The best! Their "hot light" seems to always be on. When you walk in, you're greeted by an attendant trying to give you a hotoffthepress donut that is dripping with hot glaze! Yum!!! These are my absolute favorite donuts! Definitely go when the light is on. Not only because you'll get a free donut, but because that's when you'll get them right as they're coming out. They're still warm, the glaze is melted, and the donut is so soft. You'll think you're biting a piece of heaven👼☁️

I think that anyone who says they don't like Krispy Kreme is lying to themselves. I have had them all over the US and they are the best. If they could only improve upon their coffee like Dunkin Donuts did they would be unstoppable.

Absolutely the best donut shop! Every kind of donut imaginable and fresh too. Pizza kolaches were fantastic!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. However, the manager was there and he was awesome. Very helpful and took time to get to know us. We had just arrived in the valley from Houston and was trying to adjust to the area. He definitely wanted us to return, and we will!!!

My husband had to make a u-turn to stop at Krispy Kreme today. We ordered 3 glazed & 3 chocolate glazed donuts and they were delicious! I especially liked my cold 2% milk. Is it me or did anyone notice a tad smaller sized donut? 🤣mmmmm!

First time here with the family. The place is very open and well. Restrooms were clean as was the entirety of the location inside and out. We didn’t get to see them making doughnuts but I’m sure that would be a fun viewing. Doughnuts were very soft and fresh and the chiller lemonade was delicious! My hubby is a Krispy Kreme fan so I thought I’d check them out to see what all the fuss is. OhMGee !!! This location was easy to get to find and the parking was abundant. When I walked in, the employee greeted me with a hello and let me look around. There was a large sit down eating area with big windows and an open kitchen that you could see a huge conveyer belt with hundreds of donuts looping around. The clerk saw us admiring all the donuts and offered us one. Let me tell you, that you’ve never had a donut until you’ve ate one right out of the cooker! They were the most delicious hot donuts ever. I immediately bought half a dozen plus other specialty donuts! You’ll love this place, I do!!

Great donuts for those with a sweet tooth! But I didn't know they weren't acknowledging the Hot light free donut anymore :( It's been over a year since I had been there, I missed that change. I'm hoping (and assuming) it's only for Covid restrictions. Still a great place for donuts though! Frozen lattes are also a plus!

While the service and the products were great, the dinning in tables on the inside of the store is not a good option for the heat felt inside. You could grab a table on the inside but they don't provide any shade. But the pumpkin spiced donuts and lattes were amazing and would definitely recommend you to get them while you can since they are season items.

I love these donuts, what I really like was the way the counter person took the doughnuts right off the conveyor belt (super fresh) and placed the in the box. Donuts were flat and cold, not worth the cost to buy again. There were flies inside of the donut display. I ordered the iced mocha and it had a weird taste/flavor.

First time visiting, it was a favor for family since I was running errands near by.

Can't complaint about donuts but service. I wanted to place 2 separate orders was told by employee policy says only one order per vehicle? I was going to use my business card plus pay cash for 2nd order. I guess it's too difficult to handle two orders for the same vehicle. So we get there after working our way thru all the traffic, and we didn’t realize this but they do NOT have the maple glazed donuts anymore !! Sorry to say but it happened more than 3 times I ordered a custard filled donut. When I think of custard filled I expect a decent amount not a pea size amount. I took 3 bites till I finally saw some custard. Then decided to eat around to see how much custard there actually was which is not nearly enough. Not just with custard but with the raspberry filling and even the cookies and cream filling for the Snoopy donuts. Idk if its the right amount of filling thats supposed to be in the donuts or the ones making the donuts aren't just adding enough. I asked a few other customers if they got the same amount and sure enough I wasnt the only one. Donuts are still solid good but please add some more filling and not just a small taste

First off, this place has terrible trouble figuring out how to fill the filled donuts. I don't know what the deal is with this. Even my replacement of two lemon filled and two raspberry filled were atrocious. The Original glazed are still slammin', when the hot light is on. They just can't get the filled ones right. They were disorganized in the kitchen, the dining room where people sit had racks of donuts. Very unsanitary to me. We went in about 10 am. The original glazed were there since 6am according to the staff. A food inspector needs to go and check them for cleanliness.

Received a flyer advertising a chocolate cake extreme donut so drove to the nearest location where i was told not only did they not have it, the girl never heard of such a donut. Place was a dirty madhouse as well.

We only stopped there because of pregnant friend of ours had a craving. This food is highly dangerous for contraction of diabetes. Avoid it at all costs. I got very poor customer service from the gentleman at the counter. Never going to have any type of catering order here, I am mad at the fact I did not get what I requested! Everything about this place is amazing! The only thing is the customer service (not everyone though) just some random guy whose name I couldn’t see and they did not want to give it to me. But, it’s coffee day, got my coffee got my doughnuts and he was extremely rude! When I pulled the the window to pay I asked the nice lady who was the angry man and she said “he’s having a stressful day” well, that’s not the customers fault! As a business owner my customers should NEVER be treated like that. No customer should! I get its a long day, but treat your customers nicely!

Went in for some Valentine’s Day Donuts. The gentleman who asked me what I wanted to order, wasn’t helpful for nothing. Tried to custom make a box with donuts already made in the display case and said we couldn’t do it and that the boxes are already made a certain way. I ordered 3 half dozen. Three boxes with six doughnuts in each box. I ordered at the window to make sure order was correct. I told the man at the window I wanted an assortment of cream filled doughnuts in each box. When I got home , about 20 miles away. He had given me three half dozens of chocolate covered custard filled doughnuts. I live to far to take them. But I called the manager, who was very courteous and told that he was sorry but that time I go back he would gladly replace my order. KUDOS for the manager for being so courteous.

It is really annoying and inconvenient that I place an order and pay a couple days ahead of pickup to ensure I receive the specific items I ordered, just to get there and be told they sold out of those items. If I pay for a specific order I expect to receive said items. Why are you giving away more than what you have? Put some aside for the order I specifically paid for, I needed it for an event. Very unsatisfied.

So afew weeks ago my kids saw a video that Krispy cream would give 1 free donut per A on their report card. They made it happen and both received all A's. They wake up extra early today just go get their free donuts to share with their friends, all to be let down with the excuse that this location does not participate in that.
