This local Starbucks is the freakin best. Not only the only one I got to in town, but the best customer service and experience there. They have learned to make my drink when I did complain a few times lol but honestly went over and beyond for me and till now over a year I get the best experience from each and everyone there. From knowing my drink to putting cute quotes on it , to smiles every morning. The best staff. I do not go to any other location other than this one. Thank u guys for a good experience always
No matter what everybody's opinion they brought quality coffee to the United States. they have all sorts of roast options now in the clover machine. It's ground and brewed fresh for you each time at drip prices. No other coffee shop can offer that because the machines are expensive and they put the r&D in to develop them. They need to find a bakery that can handle all the stores in a location and offer healthier options. Whole grains, less sugar... Not just faux healthy. Oatmeal is not a sufficient option.

The service is good quality of custom drinks are better. I like the each restroom has different code to enter.

I just want to say thank you for always being so consistent with my orders. Many locations miss the mark often, but you guys rock! I know there has been a lot of controversy about supporting Starbucks, but I wouldn’t enjoy getting my coffee from anywhere else! 🤎
This is a nice and pretty busy Starbucks. I usually hit the drive thru at this location. I changed things up with the Apple Oatmilk Shaken Expresso. I liked it and would tackle that drink again. This location was clean and they were super nice inside. I would return for sure.
Super nice and friendly staff, and whatever playlist they have bopping inside is definitely my cup of tea (coffee?) ! I was just going to get my usual, but I saw a suggestion of an employee favorite on a chalkboard near the registers, so me and my sister ended up getting it instead and good gosh are we glad we did ! It tasted like summer in a cup!!
Please tell staff at drive thru window to stop wearing perfume. My drink always smells like women's perfume.
Music is super loud and can't hear the person sitting next to you. Plus no outlets so no more getting to do homework. Realizing this is the case for multiple starbucks locations so it's better if you find another coffee shop if you plan on going inside to socialize or do work. Staff was cool though!
They struggle with drink modifications that other Starbucks make without hesitation.
I come here all the time and there is something wrong with the order about 1/4 of the time. Today? Almond milk in my latte. Worst Starbucks right here folks.
Went in for 2 boxes of coffee and 8 pastries Also 1 hot tea. An I never got the hot an 1 of the boxes was empty upon my destination all over my floor board of my car not to mention they were not to friendly!!!!!!!!! Wow I even tipped ! They should not have a tip option at time of purchase for this reason right here

This place does not deserve a 1 star rating, but unfortunately it is the lowest option available.
The chick with the nose ring and tattoos needs to pay attention. I asked her 3 times about my order because she kept saying it wrong and wrote it wrong on the screen. When I got to the window she still screwed up my order. Then when I got home and gave my daughter her coffee the girl still screwed it up after she said it was the right one. I'd give no stars for the drive through service if I could. This isn't the first time she's done this. I think she needs to find a different job. I won't be recommending this place or spending my money here. I'll be going to Dutch Bros. 🙄
Maddie.... was it really worth charging me 3.95 for 6 pumps brown suger syrup. Im sure it was... what ever happened to customer service. Ugh im not surprised 😒 blah
I came here with my mother-in-law, and she needed to use the restroom, so she went inside while I went through the drive-thru to pick up our mobile order. They refused to let her use the restroom because she hadn’t made a purchase, even after she explained that I was in the drive-thru picking up our order. While I was waiting, I asked if I could get two ice waters, and the employee rudely asked if I was going to buy something. I explained that I already had a mobile order placed. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.
I was waiting for a group of friends to meet me. I was asked if I had ordered on the app. I told them I had not YET ordered as I was waiting for my friends to arrive. I was told that they had a new policy. You can’t wait inside unless you order. They were very rude and condescending. I will take my business elsewhere and will never patronize this business again.
I always liked stopping here for a quick coffee, but after learning that a customer was rudely kicked out because she wanted to wait for their friends before she ordered, I highly recommend not going here. The amateur barista is unable to read the room. Maybe get another job that doesn't make you bitter. 🤔
