Please tell staff at drive thru window to stop wearing perfume. My drink always smells like women's perfume.

Music is super loud and can't hear the person sitting next to you. Plus no outlets so no more getting to do homework. Realizing this is the case for multiple starbucks locations so it's better if you find another coffee shop if you plan on going inside to socialize or do work. Staff was cool though!

I come here all the time and there is something wrong with the order about 1/4 of the time. Today? Almond milk in my latte. Worst Starbucks right here folks.

Went in for 2 boxes of coffee and 8 pastries Also 1 hot tea. An I never got the hot an 1 of the boxes was empty upon my destination all over my floor board of my car not to mention they were not to friendly!!!!!!!!! Wow I even tipped ! They should not have a tip option at time of purchase for this reason right here

The chick with the nose ring and tattoos needs to pay attention. I asked her 3 times about my order because she kept saying it wrong and wrote it wrong on the screen. When I got to the window she still screwed up my order. Then when I got home and gave my daughter her coffee the girl still screwed it up after she said it was the right one. I'd give no stars for the drive through service if I could. This isn't the first time she's done this. I think she needs to find a different job. I won't be recommending this place or spending my money here. I'll be going to Dutch Bros. 🙄

Maddie.... was it really worth charging me 3.95 for 6 pumps brown suger syrup. Im sure it was... what ever happened to customer service. Ugh im not surprised 😒 blah

I came here with my mother-in-law, and she needed to use the restroom, so she went inside while I went through the drive-thru to pick up our mobile order. They refused to let her use the restroom because she hadn’t made a purchase, even after she explained that I was in the drive-thru picking up our order. While I was waiting, I asked if I could get two ice waters, and the employee rudely asked if I was going to buy something. I explained that I already had a mobile order placed. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

I was waiting for a group of friends to meet me. I was asked if I had ordered on the app. I told them I had not YET ordered as I was waiting for my friends to arrive. I was told that they had a new policy. You can’t wait inside unless you order. They were very rude and condescending. I will take my business elsewhere and will never patronize this business again.

I always liked stopping here for a quick coffee, but after learning that a customer was rudely kicked out because she wanted to wait for their friends before she ordered, I highly recommend not going here. The amateur barista is unable to read the room. Maybe get another job that doesn't make you bitter. 🤔
