DQ for a quick cool down with a blizzard and a fudge bar and they were amazing .. the staff was very attentive and checked up on us to see if everything was okay. It sure was cos it was all gone !!

They never called us to get our order and ice creams were all melting 😑

I dropped in at DQ on 23st and Nolana. I had dinner alone that evening and wanted dessert. I chose the banana split. Three mounds of creamy, smooth, deliciousness, nestled between a banana that has been peeled and halved. Also, each mound has its own separate topping. There was a nice dice of Pineapple in this topping and very enjoyable. Unfortunately not the same for the Strawberry, and Chocolate. There was hardly any Strawberry topping and only one stingy slice in the whole thing. Same with the chocolate, this however ran to the bottom where I was able to retrieve it and enjoy. All in all, who in their right mind could say no to a D.Q. Sundae of any kind. Plus at DQ there are Blizzard's, Ice Cream Cones, and a selection of frozen desserts and Cakes. There is also a full menu of Burger options and another menu of meal combo's like Steak fingers, Tacos, and even fried fish and fries. Surely there is something for everyone. Lastly, Dairy Queen is in the fabric of South Texas and creates memories that will endure the test of time. Thank You D.Q for all you do. p.s. I went to prep rallies while in High School , they often were held at the D.Q in Mercedes TX. "Go Tigers"

I wish I could order a banana split that's not completely melted in the 3 min drive home. I saw the girl take out my banana split from some freezer by the drive thru already made...I feel like they've been slacking lately...they should just bring the banana split blizzard back. At least I know it won't be completely melted and I can enjoy an ice cream and not a shake.

The food and the service was great. The only issue I had was beggars constantly asking for cash, trying to sell me stuff I do not need or want or worse, one even tried to scam me into giving me my credit card information when I told him I did not carry any cash on me! Something needs to be done so that the guest's dining experience isn't completely ruined like my family's was with all of the unsolicited beggars there today. I know times are tough, but this type of activity should be prohibited and eliminated. This is Dairy Queen NOT the Salvation Army!

We got 7 blizzards and all of them when the lady turned it upside down leaked And she didn't flip it all the way To prove it would stay in the cup 🥤 We go every once in a while not all the time but that was a bad experience to eat water down blizzards

Didn't get my order. And when my friends were ordering the servers were rude and ignoring them. Severely disappointed. The customer service was awful.

Train your employees to check the items in the bag to ensure people get what they paid for. If you cant esure that don't offer delivery. Very annoying.

So, my service when it comes to food being served and the quality of the food is great. Never a bad experience in that department. Unfortunately the atmosphere is what needs help. I went and saw an older man with sleeve tattoos yelling at what I assume is the manager. Yelling at a higher up over something that he could have easily done himself. I feel like this behavior needs to be dealt with in a proper manner and that I can not, in good conscience, get anything from this DQ again.

Inaccurate orders, food not fresh and cold, extremely slow and long wait times. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes and it’s slow, orders are just backed up and going slow which is causing such a problem. Do not come here. The food and service are horrible.
