We got the Caramel Blondie blended and the Irish coffee hot and both were amazing! This is definitely our new coffee place. Service was speedy and very friendly. The only thing that sucks is that it's so close to my house so they're going to be taking a lot of my money!!!

What a great new coffee option! I have tried many of the coffee drinks, favorites are Carmel Blondie and Mexican Mocha, but had a custom lavender, honey latte that was delicious. Love that their drinks are not too sweet and they will adjust as requested. Had phenomenal service from Emma B and Oleks every time I go in. Emma is my regular person and she is so kind and quick to offer suggestions on new drinks to try. Last time I was in she had read the company's spring newsletter and was able to tell me about drinks to look forward to for spring - so cool! Can't wait to go back and try the new spring offerings. Great design and atmosphere of their interiors.

This Black Rock Coffee location is truly one of a kind! The team that Meli and Jeeda have put together is outstanding!!! Customer service here is a thousand out of ten. Every single time I come through, whether at the drive-thru or inside, I’m greeted with kindness, energy, and genuine care. They honestly go above and beyond, and it makes such a difference. I love this location so much that I’ll happily drive 30 minutes just to come here!! And yes, I even come twice a day sometimes because the experience is that good! I’ve tried plenty of other coffee shops in the area, but nothing compares. The coffee and the fuels here are legit—rich, balanced, and never just “sugar in a cup.” You can really taste the difference. I’ve visited other Black Rock locations too, and while they’re good, it’s night and day compared to the team Meli and Jeeda have created here. They’ve built something truly special. As someone who’s new to the state, the way they’ve welcomed me and made me feel like part of the community means so much!! That’s why I’ll always keep coming back. I only wish they’d open one closer to me, but until then, this will always be my Black Rock. Huge thanks to Meli and Jeeda, and the entire team for making every visit such a great one!

I have more bad visits than good here. Sometimes they greet me sometimes they don’t when I walk in. One time they gave me a frozen sandwich, and today they didn’t even fill my drink up all the way. I asked why, and the guy at the window said because I didn’t get any ice. I just paid $9 for an almost half empty drink (I tipped $3 because I was feeling generous) I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because they’re close to my job, but this is unacceptable. The service needs some work!

HUGE blackrock fan, just not this location. ✨BEWARE✨ if you have a dairy allergy/sensitivity, they’ve now both times I’ve given them a shot made my drink with whole milk after requesting almond milk. This last time I even watched the guy use whole milk, then I asked to ensure it was almond milk and the guy panicked and said yes since he saw me looking while the girl at the window tried to assure me he had made it wrong and then fixed it. I tasted it and confirmed it was in fact whole milk. Didn’t have confidence to call em out on their BS and wasn’t as mad since it was a free drink I got with points BUT I will be ensuring I steer clear of this location. LOVE the Sachse one :)

I love the coffee here, but I constantly have to repeat myself like they're not even paying attention. My order is always wrong when I get to the window.

I really wanted to like this place given all the different flavor options they have, but any time I've tried their coffee it is just bland. Got the cold brew today, service was super slow and the coffee was watered down. I would not consider this "light ice" I wouldn't mind paying a bit more if places are that stingy about filling the cup with a reasonable amount of the drink I bought. The total $7 cost of this cold brew is not worth the quality.

My second time not some much. To survive you have to do better. They staff only helped the drive thru. You won't last at this rate.
