This McDonald's in my opinion represents the original and traditional Mcdonalds of old times as it is in a colonial style building and is the only one without a drive thru. The staff is always super friendly and I believe his name is Kyle keeps the place clean and tidy all the time and also helps with handing out the food and it really helps since all orders are walk in. Do yourself a favor if you are in the area to stop by this place for that real authentic feel of tradition and being a kid again. Thanks!

A very unique secluded location for a McDonald's restaurant but very well kept. The outside looked very lavish as well as the inside. I forgot that I was in McDonald's when I was staring out at the open lawn that they had. The service was exceptional and the food was freshly made. I was very impressed with the service and the quality of the food.

It's your average mcdonalds. It's clean and good and the people are nice. I don't eat here very much but I definitely enjoy it when I go. Not much else to review because everything is on the menu and it's the same as every other McDonald's. Okay thanks for reading and have a great day!

I never saw this beautiful McDonald's shop inside the peaceful village. They have a very spacious parking lot. The drive way to the shop is well organized. However driving thru is not possible here. Curbside picking up is available.

Surprised a McDonald’s can be that clean. Probably one of the cleaner ones I’ve been to. And I hate to admit it but I’ve been to quite a lot of McDonald’s during the past year. Also THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WASN’T THE BROKEN. And they got my order right. What more can you ask for. Definitely one of the nicer McDonald’s.

A unique McDonald's experience. How they all should be. The food actually looks like it does in the pictures here. You can tell the difference and can be sure to get the best you possibly can from a McDonald's. Also, they seem to have the rarer kids toys.

Manager was great and made sure we had fresh fries since it was late and the premade ones were getting old. Very friendly staff. Our favorite McDonalds even tho it doesn't have a drive thru.

Very clean, helpful staff and they can consistently delivered the McDonald's experience. The lack of drive thru is a problem but that's what the town asked of them so I can't blame them.

Food is always hot and fresh, I don't normally eat fast food but sometimes this hits the spot. Kyle is my favorite person ever! If you go, make sure you say hi to him! I wish this location had a drive through. Although, it's probably better to walk in and burn off the extra calories and salt I consume here haha.

This is one of the most beautiful McDonald's you will ever visit. It's set back on a large manicured lawn. The young staff has always been ultra friendly and helpful. I just wish they would turn off those beeping timers, something I've noticed in nearly every McDonald's. They do make a racket.

The food was fresh and hot and the people were very nice I used that new automatic tell machine that they put in and I guess my order fell through the cracks I sat for a long time waiting for my food it was only was an employee noticed me sitting there waiting during I grant you a very busy lunch rush that they realized that my order was never filled I would go again the staff was very nice and the establishment is very clean one of the nicest McDonald's I've ever been in really it was only the automatic teller that through off the service otherwise this would definitely be a five star McDonald's

Friendly staff, lovely piece of land to park and eat but please, please sweep the floors! Fries, wrappers, paper and just plain dirty. If this is what the public sees ...then imagine what we don't see in the "kitchen."

I would of gave them more stars but every time I come here I am always missing something. I have been here several times before but lately every time I order, something is missing from my order. This time when I ordered, I was supposed to get four sources. One for a happy meal and three for the 20 nuggets. The nuggets I got were spicy and not regular. While I was there waiting online, someone else didn't get their fries and another person was missing something else. I would of drove back but its about twenty minutes away from me. The place is very clean though.

Disappointed again and again, they never appear to be able to get orders correct as well as short changing you on straws and napkins.

.Fries hot and salty, perfect. Too bad the beeping in the kitchen persisted throughout the meal.

I like the Big Mac Family Pack but miss the soda being included. It costs me enough to get that and a happy meal. Wish they would revise that.

This place has been our go to spot for breakfast and lunch on the North Fork. This was the second time in a row that it was not good. I got my cheese omelet and the cheese was not melted at all...are you kidding me? The waitress was HORRIBLE. they have lost a long time customer , we will go to another spot.

Unfortunately messed up a simple order so many times very frustrating 3 a toddler waiting to eat. No accommodations and very slow-paced with not many people to serve.

You can only order on the screens in this place (Atleast when I went). The service was broken down, and the employees had to do everything by hand. It took me 40 minutes to get my food, and it wasn’t a big order. The fish filet had almost zero sauce, it was like they put a single drop on it. The quarter pounder was fine. Fries were dry. This is the worst rated McDonalds, for good reason. 2/5.

I just did an online order for breakfast. I arrived at 1028 to check in. It told me that some of the items for my were not available. I checked my basket and it said nothing was available and breakfast ends at 1030.

I don't know why I went there! I was in pain with stomach cramps for a whole day!! 🤮

I find the cuisine to be lacking. The burgers were limp and grey, the fries cold and soggy. The sole redeeming quality of this establishment was the kind and pleasant employees. If McDonald's wishes to ever regain it's former glory attention must be paid to the caliber of food served.

i was followed by an employee out to my car with him yelling “goodbye” and “have a goodnight”. while the intentions were meant to be kind, it did make me feel quite uncomfortable being followed around the restaurant then followed out the building to my car

I had my wallet stolen there from the counter. I called asking to look at security camera , 5 times the person at 2:30 in afternoon answered and hung up on me when ask to speak to the manager. 2 times called back and person identified self as the manager. Asked for their name and each time they hung up on me. I had hundreds of dollars in wallet. Do not think I will get back but who ever took should be address.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been at, after waiting 10 minutes, I walked out there was nobody in front of me. The employees were too busy talking to take my order.

If you’re going to be closed for renovations, you should probably close the store down so people don’t waste their lunch break. Going to the store to find out that it’s closed. The driveway is open. There’s no signage anywhere ridiculous never again. Do not eat at this McDonald’s!!!

Absolutely unacceptable!! how hard is it to get a simple order right? I’ve given this McDonald’s in Mattituck way too many chances, and they fail me every single time. The main issue? They constantly put cheese on my order — even when I explicitly request NO CHEESE. I’m not talking once or twice. I mean every single visit. It’s not just annoying, it’s infuriating. Whether it’s for dietary reasons, allergies, or just personal preference, when someone says NO CHEESE, it’s not a suggestion. It's the most basic part of the order, and they still can’t get it right. To make it worse, the staff doesn’t seem to care. No apology, no fix. If you can't read the screen or follow a simple request, maybe you shouldn't be working the line. I’m done wasting money here. If you're in Mattituck and want your order done right, go literally anywhere else.

If i do it right then and there you’ll fix it but if i want to go back the next day or even a few hours later you guys deny the remake. It is my money, I have avoided this place since the last time you guys did the same error. How could it be possible for you as an owner to hire so many incompetent employees. I will never go back. I have had so many same encounters but so many not only fix it but it never happens again in those places. Really creepy vibe to this place, I was ordering through the screen and the manager sent someone to see what o was doing on the screen, the male servant started adjusting chairs around me, they glare at you from the moment you enter, very creepy manager and worker.
