The food itself taste good. The wings are well seasoned. They are not spicy whatsoever. I asked for hot it was a mid mild. The reason why I gave it 4 stars. The size of the wings! They were tiny! I asked about them and the cashier just shrugged her shoulders. Not there fault but do better. The fries were bigger...

We didn’t have to wait long at all. 20 minutes tops for a party of 5. Food was delicious. Cole slaw was tasty and fresh. Loved the honey mustard. Fries were spot on. We loved it.

Im still going to try other things but everything I ordered was subpar! It was such a let down of food and im glad I didn't pay full price on my order. I didn't enjoy much of cheese curds, or fries or the nibbler since they got the sauce wrong and not what I wanted. The chicken itself was decent and im going to go ahead and try more of the menu to see what I will like from here.

I’ve been wanting to come here since they have one in Houston. Food is good and the sauces makes it fun. There was about a 5 mini wait for our order which I didn’t mind at all. There’s limited tables, which are dirty when they become available. They should sent someone to do rounds to the dinning periodically to ensure clean spaces for up coming customers.

Super sad to write this. The first time I ordered through door dash just the regular chicken strip meal w slaw, the quality of the chicken was good, the portions were good as well, I thought the price was a little bit too much for me, but considering how well made the food was, I thought it was worth it. Second time coming, liked it so much bought food for the whole family.. very disappointed with the quality of the food, too salty, the chicken was moist but almost wet. Each tender was at least half the tender size.. and everyone got sick, unfortunately 😔 3 stars because the staff was really nice, and respectful and nice through the ordering and drive thru process.

First time coming and probably the last. Everything was super salty; the toast, the fries and the seasoning on the chicken wings. The 2 star is being given only because of the tenders which were good (which were unseasoned). Not sure if the cooks skipped their training or what? Needless to say we left and couldn’t get to a bottle of water soon enough. Scary to think that other patrons were enjoying the food if it all tasted the same.

My total experience was based off the service and taste. I got in the Drive-thru line, I ended up waiting over an hour before placing an order. You’d imagine they would prepare a training team to support them. Yes they are new employees and restaurant, to which why you don’t leave them alone. You provide support. Also, my strips tasted like burnt oil. Disappointing since it was a long wait, all to receive burnt tasting food. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this place.

Got the meal with 5 traditional wings and 3 chicken strips with fries. To begin, the traditional wings were so small I could not believe it. They were dry, hard and tasteless. The chicken strips were ok but small as well. The fries were ok. But I can assure you that we will not come back here again. The service was good, but the food was not good at all and not worth the price. I could get wings at another location for allot cheaper and way better and juicy and tender. This place is just hype. Don't fall for it! Very disappointed.

WAIT FOR A COUPLE WEEKS UNTIL THE HYPE DIES DOWN. THE FOOD IS DECENT BUT NOT WORTH THE HOURS YOU'LL WASTE IN LINE if you want chicken, go into Walmart, walk to their deli section, and order there. you'll have a better experience there was expecting a long wait with it being their first day opened, but not 2.5 hours just to be able to order and another 45 minutes to get my food service wasn't the best, understandable with how busy it was, but i had to repeat the sauces i wanted 6 times before the drive through attendant understood. spent $15 for a 6 finger plate, and there was so much wrong with it. - the size of the chicken fingers was pathetic. was half the size of canes chicken fingers, and canes has downsized their meat a lot. - they left out my coleslaw. - toast was not crispy at all. - their NUCLEAR sauce was not spicy whatsoever, tasted like a glorifed barbecue sauce. there was more tang of worcestershire sauce than any pepper or spice flavour. their hot honey mustard was 'spicier' than their nuclear sauce. i love zaxbys and have had some great food from them in Florida and Utah, but this showing was an absolute disgrace.

Just Adude

After hearing about the hype, I decided to try it. The food was very meh. The chicken strips were indeed half the size of Raising Canes. It tasted dry and lacked flavor. The Zaxbys and Spicy Zaxbys sauce kinda saved it but not really. The cole slaw was watery and the toast tasted chemically like it was left out on an elementary school cafeteria table. Fries were okay but forgettable.
