I ordered curbside and waited outside with my blinkers on for 10 min after it was ready and no one came. The numerous employees inside just watched me for 10min and did nothing. I had to walk inside to then be just handed the boxes they had off to the side. If curbside was not an option I would just walk inside with no complaint, but why make it an option, make me put on my blinkers, make me wait like an idiot outside for me to get off anyway? Why? My pizza was cold too. I expect this kind of disrespect from Popeyes but at least their food is worth it. This is not the first time this has happened to me. The instructions are literally on your door, how hard is it for your own employees to follow them?

Ordered online for curbside. Got to the restaurant just a little early, followed directions on how to park. Parked directly in front of store with hazards on. Got the message that the pizza was ready and someone would be out shortly. Waited ten minutes, went inside and found staff standing around talking, waiting on more orders. When asked about my pizza, it was outside of warming center just waiting to be taken out to me.

The regular employee took more initiative than the "manager". I couldn't report an issue of my order but I was able to give a rating. Don't tip in advance. Location on N 10th by Lowe's is better.

Food was cold! From the time I called I was told 10-15 min and I got there on time and pizza looked like it was made an hour or more ago! Disgusting and disappointing. I asked for my wings extra crispy and instead I got the opposite (extra soggy🤮) yeah never again

Disappointed Ordered for delivery at 2:12pm paid before been on hold for 20min asked to talk to manager they gave the phone to a random employee who answered the phone joking around and said pizza been ready you can come pick it up if you want asked if she was the manager and she said no then finally Mayra the manager came to the phone Didn't resolve anything she told me pizza was in the oven and if I wanted pizza i could go pick it up. Save time and money don't order here

The app said the food was ready. When I got there, they said it was still in the oven. No problem so I waited a few more minutes. Followed up a second time and they said it was still in the oven. Followed up a third time and that was when they said they did not bake the correct pizza. Slap to the face to me who wasted 35 minutes waiting for a pizza that never entered the oven. Would've had no problem waiting, if they did not lie to me and kept me waiting for something that was never going to come...And why say it's ready in the app when it's not!

Every time there has been a problem with our order we contact the store and they are always in a bad mood. I will be explaining the incorrect order and they will place me on hold without saying anything. Every time I have always been very polite but it seems to be that they’re always having a bad day. Maybe because they always mess up? The owner should try giving some crash courses on how to interact with people who aren’t trying to give y'all a hard time!

Ordered a regular pepperoni pizza & wings & I never been so shockingly disappointed. The pizza tasted off & it was on the thin side. The garlic sauce mixed with the pizza tasted gross. The wings were slimy and soft, like undercooked. It all made me sick. I'll never do Domino's again. The quality has really gone done.

Never would I order pizza from dominos they only put like half a cup of cheese or less n they want to charge more money just to add cheese honestly this is the worst pizza I ever had Little Caesars is way better then dominos for real
