I always go to Buffalo wild wings cause the food is great and the the wings are decent size. I ordered online to go and was disappointed to get very small and dry wings compared to what I’m used to getting at Buffalo wild wings. They also forgot to give me the extra dressing that I had paid for. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and professional.

I ordered boneless and they gave me literally popcorn chicken. Super hard texture it wasn't what I wanted at all. I love buffalo wild wings but i was Very disappointed. Do better please.

Stopped in for Sunday afternoon NFL games and sat at the bar. The bartender was absolutely wonderful, pleasant, and fast. The wings were small and bland (see pic). I ordered buffalo and Chipotle BBQ, so don't do that! They do have a nice selection of TVs and games, but food is sub par and nit inexpensive. Paid $25 BEFORE tip for 15 wings and a soda.

Had the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and it was ok. Update... Went again to ordered but this time it was to go, but my dad wanted to sit down to have a beer while we wait. We sat at the table for approximately 15 minutes, we were not greeted or offered a menu. The manager in the red shirt was too busy visiting with some people at a table or sitting in a corner. The place was fairly packed, but once we moved to the BAR the service was a lot better. Walked and told to take a seat anywhere. One server kept walking up and down past our booth yet never stopped to make an introduction. After waiting 10 minutes we decided to leave but asked for manager, Dave. We explained the issue to him, how we were ignored. He didn’t seem surprised. One of the girls laughed on our way out and appeared dismissive of our concerns that we were never waited on. This place needs major improvement before we return.

I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent visit because the service we received was completely unacceptable. Our server never checked on us after taking our order, and when our food arrived, it was incorrect but we never had the chance to address it because she didn’t return to our table. We had to ask another server, who was already very busy, for refills since our assigned server never came back. That server wasn’t even ours, but she was kind enough to help because she noticed we’d been waiting a long time. Our actual server didn’t return to check on us until about 40 minutes later, at which point we just asked for the check. She never came back with it. After another 8 minutes of waiting, we still didn’t have the bill, and then another 12 minutes passed before she finally took our card only because I asked the host for help. The host herself couldn’t even locate the server. As a server myself in McAllen working for a big chain restaurant where it always get packed with almost 200+ people in the wait list ever night , I completely understand when things get busy, but this went far beyond that. There’s a difference between being busy and completely neglecting your tables. The lack of communication and follow-up made for a very frustrating experience. I hope management addresses this issue, because no guest should be treated this way. (I provided receipts of when she printed out the tab and when she finally came back with the closed out tab)

I ordered online expecting fresh, quality food and what I got was the opposite. The food was dry, hard, stale, and way too salty. I specifically ordered boneless, but what I received looked more like tiny popcorn chicken pieces, definitely not what I paid for. The texture was tough and unpleasant, and it wasn’t at all what I wanted. I normally enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, but this experience was very disappointing.

I had a very bad experience today , it’s took them more than an hour to attend us we arrived before others that had already been seated and didn’t get attended til I called the manager , then recived my food cold. And to top it off off we didn’t get check on my husband had to get up himself to refill our drinks …….we for sure ain’t going back I would give and leave -0 stars if I could.

They won't play your music on their jukebox even after purchasing. Don't spend (waste) your money paying for songs when they don't play them on their jukebox. They prefer to broadcast the sound of some dumb soccer game that nobody wants to watch or hear.

Camr in a couple days ago and the wings were gross the oil probably needs to be changed we went to other locations and the food seems to be decreasing in quality we don't know why, we can taste the difference in freshness hopefully the company as a whole can go back to serving better quality food.

My daughter usually gets traditional wings with hot sauce. Today she was ready and excited to try wild and they messed up the order. She got dry wings with no sauce. She was so upset 😤
