery cars everywhere so had to try. Didn't disappoint. The wings were not the best, but the pizza was delicious. Family business from my understanding. Let's keep these places busy
I've been home three times this summer and ordered here each time and they never disappoint. The wings are always perfectly juicy, saucy, and jumbo. The medium is a little wimpy, so go for the Hot. The food is always hot and fresh and their poutine is the best!
Good pizza, wings, and tenders. I like the fries too.

A small family run business. The steak cheese sub & BLT wrap were great. Good value, very good . Highly recommend

Staff are always friendly. The last few times it seems they have gotten very generous with the amount of cheese on the pizza. Even when asking for light on the cheese the pizza still comes out with a lot of cheese on the pizza. The pizza tastes delicious just too much cheese. For the great price you get for the pizza the amount of cheese they’re using has to cut into how much they are making on the pizza. Will try to ask for extra light cheese next time. Still the best pizza in Massena here at Rosario’s.
Everything here is made to order and fresh. The people here care about their quality of food. Hard working local people turning out so the tastiest Pizza in the area. Delivery is fast and accurate. In store specials are always great. In store selection of beverages and other goodies is second to none. Every orders completely customizable. Owners continually give to the local community in so many ways. Try the wings, and cheese pizza you will not be disappointed.
The best pizza and wings in Massena hands down. We love this place. Pizza is always flavorful with just the right consistency of cheese and sauce and toppings, wings are large with just the right amount of sauce...and you get a dozen in an order too instead of just 10. Only loses one point for the speed of service, which isn't entirely their fault...they're always busy so sometimes it takes them a bit to get to the phone, and when they're swamped with orders it can take over an hour; they're always upfront when it will be an extended period of time however.

Run down place. Better pizza than I.F., wings are great. It's too much of a pain to make an order though, phone is busy 99% of time.

I called for Delivery and the guy that answered seemed very short and not very friendly, kinda rude really, like he hates his job. No choice of celery or tip for the driver for my wings. He seemed too interested in getting me off the phone. The delivery driver was very friendly.

Went with my son to Robert Moses State Park and found Rosario's on Google on our way back home. Had the dog with us so needed takeout so she wouldn't cook in the car. Two turkey sandwiches, two small fries and two bottled drinks. After he charged my card ($39) he told me it would be half an hour. Food was poor, took too long to get it and price was too high.
Placed an order for delivery. The guy that took my order did not even bother listening to what I was asking for. Over half the order was incorrect and it took over an hour to receive it. When I attempted to call back to get my order corrected, it then took another 30min just to get through the busy line. Then the rude employee acted like I had told him incorrectly and demanded the original sent food returned in order to have my order replaced. Over $60 and 2½ hours later and the food still sucked! Would not recommend!
We ordered take out tonight and by the time food wasn't hot. Our wings were supposed to be boneless and they weren't. We were missing an order of deep fried cheese curds. We tried calling from 930-10. And the phone was off the hook the entire time.
I love there food don’t get me wrong but the attitude you get from them when ordering or if they mess up on your order isn’t worth it. I called two days ago to get food and I ordered mozzarella sticks, when I got my food I got garlic bread instead. I called and told them and immediately got attitude saying if I wanted mozzarella sticks I would have to repay for them. I ended up repaying and when I got them it was deep fried raspberry cheese cake. So I tried calling again and they ignored my calls and then at 10 turned their phone off.
Used to be decent but, they had ppl making racist remarks and never fired them! The ppl in the back messed it up for them.
This epilog is a classic example of WASTED second chances ! My wife and I have had the typical " Massena Disappointments " all too many times since moving up to this " Beautiful N.Y.S. North Country " nearly 8 full years ago . Sadly , Massena has a great propensity to support all too many locations that should have been closed by the S.L.C. Board of Health ( if that entity was given the proper resources to keep a tight standard on all those establishments who don't care about cleanliness and food safety ! Rosario's fits that description admirably . Our first and only full experience there , over five years ago , was a disgraceful excuse for anyone or anything trying to carve out a good living serving the public . The facility was totally neglected with broken down furnishings , partially done renovations , very poor housekeeping BUT very stupidly we stayed to try a pizza , some finger food and some soft drinks . On the merits of a young man we grew to know we tried to look past those then present disasters and give the food a chance on its own merits . This was of no degree of satisfaction , we couldn't eat what we paid for sadly , we could buy a better product at Walmart to say nothing of our own good cooking ! The one bright at that time was meeting a very polite young teenager whose mom worked at the establishment . He had just finished his day at school and looked hungry and since we didn't anywhere near finish our food we offered all of it to him and we left . We planned to never come there again and we didn't all that time ! Today , Saturday , September 13th , 2025 my wife thought it might be fair to give them a second chance since that neglected part of Northern Massena was attempting to do a transformation . O.K. I said , let me walk in to the place , briefly look around to identify some obvious telltale signs of neglect or any improvement . After all those years they were still resolute to do precious little to make any genuine upkeep ! Filthy floors , broken down / dirty seating that looked like somethings that were thrown out on the street from an eviction process and STILL a very poorly equipped open preparation area with several people buzzing around doing their tasks ! We chose to stay clear for our own sake . THIS IS NOT REALITY , how can anyone think to trust this enterprise when the areas the public can clearly see are a DISGRACE TO ANYONES' PERSONAL PRIDE OR HYGIENE ! Is this the standard local patrons should expect when they invest their hard earned discretionary resources ? How very DISGRACEFUL it is for all these individuals who assume they ALL give their all as a measure of GRATITUDE for the entire community who support them year in and year out . The condition that inflicts many of them is a very healthy dose of INDIFFERENCE ! All these very positive reviewers for Rosario's must have stopped by a facility on Another Planet that , by chance had the same name !
